✓ I love my RUCHCARDSo I pay a monthly fee it’s worth it . My old bank hit me with overdraft fees and more . RUSHCARD even disputed and went to bat for me when I had a withdrawn from my account that I didn’t do . RushCard replaced my money in a vary reasonable amount of time . ✓ Using for yearsI’ve had RushCard now for years. I actually have 2 cards and love them. It’s great getting my direct deposit earlier then paydays and there customer service is more then available to answer questions and resolve issues. I can use it anywhere from Costco to the many gas stations that I visit. Just remember to run it as a debit so there is no holds placed..Version: 2.7.1

✓ Happy CustomerI have been with RushCard since 2007 and other than having to dispute a transaction to get to customer service I love this service. Getting my direct deposit early is great. One time I had a company take something out that I didn’t authorize. That company reimbursed me but would take 5-7 days. Since I had a transaction number Rush went ahead and reimbursed my card immediately so I could pay my car insurance. They knew the money was coming and they said since I had been a customer for so long they would go ahead and push it through..Version: 2.8.0

✓ My cardI luv my RUSHCARD, I gt my txt an email alerts wen a transaction has been made. I luv the prompt alerts. An have had pretty gd service with customer service. They stay on the phone with me until my issues are taken care of. Honestly the only complaint I have with them is that I ordered me an extra card an ordered my husband one the same day an he gt his card but I haven’t gotten mine an I’ve been waiting on my card this makes 3wks now. ✓ Satisfied CustomerI’ve had Rush for several years now, and pretty much through those years, I haven’t had to much to complain about . I’ve always received my direct deposit 1 or sometimes 2 days early. One thing I’ve never liked was their ATM map. Every ATM I’ve tried to use has charged me a fee. No matter if I’m using the “FREE” Atm map or not. Now with no more customer service with an actual person, I’m very leery . As of today however- I’m satisfied..Version: 2.13.0

✓ No problems, ever.I have had this card for 13 years and have never had a problem. I use it to receive my daughter’s SSI benefits and child support and I’ve never had a problem. I don’t pay purchase fees or anything. I think I pay 6.95 monthly fee. It’s always $4.95 to add cash to the card. I recommend this card to anyone..Version: 2.21.0

✓ Happy customer hereI’ve been with Rush for many years and no major problems. Getting my paycheck deposited a couple days earlier helps me get a head start on paying bills. I also like that I don’t have to worry about NSF’s or fees. With the amount of direct deposit and number of transactions I do each month, I would like to see my monthly fee disappear if I meet an industry standard minimum threshold. Overall, I’m happy with Rush and I do recommend it to my friends, family and co-workers..Version: 2.10.0
✓ Luv RushI been with rush since 2006 never have I had a problem with customer service nor my card I gets my funds days earlier than I’m supposed to and alerted when my funds is loaded and low. I with they would update the cards to have the chip in it.Version: 2.15.0
✓ RushCardI really got to say I’ve been a loyal customer of RushCard. They take your account very seriously and with all the bad things that are going on today. You need protection I just recently got locked out of my account. And requested a email change and phone number change. They only will take your information via fax. And I find that very secure.
