I’m able to add multiple photos to the project, but was unable to add multiple to a given issue. (Had to upload each individually) Second question: is there a way to collaborate site audits with coworkers or in my case my general contractors. ✓ SuggestionsHi, the app is brilliant, works perfect and is extremely easy to use and user friendly. The only downside for me is that I feel there should be an option, once your audit list is compiled, to cross off or tick off jobs that have been completed/resolved. If this worked similar to the reminder section on an I phone this would be simple. You could tick off what jobs are complete, have the outstanding jobs remain on the audit list and this could generate a separate report showing what jobs have been identified and rectified. I am able to generate a professional report complete with picture and person responsible for rectification and then email direct as a PDF or zip file. ✓ 5 stars - exactly what I was looking forI am an onsite manager for a townhouse complex, and I manage several properties. This app is fantastic, I use it to create very professional looking inspection reports for Body Corporate and owners. Maybe not the developers purpose of the app but it works well with helping keep track of maintenance issues onsite. I have one suggestion for the terrific dev team, let me explain with this example: I am able to create a project and title it ‘Unit 53’ and within that project I’m able to add multiple ‘issues’. As someone who carries out routine inspections every 3 months, it would help a lot if I was able to have multiple reports under each project. Currently I have to duplicate projects. Creating reports for 30 units every 3 months means I have 360 reports clogging up my projects list. If you could please consider adding in this feature I would be extremely grateful. ✓ Brilliant......I’ve used this app for a year now, and have found it assisting me on a daily basis as a contracts manager. I travel from site to site, and having the ability to complete a full report whilst ‘on the job’ means there is no sitting down in the office downloading photos and attaching them to site specific job sheets. I produced a report as I walk around the job, and email it to the relevant parties before leaving site. Now you have the option to add multiple pictures to one task via the cloud based version, it just got better. I though the purchase fee for the cloud version was top heavy at £60 but put that cost against time saved and your quids in. Would be lost without it now, and have asked my sub contractors to use it as well to keep the same format flowing through the jobs..Version: 6.0.3

✓ Great App with some important limitationsAs an Architect I was seeking an easy to use app that could quickly and efficiently help me prepare and submit punchlists to contractors. Site Audit Proc does this well but you should be aware of a few important limitations that hopefully the developer will address as the app gets updated: 1. The PunchList that is generated is not numbered. This is an important omission that would be so helpful when communicating punchlists with contractors and clients. 2. Limit of only one photo per PunchList item. Ideally at least 2 photos can be included. 3. It would be helpful if the app had the option to identify if a PunchList item is still open or completed, with ideally the option to hide any closed items from PDF generation without actually deleting them from the report. At this time you have to permanently delete the item from the PunchList to show that it was completed. Otherwise this is a great app and well worth the modest cost..Version: 8.2.1

Everything works well and printing off PDF copies for crew has been a simple task. There are areas where improvement in app performance would be a massive jump to being five star. 1. When changing from one issue to another, it would help if the drawing tool didn’t switch back to a default line width, I waste a fair amount of time setting line widths to b consistent from issue to issue. 2. It would be very useful to have an additional labelling system for photos, either numerical or alphabetical, sometimes an issue can have various elements in the area photographed, so to label them 1,2,3 etc then give instructions in the issue comments area would be time saving. 3. Directly following from that, if the issue description field had the option for bullets or number lists, this would save time. 4. The order in which issues are presented can be edited in the current version , yes, that’s helpful. It would be even more helpful if the program automatically renumbered moved issues so the user didn’t have to spend time manually doing it themselves. These are minor criticisms on an otherwise excellent app. I’d recommend this to anyone involved in project management..Version: 5.8.4

I can click, hold and move the issues in order but I can not do that on the project page. Once a project is created it stays in date order. ✓ Great appI've used this app since it's early days, theres been constant updates and improvements, it has to be the best APP to create quick, smart, professional site audit reports. Many people have commented re reports I have sent them and enquired to the APPs name. The only thing I think it needs is the ability to put more than one photo against any single issue, maybe this is an option I can or should request?.Version: 5.6.3
✓ Actually UsefulDoes what it says on the box. Nice interface. Just enough of the right kind of functionality to make it a useful tool. Particularly the choice of output format. Only comments: Max image quality could have a higher setting for those who would prefer clearer images over file size. Front page format good but could have a few more options to suit diff users - Less formal day to day reports versus full formally issued report. ✓ Very near excellence!I am quite serious, this simple elegantly put together app provides construction professionals with everything they need, it is in fact very very near excellence. I however would prefer to be able to add multiple photographs, to each issue. Either from the libray all at once but preferably as an option on the issue editing function. ✓ Good product butI love this product but the fact that you can’t edit the same file by 2 different users with the app is annoying. We have multiple project managers for our jobs and the ability for them all to be able to work from a live master copy would save time, paper (when printing) and resources. ✓ Great App could be excellentI agree with previous review of Hiab this is a wonderful tool for snagging or compiling a report for a quotation. I have actually done a full emergency lighting report on the app and it was far quicker and looked a lot more professional than if I had carried it out on my desktop. I think there should be a few more options for layout depending on the type of report you are doing snag, quotation etc. It would be handy to add more than one photo per comment. For example a before and after shot for snagging or remedial works and one set of comments. I would definitely recommend this app to any contractor, big thumbs up 👍.Version: 5.8.4

The one change I’d love to see is the ability to link 2 photos to one issue, this would be great to offer another perspective for my report readers. ✓ Great app!Brilliant for any type of on site reporting, very adaptable, easy to use, and could easily tailor to multiple different types of inspections / reports. Ability to put a text box on a photo would be a good addition and multiple photos per issue. For those saying you can’t edit on a laptop or PC, I found a way around this - email the report to yourself and right click on the report and click ‘open with’ and choose Word. It’s not a perfect solution and does throw the formatting around a little when typing anything new in but once you get used to it, it’s easy enough to work around. You can then re save as a PDF for sending the report..Version: 5.8.4

We would love to see the ability to have more than one pic per issue. Also would be a handy feature if we could share our reports with other guys in our team and that report could be added to. ✓ Best punch list appThis app is fantastic. The best punch list app that doesn’t come with a crazy expensive project management packaged software. Simple to use, great customization, great pdf reports, and best part is the file size it generates is so small that I can actually email the final Punch list out to people. I have a variety of wish list items that would make this app indispensable. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of multi-device support. You must complete the entire report on the same device, and any customization you add only applies to that device as well. If there was the ability to edit te same projects and reports on multiple devices, including a desktop, I would never use another app for these reports.Version: 5.8.4
