✓ Waste of MoneyAbsolute waste of money. Way over priced. Can only have one picture per issue what a croc feeling robbed.Version: 5.3.5
✓ Good AppEnjoy using it. Would be cool if it had some different pre loaded inspection check lists ex: Construction, warehouse, industrial, factory etc... Should be able to add more than 1 picture to an item, for example, before and after shots or multiple views. Compiles a simple to use, great info report!.Version: 5.8.4
✓ #1 of many....It’s A Great App...but it needs to be tweaked/improvedThe pictures on my iPad are organized in a certain order. When I go to insert my pictures into site audit pro and I navigate to my folder where my pictures are on my iPad to bring them into the application they are all out of sequence/order. This is causing me to spending more time putting them in the order I want by cross referencing the pictures on a separate device and choosing them in order. They need to make it so when you are importing pictures that they are in the same order in which they are from wherever they are coming from. The application cannot seem to copy the original order in which they are. This would be a big help. This is a great application but it needs many improvements as I still am spending a lot of time creating an audit since its capabilities are limited. I hope it gets better!! Because I like it!! They should allow you to combine projects after they are created. Basically the organizational method of the projects should resemble that of an email platform/structure..Version: 6.4.1
✓ No new featuresThis app could and should be so much better. For example when I am snagging the subcontractors are asking me for lists so they can get on with only their tasks. However there is no way to filter everything across a folder by subcontractor. I’ve written to the developer to suggest this change but nothing has been done in 6 months.l and has been ignored. I fully expect this app to be superseded by another developer very soon..Version: 8.2.4

✓ Need a location keyThis is a super easy way to make notation on a photo to share. I was hoping to use this for punchlist of large projects but without a way to reference a set of construction plans, you can have hundreds of photos but it’s hard to communicate where it happens. For $17, I had hoped it would be more comprehensive and of a “professional” tool..Version: 5.8.4
✓ Useful app but has issuesThis app would be fantastic for site audits if it weren’t for a few small user issues which are very detrimental. 1. When multi adding issues, you have the option to select multiple photos from your photo library which is great. However, when trying to add multiple photos to the same issue, this ability to select multiple photos from your camera roll disappears, meaning you have to select one.. go back into the camera roll.. select another one etc etc and this renders the multiple photo per issue feature on the cloud version useless as it takes more time than just doing separate issues. 2. When trying to change the date on a cloud project on the app, no keyboard appears. 3. When doing an audit, it’s imperative sometimes to have issues in the correct order. Sometimes you may have to go back and photograph something that you need to insert in a specific place in the site audit, but there is no useful feature to allow this other than clicking edit and dragging the issue to the correct spot. When your report has 300+ issues, this is not quick nor easy. 4. When using the desktop version to edit/name issues, for some reason when clicking an issue from the list on the left side, all the issues instantly scroll about 20 up. Not sure why, but it’s annoying as you have to scroll again to find where in the list you got to. Should these small hiccups be fixed, the app would be spot on..Version: 7.0.5
✓ Not Bad, could be better!I am an engineer that was doing inspection on an oil process package construction. I was looking for an app that created a punch list or defect list for the fabrication shop to correct. This app did suit the purpose, but a few extra things would help it become a great app. Basically when you find an issue that needs correction you have option of taking a picture or just typing text, giving it a title, and then a text space that you must write some thing in to be able to save that issue to a list. It gives you a mark up pallet where you can highlight on the photo, which is extremely useful. Once the punch list item is done you can only delete the issue when complete or add "complete" in the text box or title. Also the report generated is a nice looking PDF. There are no other formats on generated reports. It would have been nice to see a box that you could customize to "assign" the issue to, such as "Electrical" etc. I was adding this assigning in the "title" of the issue as a quick fix. It would be nice to see a "date created" and a "date closed" with a "sign off" to round this simple app off nicely. And lastly an option of creating a Microsoft Word format would be useful so you can edit format for others to use. Simple app and useful are my last words..Version: 1.8

✓ Don’t Buy CloudLoved this app on my iPhone, so I decided to purchase the cloud version to help relieve pain in my fingers from typing on my phone. Everything worked great until I finalized my report. The portion I had completed within the iOS app had regular margins, while the portion I completed on my pc didn’t have any margins at all. In fact, most of the information that I had typed just disappeared off the side of the paper. Manually correcting the margins helped bring some of the info back, but some just simply disappeared. No support other than prewritten articles regarding tasks my kindergartner could figure out. Extremely dissatisfied with the cloud service and will be cancelling my subscription.Version: 7.0.5

Good that it generates the PDF report on the iPad rather than a server link which I have always found convoluted and had troubles with sync issues on site (such as with Issman)..Version: 5.7.6
✓ Great app but too expensiveI have been using this app and paying the subscription for nearly two years now. Whilst it’s a fantastic little app and meets my requirements (which are admittedly not very complex,) the app is fairly basic in functionality and way overpriced. £6.99 per month (£168 over the two years so far) is crazy expensive for long term users like myself. To put things in perspective, for £2 more per month you could get the full Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Publisher and Access) together with 1TB of storage on OneDrive!! It’s a shame there’s not a one-off fee for the software using local storage or even a lifetime cloud subscription option. For this reason alone, I will be cancelling my subscription and looking for a more cost effective solution..Version: 7.0.5

✓ More options requiredFor a paid application the options are very limited. Developer should look to include being able to export images with a higher resolution, zoom into images, allow multiple images for the same issue, change ‘issues’ to ‘topics’ so its possible to document and comment on things which are not strictly issues, page numbers are a must, including company logo on cover and on each page is a must, footer and header also required, ability to add sections / chapters required, should be able to add pdf drawings. End result is an average internal looking report one would do in word but not something to issue to clients. With a few changes it could become a much more powerful tool and better presentation as well to produce final client ready reports..Version: 5.8.4
✓ Improvements in my opinion.It would be good if I had the chance to search all projects for key words such as pedestals or carpenter to see how many issues I have across all projects of one thing. I would like to be able to see what project I’m in when I’m in it but the title isn’t visible. Also when I come out of a project I can’t see what one I was in so I forget but if it stay highlighted that would help. It would be good if projects could have subfolders..Version: 8.2.2

✓ Basic functions absentMulti add does nothing on my iPad mini 2? Just brings up a page labelled 'albums' ? Can't take extra images with camera! And this app really needs one issue to be broken down into sub issues, for example snagging a door.. I have to retitle several issues with the same door number which makes the list of issues huge and makes a dictation app much more convenient but then you loose the images... But if you got this multi photos thing right I think it could cure this What's going on with the multi add? Is it still a work in progress?? Apart from that I like the app but people talk about all the little details you could improve, for me it doesn't yet get the big basic stuff done, not really flexible enough..Version: 5.8.4

I have also lost all my reports, so how do I get them back ? ✓ Needs a drop-down for ‘sort by’Great app, used it for a couple years now, however when you compile a list of snags you inevitably miss 1 or 2 the first time round so they get added in at the end, you then have to manually drag and drop them into the respective place on the list. ✓ Limited functionalityMain photo defaults to the last one you used each time regardless of the report you’re working on, so you get photos from different reports appearing as front page which is annoying. No ability to import photos from third party apps such as One Source or Google Drive. Can’t export the report unless you email it yourself. Numbers are generated as text at commencement but if you reorder photos the numbers don’t reorder as they’re just text, so you have to manually renumber everything. If you can fix all of that then I’d be pleased because aside from those issues it works well, though the text is essentially just one big text box alongside one photo. You can’t have one photo of issue 1 and 2 photos of issue 2. They would be listed as 3 separate issues. So far, this scores 3 stars for me. With more work into the basic app (rather than trying to grab more money out of a cloud subscription) it could score more..Version: 6.3.2
