✓ This was the best app....not sure what happenedI’ve been emailing them for support for two months now. I had to get a brand new phone because I cracked my old phone and it was old so I got a new phone and now I cannot restore. I even had my back up like they tell you to do but they no longer go to any other device save yourself some stress find another app these people are obviously not in business anymore because they’re not answering my emails for 4 months. My appointments are all screwed up. Now I’m wasting money because I lost all my clients appts..Version: 2.3.1
✓ New update is horribleI’ve been using this app for years with little problems. The latest update is messed up. You have to go around the long way to put a new client in, there is no history for clients now, and I’ve had people disappear. In 25years of doing hair, I can count on one hand how many times I double booked or forgot to put someone in. In the past week, it’s happened twice. I had to buy a paper book to be sure it doesn’t happen again. So frustrating. No response when I emailed them..Version: 2.3.5

✓ Recent updateThis recent update is horrible. It’s not letting me book appointment from my appointment book only from client list. It no longer allows me to get to my personal contacts from tapping on the name while on the app. When I click on a certain date to make an appointment, it brings me back to today’s date It’s not saving formulas.Version: 2.3.4
✓ Could be a lot betterIt requires every appointment to be attached to a contact in your phone's contact list. It doesn't have a default time set for services. I would use it to track income, but I can't quickly enter a walk in client..Version: 2.2
✓ Great App, but would be perfect if compatible with ICloudThis really needs updating to be compatible with iCloud. This way you can be on your mobile & typing the appointment into your device ( for me, it's my ipad) & both devices are updated & show appointments. This also means they would be saved & backed up through iCloud. I lost the app & it's been the Bain of my life since trying to retrieve appointments from back up as everything since the day I backed up was lost. Great easy App to navigate though. Think it was unnecessary to change the look of the app instead of configuring to iCloud instead!.Version: 2.0.1
✓ Good but needs adjustmentsI’ve been using this app for a few years now & it is great & very helpful! However, the “formula” section needs to allow more than 100 characters! Also, I hate that I can’t switch to another app & back, or even simply adjust my screen brightness or anything without the app needing to reload (slowly). Overall, very helpful! ✓ Deletes appointmentsBrand new clients often get booked in and then the app deletes the appointments on its own. It’s a huge issue for me. ✓ Great but falls short in areasI’ve been using this app for 2 years and it’s just ok. Not great at all. There needs to be a way to allocate tips, retail and total for services for each transaction. Instead, there is just 1 form for “price”. This has to change! Another thing that I wish it did was client retention & referral program. As of right now, all that information has to go into the client’s “notes”. This is a huge factor in stylists’ growth. I wish the creators would change this. Finally for income, there needs to be a area where you can specify cash, cards, check and tips!!! This is huge people! Major design flaw here and it’s a simple fix. Please consider my suggestions. ✓ I’ve lost all of my formulas & can’t get any help!!I’ve had this same app for years. Yes. I’ve done my back ups. I have an iPhone. When I updated to iOS14 then iOS14.2 I lost all of my color formulas for my clients hair! Also I can no longer call my client from the date,schedule and time from they were coming in. Instead of dialing their number it crashes! It gives me the app logo My Book of Clients. I have emailed the developers several times and not heard back. This is the only reason I felt I had to come and do this way. When all attempts on my side of trying to restore it failed. I felt like had other option. Hopefully someone can contact me and help me resolve this issue..Version: 2.3.1
✓ SO close to perfect! Minor tweaks neededI've been looking for this app for months!! Guess i was using the wrong search terms. I really like this app but to get me to LOVE it and rec'd to all my colleagues, the following will have to be adjusted: include a section to track product purchases-this way we can see who hasn't purchased their products in awhile, how often they are purchasing, and how much clients are spending (and we are making) regarding retail sales. Also, fix the services menu so the price is saved for services and doesn't have to be added in each time. This would save time tremendously! There should also be a tip section for each clients visit and whether it was cash/check or charge. What good is the income feature without including tips? And no, I don't want to include it in the service price. That does not help tracks tips. Other than that, customer service is awesome. I recv'd a response to questions i emailed the SAME day! Absolutely awesome. Thank you for creating this app. It's been long overdue..Version: 1.6

✓ Need updatesIt has been too long since you had a new update. New phone System is coming out need updates to go with it. Will give 5 stars after the updates. Will be nice if you Could of added tips, cash ,check, or card payments too. And send a reminder to clients also. Syncing between iPad and iPhone should do better. Instead of always having to back up. Use your app for a very long time and was loving it. Well not mine to pay a little something for it If it was more accommodating..Version: 2.3.5
