PayByPhone Parking for Positive User Reviews

Easy PeasyWhy can't all councils adopt this very easy to use method when it comes to paying for your parking - or someone else's for that matter? It's so much better than fumbling for change or trying to use a credit card at a meter. If only I could pay for my other council services with it!.Version: 2.21

If you don’t have this, you’re over complicating your lifeThis app is the best. It saves all your vehicle and payment information, so you can pay for parking before you even leave your vehicle. So easy to use! Picture this: you go to a restaurant, park 8 blocks away, and pay for an hour of parking, but while you’re in the restaurant you see your dearest of friends you haven’t seen in a year, and you’re neck deep in catch up sauce when you realize parking is going to expire. This app will notify you that parking is about to expire, and will let you add time from wherever you are. No more sentimental experiences being interrupted by pesky parking restrictions at an inconvenient distance. Also, if a parking area is only metered until a specific time, the app will not allow you to overpay for those free minutes. Additionally, if you desperately need four hours of parking in a two hour parking spot, you can start with a printed ticket at the stand, make note of the parking indicator, and two hours later initiate two more hours of your parking with the app. Not sure if this is regulated somehow, so use this tip at your own risk. Cons: if people know you have the app, you’ll just have to be honest about why you’re leaving your friends. You can no longer use parking meters as an excuse to leave a conversation just so you can go Netflix and chill or play with your wii.Version: 6.1.1

GreatAlthough I need to set up a phone reminder to pay for my regular parking I really like the fact that I don't have to be in line, stay under the elements or have coins to pay for parking!.Version: 2.28

HollyBest parking app. It should be the only one..Version: 9.4.0

Recieved parking ticket Using this appRecently I received 2 parking tickets from using this app!😡😡😡 it was not even on the correct dates that I parked there. I was still living in Framingham and on Christmas Eve I had parked in Wellesley hills train station! However I paid these 2 tickets because I was leaving the country for 3 months! No I had to use this same parking location one other time and still recieved another ticket. Mind you the date was still incorrect. Today I am forced to use this location due to the Corona Virus outbreak. Our usual garage is closed. If I receive a ticket today I will be appealing it and filing a complaint to the better business bureau ..Version: 5.5.2

Very ConvenientThis app makes paying for parking so convenient and easy. The ability to extend parking without having to go to your car is amazing! They also notify you when the parking meter is almost expired so you never have to worry about it. Adding a car is super easy too even if you are in the middle of paying for parking. I’ve added 2 cars now. Both done in less than 60 seconds. Great work all around from the devs, to UI/UX, features decisions, everybody. Thank you!.Version: 5.0.0

Will take your money with no receiptI've used this app paying my commute parking for over a year. Once every couple months I get a notice in the mail from the MA bay transit authority (MBTA) saying I haven't paid for parking for a couple days that I actually paid for. This app doesn't store your receipts and its transaction history gets randomly deleted, so I've had to comb through my credit card statements to prove that I have paid. Couple recommendations to PayByPhone: (1) fix your transaction history, and (2) communicate better with the Parking authorities on who is paying..Version: 3.3.3

The ultimate convenience.Parking a car these days can be irksome to say the least. What can be even more irritating is to have to find the appropriate coinage to feed a parking machine. Once appropriated and as a prerequisite to inserting the coin, one then has to remember the registration number of the lease car ( where applicable) that you have just parked around the corner and is now obscured behind other parked vehicles. On successfully parking the car you later realise that you are at risk of exceeding your 2 hour parking limit and find yourself running, walking briskly/ limping in a hurry back to the car. Alas, we are saved as there is a new App’ on the block! Yes, there is a 10 pence surcharge and it’s worth it..Version: 8.5.0

Great app but needs some updatesThis app is great I no longer need to pre prepare with paycards etc. There is some stuff that could make it better though... Throughout December whenever I went to use the app it came up with an annoyong message that my card was about to expire, by that tome I had already updated it but you can’t seem to delete cards that are no longer valid. Thank god by January the card had actually expired so it’s stopped alerting me... Half hour parking would be awesome, not sure if that’s down to this app or the parking dept in my area but it would be sooo useful. Good app, no issues, very useful:).Version: 3.3.1

Works fine - but need to check you’re using latest versionOpened app and it insisted I had no internet connection (even though it had correctly located me and other websites were working). After 10 minutes of unneeded frustration had a moment of inspiration and checked for an update - which was needed. All worked fine after that! All of which is a long way of saying that the app should give correct error messages not ones that are completely misleading..Version: 8.4.0

GodsendHad to use this method after realising I left my purse at home. Text husband for the card number and security number and was able to ‘pay’ via phone. I have been using it ever since as I never have the right change, never had an issue with it. Another reason why it’s a godsend is that while chatting with friends I lost track of time and was able to whip out my phone and ‘buy’ another hour just in the nick of time - it would be impossible to do so while running to the car park and insert money. Worthwhile app and a breeze to use. Hey, if this techno illiterate can operate it, anyone can too!.Version: 3.4.0

Camera scanning option does not workThis application has a ton of perks and is easy to use. Bravo. however, the camera function for scanning the numbers on a parking meter does not work on my iPhone 13 Pro. Forgive me for being lazy and whining but it’s 2023 for Pete’s sake and this is a feature that the developers of this app intended for the application to have, so either remove the feature since it doesn’t work, or update the app to make it work! Thanks.Version: 8.4.0

Quick & EasyHassle free parking. Down load the app, add your car(s) registration numbers & payment details. To park, note PaybyPhone location number on the side of the pay machine. Open the app (if not automatically taken to the current location number) enter the number in the search bar, the location number is located in seconds. Select 1-2 hours, or enter a longer time period in the box above. Select pay & park, job done. PaybyPhone will keep you informed by text how long you have remaining. You also have the option to extend your parking period..Version: 8.1.0

Works well unless you have an unauthenticated wifi connectionHas been great for a few years especially being able to reload parking from afar. My only heartache was once running late and the App continuously refused to find the zone I entered and without any sort of error message. Turns out my phone had camped on a WiFi from the office building without bringing up the sign on page. So the app couldn’t reach home to validate the zone number. Once I turned off WiFi it worked fine but had me wound up for 15 minutes before I figured it out. Had the app given some sort of connection error I would have been set..Version: 3.5.0

Payments In AppThis app is one of the best I’ve used and having said that, I have a developer request. Please add in app payments for citations or missed parking incidents. The MBTA has a two month notification delay on missed parking and in most cases I realize it next day and could just pay it then. They send out a paper notification and I have lost some and had to pay fines for non-payment. I’ve never gotten citation, but paying inside the app would pull everything together in one place..Version: 8.1.0

Remove the service fee 0.15Overall it’s good, but $0.15 service fee is a joke! Remove it please!.Version: 9.3.0

Almost perfectThe extend time does not work in the app even though it tells me that I can extend..Version: 9.4.0

Easy to use, works well. This app makes parking easy. Just wish it would do push notifications as I didn't sign up for SMS reminders which are an extra fee and got some penalty charges =(.Version: 1.0.10

Very convenientEasy and very convenient to use. For some reason the location services providing the location number doesn’t always work. Very often pay while walking away and have to return because the location was not provided by the system. The feature about the last parked places is great yet it would be better if the explanation would be clearer. It’s difficult to figure out the location especially when parked is close by places..Version: 5.4.2

Very convenientLove that you don't have to carry change around with you anymore. If I don't know how long I will be, I just choose 10 minutes or so and I can extend that time without having to go back to my car..Version: 1.3.3

Dramatically improvedThis app is finally doing justice to City of Vancouver parking customers. Works well on iOS 17.x even with poor cell data. Ads. NO longer INTERFERE with parking/pay process yet are easy to view yet unobtrusive. It would be 5 stars were it not for the ongoing SAGA of the Watch app NOT WORKING AT ALL TO SYNC via cell data or BT with parking status of the phone app. It often logs out too and even if AppleID is utilized does not log in reliably or report status. Which CAN COST CUSTOMER A TICKET. When parking expires..Version: 9.4.0

GoodIt took me a long time to get registered was not easy , some how it is not simple to do so on line. Every step of the way should be shown on a picture to display the action to be taken . An example should be shown for the user to follow then would be less frustrating . The fear of not being able to proceed at a crucially time when needed is a sudden terror not to succeed , this is why it is imperative to show an example so that it can be seen side by side the process . Please make it simple / easier for other users in the future . So they don’t have a frustrated nerve racking time . Thank you I hope improvements will apply . Thank you ..Version: 5.6.0

App Makes it Easy to Park; Suggestion to Make Even EasierThe Pay By Phone app has dramatically improved the convenience of parking on city streets. I love being able to extend my meter without having to go outside. My one recommendation would be to add support for iOS live activities. This would make it easier to see how much time is left on your parking meter at a glance without having to go into the phone. Overall this is a great app, and I’m excited to see what the future holds..Version: 8.10.0

Clayton campus parkingVery easy, convenient way to pay for parking.Version: 3.8.0

Exactly what an app should beI love this app. It’s the greatest type of app because of its simplicity and time savings. The first time I used it, setting up my account (entering car license plate and cc number) took less time than if I had walked to the pay station. The second time I used it, it took me approximately 10 seconds to open the app, enter the location number, select my time needed, and hit pay. Plus, it’s saving me money because I don’t have to do the max time “just in case.” If I need more time, I just add it. And I get reminders right beforehand. I wish more apps were as simple and intuitive as this. It actually DOES save me time. And the interface design is really nice. I really like the clean white and green color scheme. Congrats to Seattle for choosing the perfect app..Version: 4.7.4

Not workingIt has just taken me over 20 minutes to park. I used the mobile app which failed on numerous occasions and then tried on the phone a few times which also failed. Neither option was processing payments despite trying 3 different cards in all. Ultimately I left my car without have paid and tried again a few minutes later from a different location and finally managed to park my vehicle. There is no means to contact customer support when an issues arises and no alternative option to park - completely unsatisfactory.Version: 7.3.0

I was reluctant to try, but oh yes this is betterI was reluctant to try because I felt these apps could turn into “use this app to park here, use that app to park there”, but it’s not like that and it’s soooo much better than kiosks or individual meters. It’s really great not having to leave your car and walk over to wherever the kiosk is in bad weather only to wait behind clueless people. Likewise it’s really cool to get the alert and just add more time. And a special thank you for using OCR instead of ugly QR codes on the signs..Version: 8.0.0

Time saverThis app is brilliant. Use it everyday! So great not to be searching for coins every morning. Love this app. Not slow at all, works great every time I use it. I buy a weeks worth at a time.Version: 1.0.12

How good is it!Thanks for creating this fabulous app, guys. Don't know if this also works, but I do it anyway-if I'm gonna be another 10 minutes, I just buy it on the run. Feeding my virtual meter!! Love it..Version: 1.2

Ease of useThis app is phenomenal! It sends me reminders that I need to add time or hurry up and finish what I’m doing. In addition - no receipts to carry, I have multiple cards on file for personal or business expenses, and the receipts come via email! But the single best thing about this - I don’t have to wait for the meter/station to take care of my transaction. 90% of the times I parked and then tried to pay, it took way too long - and then, half the time the transaction didn’t even go through! The people you have on phone duty are wonderful! Thanks!.Version: 4.6.1

Nice different unusualThe app functions quite well but it would be cool if you could choose the time by an hour (eg 6pm) as an end time to your parking, as well as still having the options of hours and days. Otherwise, pretty good..Version: 4.9.0

GreatLove this app, being in a wheelchair, I can’t get to meters in winter or high curve. Great app 👍🏻.Version: 5.2.3

Brilliant app!Just discovered this app today. How good is it!! Used to be nervous of never having the right change but now it's all so simple. Also no more walking back to the car to feed the meter. Love it!!!.Version: 1.1.1

Still a bug to squashI mostly use this app for visitors Parking via our parking Permit for our zone. However, there is one bug that is not sorted yet: when we want to extend the parking for one hour (we are in a zone that has two separate hours of the day that is controlled), it automatically extends for the whole day and clearly states that the charge is exactly the same for an hour which is not true; it charges for a whole day. (Double the cost). The only way we can override having to pay for a whole day extension is letting the visiting permit expire then pay for new parking time of one hour. Would love you to fix that please! Then you’ll get 5 stars from me!.Version: 7.8.1

It's great.I think the App is great..Version: 3.1.1

Great time saver for all day parkingI agree with the reviewer that mentioned the good will that comes from helping others with your left over parking. This app is great for all day parking. Easy to set up and use..Version: 1.3.3

A great concept, however…Being able to pay and adjust how much is a great concept. However, today, when I overstayed my limit, for some reason, the app disconnected from my parking space, not giving me the option of adding more money for more time. I think that we users should have to sign out manually before we are disconnected. After I wrote the paragraph above, I discovered that PayByPhone had alerted me via text message, and then by tapping the link in the message I could get back to my original parking arrangement. So I take it all back and now find that PayByPhone is a great app!.Version: 4.6.3

Improvements suggestedLove the. Stop is payment apps but can we save our top 5/10 parking spots on login page so it's one tap and we can change in settings 5/10/1 hour options etc Like the new. Making apps etc.Version: 2.25

New version removed important featureOverall, a great app and a time and money saver. I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars because they removed a feature that I liked a because the new version is very slow to load. The app use to allow you to select the time period with both an hour and minute selection. For example, 1 hr and 20 min. The new app version removed this and only allows one to enter hours or minutes, but not both. Again, the load time is slow so if they could make it load faster, that would save time..Version: 7.9.0

Almost PerfectWorks every time. Need ability to recover funds for unused time We all know this can be done I’m sure the city wants otherwise.Version: 4.7.2

DrawbackAlthough it’s very convenient to pay by phone, especially if you’re at the beach I decide to stay, don’t be fooled by the purpose of this app, which is the bag you when you’re over time. My meter ran out and I reloaded the app four minutes after the time but when I return to my car I had a $30 ticket waiting for me. The people who run this, get on their computers expiration is so they could immediately run to the car and give you a ticket. I bet if I had the old printed ticket on my dashboard they would’ve never even gone to my dashboard to see it. Keep that in mind. Of course I’m pleading not guilty to my ticket and have proof that I paid before and after with a four minute lapse between times of reloading. We’ll see what happens..Version: 4.0.1

Easy app but utter pants that it costs MORE than paying at the machine. It’s bad enough that the physical ticket machine at Chester railway station is tediously slow at the best of times but it is normally simple enough and works fine with contactless payment. However today it just refused to accept any payment. Had to use this app instead and take a hit on a “admin” fees. What fees ?!! Both means of payment accept credit card so why should I pay a premium for doing it on an app instead of at the machine. Can only presume it is because NCP can’t produce their own app so instead have farmed it out to a.n.other web company who also want their cut 😔.Version: 6.8.1

UsageVery Happy with ease of use From yvr to Kooteneys Easy for us don’t have to pay on site and Computer remembers vehicle 😊 Thanks Very nice site.Version: 7.11.0

So easyLove the ease of using it.Version: 9.4.0

It works and UI is well laid outAlways felt weird about paying for parking by phone given how temperamental these kinds of apps were when they first came out, but this actually works really well. Note for the developers - there is one small bug where if you open the app and wait before selecting a predefined time slot (i.e 1hour from the button rather than entering the value manually) then the expiry time is set to 1 hour from when the app was opened, rather than from the current time. Closing and reopening the app fixes this, but for UX this should be updated to calculate 1hour from the current time when the user clicks to go to the payment screen..Version: 6.8.4

Top marks for convenienceI’ve used this app OK before, but had deleted it when my local authority had changed provider. I’ve recently reinstalled. First time I used it, I thought I had a problem with the card scanning feature which might have affected the security of the process. After a good response from the developer team, I realised this was my misunderstanding, and since reloading new card details everything is working swimmingly as before. I love the ease and convenience of this app for parking. Apologies to the developers, there are so many scare stories about dodgy apps that I overreacted a bit!.Version: 8.6.2

Convenient and less stressful parking!I find this method of payment very convenient. The app keeps details of favourite locations car registrations and payment cards used. If you know you’re going to be longer, you can extend your duration easily. It takes the hassle and pain out of needing cash and reduces stress. Whether the app could be improved by having a given car/location/duration/payment option set up as a configured favourite for fewer key presses might be worthwhile. Main criticism is it should readily list nearby locations based on where you are. If it does it wasn’t obvious to me. Just changed phones and my history was not fully preserved so had to go hunting back through photos to find location number..Version: 5.7.0

ConvenientWorks great every time..Version: 9.4.0

Impossible to register , terrible lengthy phone processThis app is appalling. I tried to use it fir the first time so clicked on Register and out in my phone number, email and choose a password. Tried to proceed and it complains about the password not being correct even though I'm creating a password for the first time. When I go and try again it says phone number in use. Hopeless. Then when you enter the parking location, the screen shows a massive picture of Tower Bridge making me think I'd entered the wrong location. The service to pay by phone is so flawed. After putting all your details, if you change vehicle, you then have to enter the all your details again! Ringing is so much easier by phone and by app!.Version: 7.1.1

Quick & easy!Have been using it all this week & am loving it!!! Would like: 1. A separate area that displays current parking. So I don't accidentally pay again 2. Access to the pay invoice from the app.Version: 1.3.3

Simple enough, but needs workFirstly if you use this app as a one off for the odd visit into a city centre then you’ll be fine. It’s fairly simple to set up enter your car details, setup payment and you’re up and running. The app features a nice map function that allows you to find the parking you’re looking for or alternatively it uses geo-location to pick the nearest one. The two issues I have with this is a; you cannot top up once you purchase a maximum ticket, meaning you arrive at 8:30 on day one and pay you cannot top it up until 8:31 the following day, which means the sometimes your sat in your car waiting for the current one to expire before you can purchase another... Wait, you’re probably thinking just wait until it expires and it will send a notification through ... well that leads me into my second issue - I have all my notifications turned on, on my phone and both text and push notifications on the app and they simply do not work. If I get into the office and get caught up in the day to day, there is no reminder for me to do this and by the time I remember I’ve already received the inevitable parking ticket. Probably not worth it yet if you’re using this on a daily basis..Version: 4.6.0

Support is amazing! So I never suspect an app will actually have any support people behind it, but this one does! I had trouble parking at a new location and so I called the support number - I had instant help, giving me a couple of other ways to pay and was good to go. I also received a long detailed phone message from Bill who gave me every way possible to make it work. I did get it working and it’s now fine (my location just wasn’t coming out). Terrific!.Version: 3.8.0

BrilliantNo more searching for a parking meter nor the correct change. The app even locates where you are, so you just need to confirm the car park (it offers) you are in - all from the comfort of your car. The only thing I am struggling with is getting notification to my mobile that my time is about to expire. When I accept the prompt to receive notifications and input my mobile number - the app then states that number is already in use. The only offered solution is to park without notifications. Perhaps this is something I did wrong on initial set-up. Apart from that, I love the app and it appears to work all over England.Version: 6.3.0

Takes all the anxiety out of parkingI can’t believe how well this app works. I expected it to be rubbish. It makes parking so easy. Also you can have a number of vehicles listed which is useful for me as I live in a city centre, so when Grandma, mum, dad etc visit and can’t work out how to sort the parking, I do it on the app. This morning, I forgot to finalise the parking and a little buzzer thing came up saying “you didn’t pay for your parking, was this a mistake?” Thank you very much PayByPhone, I did forget by mistake and you’ve just saved grandma a £50 fine 👵.Version: 7.3.0

PayByPhoneEasy to use, cheap and easy.Version: 5.2.3

Great App!So much easier than having the right change. Plus if u r not near your car and need more time you can just extend the time from your phone without going back to your car..Version: 1.3.3

PayByPhone for parking freedomLove this App, takes all the headache out of getting back to the car on time. For new users make sure you see the a confirmation before closing the app, and that your phone sound is enabled so that you will hear the ten minutes left to renew. Also before leaving the car check the parking time limit… .parking cant be extended beyond the zone limit displayed so if you havent checked that and can’t get back in time, you may get a ticket. Also, the app relies on an internet connection to use it plus a decent signal - I can rarely get a signal inside a carpark, I pay as soon as I walk outside..Version: 8.7.0

Parking made easyI find the App easy to use and it simplifies the whole process. I especially appreciate the warning that my parking is coming close to expiring. I’m notorious for accidentally overstaying. Too bad you haven’t got fuller coverage in all municipalities.Version: 5.2.3

Great job Seattle Parking App TeamThis is my first ever review on App Store (been an Apple user 10+ years) and this app deserves it. After having to deal with multiple poor technology infrastructure with government and utilities functions, my expectations of this app was very low. However I was impressed by the easy design, auto populate parking spot numbers nearby, saving car details, seamless Apple Pay integration. This is an incredible app and will make parking machines a thing of past..Version: 8.5.0

Pay By Phone is a must if you live or work in the city.Pay By Phone is a must if you live or work in the city. I live on Market Street in the Civic/ SOMA/ Hayes cluster f of San Francisco. It's nearly impossible to park on the streets in my neighborhood without getting a ticket at some point. I can't believe I waited so long to download PBP because it's so much easier to avoid getting 👆that ticket I just mentioned and it makes parking cheaper than paying for a garage. Granted, I'm not working rn so I guess (? 🤨!!) I can make time to deal with a meter since I can't afford garage parking. Thanks to all involved with this app. Its incredibly easy to use, takes me (waaaay) less than a minute to pay my meter, and I don't have to go downstairs (!!). I can't live and I won't park in San Francisco without PBP. Ever. Again..Version: 7.11.0

City ripping of its residenceThe city clams the only reason there are meters in the city is to make parking spaces available. If this was true they would give refunds if you give up you space before you paid time is up. Why does the city make me pay for 3 spaces at the same time? If l leave one space and I still have 25 minutes left why can I not apply that 25 unused minutes at the next space I park at? I am freeing up the first space but not getting any incentive to do so??? The city needs to stop being disingenuous or stop ripping the residences of the City!!.Version: 7.0.1

Best appI remember hearing a friend say that this was the best app. Hard to figure how a parking app is the “best app”. I now 100% agree. Parking in the city can be a pain in the ash-hole. With this app, it’s universal throughout Seattle. Once you park, you open the app, it finds the closest meter # (and if it doesn’t you can just look out your window for the closest numbers you see and type them in), you enter the amount of time you want to park, you get to see the cost before paying and then you pay. You get reminders when your time is running low and you can just up the time from your phone. It makes paying for parking and upping your time super easy. And I haven’t had it glitch out once. That’s what makes it the best app: it’s easy to use, it makes an annoying experience less so, it’s expeditious, it’s convenient, it’s free and it’s reliable..Version: 8.9.1

Good, but where is the map?It works pretty well, but why am I always typing in codes? It knows my gps. Just show me the map and I can pick the pay station with one tap! Or QR codes on the signs - especially now that iOS supports QR codes natively in the camera app. Could be so much faster to use. The other annoying thing is I usually want max time - and unless you can calculate the exact total minutes, it’s a lot of taps to switch to hours and then type in the correct hour. Could be just one tap! Ironically, the physical pay meters are easier to use in this way - they have an add-time button. A few taps and you are at max time..Version: 4.1.2

Solid but some probsIt's a good app and no fines so far so obv working well. Sometimes it will erase a car I've added for no reason and some places with all day parking will only give you the all day price if you pay in one go. Paying a few hours and extending will not give you the good price which is a shame.Version: 2.21

SeamlessThis app is extremely user friendly, and after the initial setup , is easy to navigate. It will tell you if you exited the app before your transaction was completed.. handy. Just wish there was some feature that could help find a vacant spot to park, like when someone leaves their spot. I drive a full size big pickup truck, and even though I am a master parallel Parker, it still takes about an acre to completely turn around. Something that would figure in the size of your vehicle, and match you to a parking space that fits. But closes-ish to your intended destination..Version: 9.4.0

Does the job wellI've used this app only a few times but so far has worked flawlessly. Not only does it take away the need to carry change but I really like being able to buy more time without having to go back to the car. Very happy using it.Version: 1.3.3

Super good AppQuick and convenient! And cheaper than equivalent parking meter..Version: 2.33

So convenientI like it.Version: 9.3.0

Very handySuper simple app. Easy to add a car and find recently used car parks..Version: 3.5.0

Lacks the ability to choose minutes or end parking earlyHow app works is great, HOWEVER, there is one problem that I have encountered couple times. I don’t know if it for US only, but the only time I can pick is hours or days, which isn’t really useful feature. Already two times I overpaid for the time simply because there is no option to end parking for the ACTUAL USED time. Sadly, this app is the only one that is used on my campus. I know that it is relatively cheap parking, nevertheless, the couple dollars went to waste can be donated to help someone..Version: 4.8.0

Pay ParkingGreat concept so much better that going to the terminal/paystations to line up to pay particularly when cold and raining.Version: 3.4.0

Location location locationLove how the location shows up now when you open the app!.Version: 9.4.0

Tickets given within paid time by parking authorityI really enjoy the system but you should fix the problem with the city parking authority. They give you tickets even within paid time. It has happened to me already 3 times. Is this the way they make the money? Do they think people will pay anyway to avoid the trip? Well the answer is no and please train them to use the system correctly to avoid affecting residents like this. Waste of time for everybody. Thanks.Version: 3.4.0

Don’t work all the timeI usually don’t have this type of problems and I’d like to get good reviews but just because of the incident that I had this morning where I actually got a ticket because I don’t know what happened with the application either it took to long to process we didn’t process at all he doesn’t work all the time I went to the courthouse by the time I got out I had a ticket I can’t explain how does that happen I don’t know if it’s because the application was not fully loaded Jessica’s of that incident I actually didn’t give a good review..Version: 7.10.1

No location finding! This app has the potential to be as good as Ringgo, but at the moment it’s totally inadequate. It doesn’t seem to use your location for you to be able to select a car park from the map, or display a list of nearby car parks. Instead you have to enter the car park location number manually, therefor if you’re unsure of the number you literally have to walk over to a machine to see what it is. There goes the pay remotely bit out the window! For some reason East Herts Council decided to change from Ringgo to PayByPhone, for what reason no one knows. Let’s hope an update is available soon..Version: 4.3.0

Park pay appWorks like a charm.Version: 9.4.0

Pay by phoneI’ve found this a really simple things to do. Once the apps been loaded on, and you’ve used it a few times, it conveniently stores car registration numbers and previous locations, which just makes it easier. What would be useful, would be credit added to your account if you’ve paid once, moved to another location in that time and not used up the previous allocated time. However, it’s an excellent system for easier payment.Version: 9.4.0

Convenient appHappy with what d app can do. Useful feature to add is a geo location based reminder. Where as u arrive to ur usual parking lot a notification to remind d driver to open d app and pay the parking for the day..Version: 2.33

Seattle Parking Made EasyI work installing communications equipment in Seattle and Olympia WA. The parking app allows me to easily pay for parking and then submit the parking receipts to my employer at the end of the week. The app has become one of my “tools” when I work in Seattle or Olympia. I have told other people who park in Seattle about it and they tried it and love it too. Additionally, when one of my jobs takes longer than expected, I can easily extend my parking time on the app without going back to the street and putting more money into the ticket vending machine. Really makes my life easier..Version: 4.7.4
