✓ Please fix it!It's all wonderful but on Allie 3-11 Destructive Interference, the poison no longer goes over to where it's meant to, it drops early and hits the bomb and the level is now impassible. ✓ Money.This game is probably one of my favorites of all time, a fond memory I look back to when I used to play it. Except the fact that even after you buy the game you have to purchase even more things, such as the other duck-levels. ✓ Great game, but needs urgent fixesThis would be 5 stars, but I’m adding my frustrated voice to those asking for improved functionality on levels where the controls are right at the bottom of the screen, meaning it interacts with the swipe app feature of iphoneX. This feature isn’t even new! Additionally the scroll mechanism is clunky - any reason we can’t just 2-finger swipe down a level? ✓ SOS for newer phones!I played this game when I was younger and loved it, so I decided to redownload it. However, having an iPhone XR now, a lot of the levels are darn near impossible to play because some of the things I need to tap and interact with are too close to the bottom of the screen and my phone thinks I’m trying to exit the app. Perhaps if there was a setting I could adjust to shrink the playing field so it wasn’t edge-to-edge on my screen?.Version: 1.16.0
✓ Waaayyyy too many adsIt's one thing to have an ad after every level. BUT TWO ADS? Every time I watch the required amount of time to fast forward through the rest of the ad (which is typical for most apps) it then has a SECOND ad pop up. This game used to have so many bugs and close regularly for no reason. Glad they fixed that fatal flaw at least. But the second you guys fix that issue, you pull this stunt? I've never played a game with so many ads. Fix this ridiculous issue and I'll delete my review and give the game 5 stars. ✓ Too many bugs with iPhone 5. Don't buy.When I used this with my iPhone 4 it was a great game. Now that Ive upgraded to an iphone 5 there are just too many bugs. Aside from regularly crashing, THE most annoying thing is that the music and sound effects keep turning themselves on again even when switched off in settings. Turning them off again requires going all the way out of the game to main menu. Even though music and effects show as off they are still blaring. So to turn them off you have to turn them on and then go out and go back in and turn them off again. Even then it's only a few games before they turn on again. Tried to log a bug but this is just about impossible..Version: 1.11.1

App support doesn't have a spot to report an issue, which is poor design and doesn't help the developers find the bugs to work out. I followed the Disney basic troubleshooting steps and even reinstalled after that and it didn't work. The game still doesn't get to the main menu screen. Disney's troubleshooting page for this game doesn't have my issue listed and again doesn't have a link to report one. ✓ IPhone X bugsI have an iPhone X and I’m playing level 9-4. This also occurs with many of the Allie labels. The water spout is at the bottom of the screen and I’m trying to slide it back and forth to complete the level. When doing so, the entire window shifts because it is expecting to slide to the next app. Unfortunately, I can’t play the level due to the interaction. I have not verified that this occurs with other levels. I would appreciate your help to review the bug. This used to be my favorite game but now I can hardly play it on my iPhone X. ✓ Controls needs updatingI beat all the levels in this app years ago, deleted it for a while, and just redownloaded it to play through it again. As others have mentioned, playing without a home button is a whole different (annoying) experience, since some of the gameplay is now below the area of the screen that you need to swipe to minimize games. Which moves the app around and pauses gameplay. Also, I remember some of the actions in this game to have been a lot more fluid. Bars you have to move with your finger don’t move smoothly now, so it takes longer to adjust them to the right angle you need them at, and faucets have to be held a lot longer before whatever fluid comes out, which makes it more difficult to control how much you want. I’m on level 4-12 at the moment, which requires exact aiming and quick, precision shooting of green slime and purple poison and I know EXACTLY how to beat this level because I’ve beat this whole game before, but it’s proving impossible because of all of the issues I mentioned above! Such a shame because this was a great app game. Could be great again with some updates to improve things and modernize it for the new iPhones..Version: 1.18.7

✓ Not playable on iPhone 11I like the game, but like other reviewers, I can’t get past level 9-4 because the game hasn’t been formatted to accommodate newer iPhones without home buttons. On 9-4, the player must slide a water spout at the bottom of the screen. This is not possible on newer iPhones because touching the bottom of the screen is a command for the phone, to switch between apps. Hope to see a fix for this in the future, or at least a warning about the game being incompatible with new phones..Version: 1.18.2

I can reset my profile from the options but as soon as I do that the game asks if I want to use iCloud. If I say yes, all my old game saves come back, if I say no I can't sync my game with other devices. Also going to the iCloud menu in Settings, it says there is no data for Where's My Water? Very enjoyable game but don't expect to play it twice easily. I have an iPhone 11 (so no home button) and I’ve had to skip some levels just because it’s nearly impossible to complete them. The controls are placed too far to the edge of the screen, so my phone thinks I’m trying to leave the app in the middle of levels. ✓ New changes are not greatThis is easily one of the better games on the App Store, and has been enjoyed in my family by everyone from the 4 year old to the 64 year old. However, there have been recurring problems with the weekly levels recently (failing to load, or causing the game to crash). That was frustrating, but instead of fixing the issue, the latest update has simply removed the weekly levels. This is a huge shame. I enjoy the game, but once you've maxed out all the available levels, all you can do is attempt to beat your own high scores - not that you can even see your high score for a given level unless you beat it. There are some Easter egg levels dotted around, and a few challenges, but the weekly levels meant the game was always fresh, and it was brilliant. It kept me playing. The latest update has added 40 new Allie levels, and a few more Allie challenges, but to be honest that doesn't outweigh the loss of the weekly levels. The new levels are fine (although the Allie game is my least favourite) but the new challenge in all four versions (Swampy, Allie, Cranky and Magic Duck) was a much better deal, frankly, than 40 new levels which with the best will in the world are not going to take that long to get through. Basically, Disney have taken one of their best games, and made it less good. Not a genius move..Version: 1.13.0

I am giving it a 3 star rating because now that I own an iPhone XR, there is no home button. This is an issue because some of the nozzles to shoot water appear at the bottom of the screen and when I go to hit them, the screen tries to move out of the way and it pauses the game automatically. It makes any quick movements impossible. Some levels are impassable because of this, more specifically, level 7-12. ✓ Paying for upgrades? Unfair!!!I love this game and would have recommended it to everybody... However, paying for upgrades (Cranky's story) makes me change my mind. If Disney wanted to make Cranky's Story a whole different game I would have bought it because I love Where's My Water, but attaching it to game already purchased? That's crap. ✓ Where's My WaterThis application froze after only two days or two hours use. Tried downloading again but could not. At least the free version is still going. I would rate the free version at 4.5 stars out of 5 and the $1.29 paid version at 0 out of 5. Not sure how to apply for a refund, but would rather have the paid version without any bugs. The app started up again and then asked to be updated. During update the app died again, so must still be full of bugs. ✓ Crashing and charging again for CrankyLike others' experiences the new update crashes as soon as you open it. After continuous listening to a very unhappy 3 year old who wanted to play her favourite game decided to delete it off iPad and iPhone and start all over again as my 3 year old loves playing it and wasn't bothered about redoing all the levels from scratch. Good news is that it now works fine having reinstalled it. However, had previously purchased the in-game Cranky extras and now having deleted and reinstalled it I am being charged again to get Cranky!! ✓ Great game but crashes after updateOne of the best games on iPad. If you like logical puzzles this one is for you. Some people are complaining about being charged 69p for the upgrade and 40 extra levels. Ok so upgrades are free with Angry Birds, but is 69p... the price of a Kit Kat. If it keeps me busy for a 2 hour train journey that cost £119, I think it's worth it. There is one big problem though: the game crashes intermittently when you complete some levels. ✓ Impossible achievementThe achievement tri duck dash was not tested and is impossible. It feels like you have to beat the level in 1 second to get it!
