✓ Support is uselessI've been playing for a while now and have been quite successful in winning numerous trophies. However on several occasions I have contacted the so called support team after an in game glitch has cost me a reward. On every occasion I have received no help whatsoever but rather been given infuriating responses such as "unfortunately, that's just how it is on this Occassion". My frustration has overcome my enjoyment and I will no longer play. I would suggest trying a non Nordeus developed game..Version: 7.3
✓ DecentI do enjoy playing the game, but there are a few things that do irritate me. Firstly, as with most games nowadays, you need to spend a lot of money to get new items, players, etc and it can be annoying when you want to get that new player for your team but you don’t have enough tokens, so you’re forced to buy more tokens, then when your player downgrades after going up a league, you have to buy another new player. The cycle repeats. Secondly, I have a decent striker, which when going against lower ranked teams, can get almost every shot on target and scores plenty, but as soon as I went against a stronger team it looked as if he had a severe hit on the head and forgot how to kick a ball properly, but this happened to all my players! They all started playing as if they’d never seen a football before! I think it is unrealistic, and hugely dampers the enjoyment I first had..Version: 23.17
✓ Great game needs FIXESIt’s and addicting and challenging game which I love, but the pay to win sense I’ve been getting lately has been really annoying. You hardly get any tokens and if you do get a good amount, buying a player will most likely take away more than half of that. The Rests are valued too much. The amount of games you get for the little amount of rests you get are annoying. Even if you try to watch a video to save rests you’re still limited with the amount of videos. I get a lot of days where I get 3 games a day not having enough time for my players to rest. Also, the amount of condition bonus you get every 2 hours is extremely low. I’d say at least 10% would do, 15% would be solve the issue to the problem. I love the game and the aspect of managing and creating new formations and tactic layouts, but these things get on the way of the fun of the game..Version: 8.13

The game support is terrible I will be deleting this app if I can’t get my players training levels back. ✓ No realistic gameplayYou will start off loving this game - we all did. But, like anyone who plays for a while, you’ll realise that spending time and money on this game is pointless. Losing to inferior teams or managers aren’t even watching or haven’t played for months has ruined this game to the point of farce. So many managers have given up due to these ‘troll’ results, that in every league 75% of the teams are just drifting without a manager. This causes even more troll results, and more fed up managers who give up and on and on it goes... Top eleven are so focused on getting your money (by way of you buying tokens - over 1000 tokens (£70) to buy a daily player should be illegal!) that they forgot to create a game that is clever enough to prevent troll results or actually allows your actions to affect a game. Anyone playing will know what I mean... 2 mins into some games and you just know you’ll lose, whatever you do with subs etc. Give it a miss until they create a game that reacts fairly to ability and tactics and stops trying to rob you..Version: 7.7

Instead of crediting my account for 176 tokens thereby, increasing my balance of existing tokens to 224, they debited my account for 176 tokens and reduced my balance of existing tokens to -129. Meaning, I now owe them money equivalent to the cost of 129 tokens; however, these are not existing tokens but instead a debt, for which if I pay in full, I receive nothing in return because these are non-existing tokens. In a matter of seconds, after paying for 176 tokens, I went from owning a balance of 47 existing tokens to owing money for 129 non-existent tokens. This game is a fraud. This game stole my money and my tokens! Please do not download this fraudulent game. If you play this game, eventually it will steal your money and/or tokens! If you’ve already downloaded this game, please delete it from all of your devices before it steals your money and/or tokens because eventually it will steal your money and/or tokens. ✓ It’s ok.The game in itself is fun to play. But how ever the energy recovery is I incredibly slow, with only a 6% increase every 6 hours. And because of how closely bunched each game is. It’s practically impossible to ever train players because their energy is always below 30% ( the minimum requirement to be able to train a player). And tokens aren’t to hard to get. But however u only get one a day (if signed to a contract). And because of how slow it is to get tokens it’s hard to be able to go to elections or buy premium characters because the amount of tokens it costs is ridiculous. So in all the game just makes it hard for you to make progress but not impossible. And the energy recovery is terrible..Version: 9.7
✓ Not about footballTop Eleven is a very addictive game, offering a lot of fun about the football environment. You can customize your badge, your kits, hire players, trade them, negotiate with other managers, create associations. Build a team from scratch, developing your stadium and infrastructures. But game fails miserably when is about the game of football. Tactics, training, positioning. Stats, gameplay instructions. All of this is neglected to the point the match itself is not enjoyable. AI is crooked, giving you repetitive situations and plenty of spoilers. You can foresee the end of the play like a forever deja-vu. Inside the field, all tactical instructions are gimmicks. Players take often the most absurd decision, sometimes hilarious, sometimes frustrating. Financial FairPlay is non existent, meaning you will need some investment to raise trophies. But to be honest, in real world is the same. Money talks. That’s not a big deal. You can have fun playing the underdog. But it would be much more interesting if the mechanic of the game could offers you a way to level up to the challenges through what really matters: pure football match..Version: 11.12.1

✓ Pay to Win and failure to rectify glitch.First let me say I have played this game for over 6 years so feel entitled to write a review. Initially this was an excellent management game and gradually you could build up your team and win trophies develop your stadium etc without needing to pay real cash. However over the last 2 years this has changed completely with little chance of competing at the higher levels without paying real cash each season. Otherwise you end up in the lower reaches of the leagues and knocked out of cups very early. I soldiered on but this week all my game money disappeared leaving my club in debt. Despite explaing to the mods the problem they failed to return the missing cash to my club. (This was game money not real cash). There are draconian measures if your club remains in debt and I therefore quit after notifying the mods. In summary only play this game if you are prepared to pay to win and do not expect any glitches to be rectified by the mods. I would recommend you avoid..Version: 22.6
✓ Love and hate gameThis game is great and all if you’re constantly monitoring your game progress everyday... because the moment you stop you start loosing to teams with a much lower rating. My team is rated at 87% and I really lost a game to a team with 60%??? Hoowwww???? Now that I’m on it I beat a team with 85% lol this game is idk man but if you’re not constantly on it you will for sure loose to other lower teams or just loose in general.... you can get all the best players and everything but if you’re not in the game day in and day out there’s no point because you will loose either way. Other than that the game is cool and all good to play when you have downtime, when you watch your team play it gets a little exciting but still need more options during game play. ✓ I’m quitting after 6 yearsAfter 6 long years of playing Top Eleven I will he quitting the game. Although I’ve enjoyed playing in the past, I am hugely disappointed in what the game has become. It appears that due to the developer’s greed, many features have been altered to try and force players to buy tokens and boosters. It’s sad to see what was a great, enjoyable game fall so low. Some of the MAJOR issues with the game are as follows: • The recent changes in the morale system are a failure. Players lose morale even when they play well and are winning. Benched players are way too demanding when it comes to game time. This system has been designed to force users to purchase expensive booster packs. • The repetitiveness of the special events have made the game stale and boring. • No improvements have been made to the live match animations for ages and each passage of play is predictable and tedious to watch. • No one uses their academy players because their rating is so low and any decent youth players cost you tokens. • Despite claiming to have eradicated cheating, it is still rife within the game. • There are issues with the graphics in the latest update. Big red question mark placeholders are now showing in the achievements section. Do the developers even care anymore? I will no longer waste my time with this game and I suggest other people forget about wasting their time on it. It only gets worse every year..Version: 8.17

✓ An atrocious “simulation”I’ve played this for the better part of 5 years, and it has seriously gone down hill over the last two. Results make no sense even when changing tactics and formations. You can have all the possession and three times the number of shots as someone who isn’t even watching the game, yet lose 1-0 against a team that has a single shot all game. My team is one of the better rated ones in the league yet struggles against incredibly weaker teams. The feeling that this game is scripted in order to make you purchase microtransactions is definitely there. If you play this, do not pay any money into it, as there is no reason to throw it away on such a worthless product. After 5 years I’m walking away..Version: 7.10.2
✓ Deeply flawed but funI’ve played several seasons and I still enjoy Top Eleven. However, I’ve come to the realization that the game is deeply flawed, especially in later seasons. You end up playing with more or less the same group of teams each season which is strange given how popular the game is. The bonus for having friends “attend” your game is ridiculous. It stinks to get blown out in a game because the game is scheduled at a time when your friends are all asleep, but your opponent from another country ends up with a 15% bonus because it is morning in their country. All in all, still a fun game but you can train all day and even spend money to get better players only to lose because they schedule the championship game at 3am. ✓ Give us your moneyAt first you’ll love this game. You’re teased in your first season with a league win and easy opponents, but don’t be fooled. Once you get promoted all your players lose a star and this is where the top eleven endless money pit begins. The transfer market is at its most pathetic level as it’s ever been. Regardless of your manger level, every player in the game is bidding for the same players. Making the transfer market hugely competitive. Trying to raise funds in the game is somewhat impossible. It’s pretty much impossible to sell players that aren’t 5 star rating. Like I said earlier, everyone is bidding for the same star rating, nobody wants your 1-4 star players. At the moment I’m finding it impossible to get promoted. Think I’ve gone up 2 levels in a year and got demolished in the super league as I was against a level above me... how does this make sense?? If you have cash to burn you’ll love this game. Probably cost you £100 a month to fill your squad with scout players. Ive invested to much time to quit playing, I’ve put in over 10 years on this game and I think I’m wishful thinking that one day they’ll make it better. Gets worse with ever update. Before I finish, the associations matches are rigged. People just field a weak team before a tournament starts to get very easy opponents. Run your team like real managers, spend money etc.. and only buy a player when the door opens towards the end if you need to cause they will lose a star. ✓ Fun Game but plagued by bugs...The game has week long events and about a 1/3 of the time it will not let you start a match. This happened to not only myself but most of my mates that play with me. When we reported it to the developers and asked if there was anything on our end that was causing it the did not respond for over 3 days... by this point in time the event it ended and the response was basically oh well... You also have the ability to watch a Videos in order to gain free stamina, money, etc. and you only get the rewards about 2/3 of the time if you are lucky... The game is fun but these bugs and the developer is lack of caring caused us to look for other games and there are several that are basically the same but they actually work. ✓ Play to lose - seriously goodSo, the devs won’t like this, but I’ve been trying to play to lose…to finish last in the League, and it’s terrifically challenging. You can put your goalie up front, and your strike between the posts, but they’ll still perform. You can train the team so hard before a game their condition is 1% but they’ll still grab that winning goal against a side twice as good. To be honest it does make a mockery of the software as it shows just little control you have over winning (unles your spending cash). If you don’t believe me, in your current league, try not getting promoted, finish 9th or ‘better’ (lower 😉). It’s a lot of fun, there is far less frustration (no more dead cert games that you lose at the end of a season), and there’s absolutely no risk of spending any real money. It did admittedly have pay to win elements and I was okay with throwing some money there way for a good experience. But the latest update ruined the best most balanced part of the game. Joining an association with other players and competing in weekend association matches was great. It was balanced and made it easy for everyone to play fair matches. Now it’s been “updated” to a new format that absolutely will require everyone to pay to play and create super competitive teams. The more you advance, the more those costs increase too. I have made actual friends in many countries and across continents from our love of football. We’ve worked and formed an association together by creating our own Whatsapp group to stay in touch. I have taken breaks over the years and every time I come back more and more pay to win elements have been added. Update The game offers ways to get free tokens by completing requirements. I have tried to do several of these all resulting in tunnelling down more and more requirements. The most recent “complete the true or false quiz” for 6 I complete the quiz it never said anything about getting a certain score. These are just scams and false advertising this game is just full on greed. Do not do the free token options they are gathering your details and selling it on. ✓ Poor rewards - pay to playBig problem is that you get promoted every season, and your players get worse. This even the younger ones - younger players never go through a period when they improve each season. Every just always gets worse meaning you constantly have to buy new players. Buying players costs way too many tokens - even the auctions, which are now just about overpaying for not great players, just to get through a few weeks before they deteriorate. It’s also terrible that the youth players are not particularly good quality, and if one is okay, you still have to pay tokens for your own youth players. They should be acquired for cash only, not tokens. If you put players up for auction - you should receive a token or two, this would at least give something back for them. Finally. The training programme seems to have very little effect on the players abilities - this is poor. If you train your players consistently you should get a clear improvement. It all feels like a lot of effort, only to see your team deteriorate quickly unless you’re prepared to pay A LOT of real money..Version: 8.12
✓ Good for what it’s worthA solid management game but the main issue is having a good squad but not enough reserve players to be able to practically have two lineups at decent energy. Basically being a solid team one season leads to playing at least 2 matches a day every day (until you are eliminated from either the cup or champions league). Along with training your players are going to be exhausted after a week because it takes 3 hours to gain hardly any condition. The basic rate is under 50% a day. That’s not bad until you realize that daily training (for top quality match preparation) is 4 a day. If you want those sessions to be even remotely effective you gotta do sessions of at least 6% condition loss. So pretty much you gain <10% condition a day. It’s unfair. If you’re good you have the game working against you, eventually allowing teams that are a solid 15-20% lower rating than you to win cleanly..Version: 10.4.1

The game can be summarised in fake results, bots, and expensive players. They push you to spend more. Each player is about $50 but can only be used for a few weeks. After that they loose their quality so you have to buy better players constantly and spend more and more money. It’s a money pit full of bugs and bots. There is no way to win some games no matter how hard you try. When you catch players who use bots they never change the results. So in simple words don’t waste your money and time..Version: 5.15

Game is full of cheaters and while top eleven do ask for cheaters to be reported they do nothing about it, in fact don’t send a complaint as they come your team you start losing matches you should win, you a lot of injuries and my favourite Red Cards. ✓ Trash game, developers are just thieves.I have spent an important amount of money on this trash game and my team is still trash, even teams without fans, nor manager online during the game beat my team, recently a team way worse than mine scored 9 goals in the series (2 matches)… I don’t recommend this game to anyone. ✓ Hard to keep playingThe games is somehow fun, but after a while it starts to feel repetitive and not fun. Basically it is pay to win game, it doesn’t reward effort appropriately, tokens are really hard to get also expensive to buy. To buy good players you need so many tokens, the ridicules thing is that players lose stars every season even if they were young and well trained they lose stars, so each season seems like you did nothing and you have to start over which becomes really boring. Also game simulation is bad, it doesn’t show you most of the match and you don’t really know how it works, I’ve lost to teams that are 40% while my team is 90% rating and players were well rested with high morale and 8 training bonus, in conclusion it’s fun for 2 seasons the 3rd wont be fun. I have a Mac book version 11 but because I don’t have an M1 chip it’s not compatible to play.. then I go onto the website I can’t get the free videos.. I have to use only my phone where as so many other players keep playing from three diff devices and collect greens.. secondly u waste time in training your players and they loose 20% every time so u need to tank 1or 2 seasons before u start winning which it not a guarantee u will win... why the video service provider gives only 30videos sometimes even none... which is a tactic to spend more money.. for everything in this game u need to spend a lot of money.. some people love playing the game but for everything if u have to spend money it’s just a waste.. because even after spending money it’s not a guarantee ur going to win even with the best tactics...Version: 11.3
✓ Don’t spend money or they will debuff your teamI’ve played Top Eleven for many years and all 3 times I have left the game is because an unexplainable run of bad results after the first two times I developed a theory that if you spent a small amount of money on the game they will intentionally make your team play bad, because they know they can get money out of you now and that you will continue to pay to fix the poor results. Well on the third time now I can confirm this theory is correct, went on a run of 10 game winning streak beating everyone 5-0, 7-0. I played the first leg of a cup round against a team so that I could see if the same team i beat would win after I spend money, I buy the special sponsor and boom, my team is playing terrible and the team I previously dominated in the first leg has now beat me as well as other results going against me the worst part is all 3 times since paying I have conceded with the first highlight of the simulation, not to mention the dude I played for the 2 cup legs is inactive I played the same lineup same formation same everything yet result was very different, Just don’t reveal to these guys that you have money to spend..Version: 11.14

✓ Not updated gameThe away goals rule was abolished years ago where if 2 teams draw the one with more away goals goes through. Well this game has still got that rule. Recently I suffered from this where I was presented with every advantage possible and ended my game with a draw ( bare in mind I have grinder A LOT. If there’s one thing I can say is that this game is a grind) and because we drew both games first and second leg, it went down to the decision being decided by which contestant scored more away goals. Sadly for me I had not scored more away goals and lost. This had meant that I had grinded for around 3 weeks solidly and had other named advantages like home advantage, spectators, perfectly rested team, high morale and most importantly a fsr superior team. But the fact of losing wasn’t what Is so ridiculous here but is the fact that I had got that far and to have lost by a rule that no longer even exists. With the way this game works it’s almost feels as if being worse than the best is like being the best. As a message to the producers nordeus the game is in desperate need of updating and for top eleven to wave off the away goals rule for good as it has ruined many people’s experience. I attend the matches + Train the team + find best tactics combine it with the play style of the team and their trainings then, you lose to some 60% teams that their manager doesnt even attend the game, so a +90% team strength lose or draw with 60% teams while the strong team manager attending games ( so i get bonus attack defense possession etc of these BS ) and the other team is not, the funny fact is the weakest player in my team was almost stronger than the strongest player in the other team, and my players lost every 1v1 duel on the field? ✓ Needs more customisation tacticallyPlaystyles is a good feature to have in this game, but like other tactical options, the devs has made it incredibly restrictive. Personally, I don’t agree with having players unable to develop certain playstyles, instead I would have allowed every player able to develop their playstyles but make certain playstyles harder to achieve according to their skills. For example, a striker would little to no problem becoming a poacher but may have trouble adpating into a false 9. I also think that we should be able to change our player’s position more easily, or let them continue to get better overall whilst learning their new positions. It’s not all about the players tho, as I thought playstyles meant teams at first. The tactics screen is something that has been bothering me a lot and I hope to see changes to it. ✓ Really poor customer service and bugsWhen the game works it can be fun even though some of the tactics are often overshadowed by teams that are built via $. Most recent bug caused such a headache for some many managers where second leg of Champions League was automatically completed with a loss. The bug for some said that you had inelgible players or not enough eligible players thus making you automatically lose or would just have you automatically lose and not even progress even if you won a first leg with larger goal difference. So far I have submitted 3 support requests and so have many others. Their support has been terrible and just referred me to random support articles and did nothing to remedy the problem. They didn’t fix the bug, matches are not getting replayed, and if you spent any money to prepare for champions league do not hope for a refund. Here's an example, you have a team with an average of 95% your team is in an excellent form and you have a maximum bonus on attack, defence, possession and condition. Even with all that done, it's possible for you to lose against a weaker team that is 15-20% less good than you. The annoying fact in this it's that it happens every seasons and a lot of manager have complained of that but nothing has changed. Another example of inconsistence in the game is when your team get promoted (the first 8 team in the leaderboard) to a higher division, even if you were in the top four of the league or won the league when you are promoted your team lose quality the average of the team drop from 20-25%. So eventually the only way to keep up is to buy coins and money so you can buy good players again. But don't bother doing that. ✓ The logic is stupidI’ve played for 3 years so I have experience 1) My first problem is rating and tactics. For example I would have a 90 rated team then lose to some 60 rated team. One time I played a 2nd leg of champions league against a stronger team. I won the first leg 2-1, so in the 2nd leg I used the same tactic and so did he but then the score is 2-2 then out of nowhere he scores 3 goals in the matter of 8 minutes in the game and I’m using defensive with 9% possessions bonus. So then I lose the leg and the champions league. In the league I on the top of the table with no losses than lose the next 3 out of 5 to way lower rated teams and drop down to third. 2) my second problem is that why are 200% managers bidding for players they don’t need. ✓ Not worth the “Grind”Have been playing the game for almost a year and decided that I’m tired of the grind. The concept of creating your own team, tactics and soccer city is really great. However, it’s incredibly challenging to develop players, because at the end of every season (month) you players lose a Star/abilities. So every time you spend tokens, the game currency, to purchase a new player you have to remember that at the end of the season they will be average. Additionally, the way to collect tokens is slow and if you choose to buy them they are expensive. So instead of having to spend hours trying to keep my team from losing skills, I have decided to stop playing. High potential for this game, just poorly executed in my opinion..Version: 9.3

✓ Great Game, But Very Pay-2-WinI absolutely loved this game and definitely enjoyed the feeling of being a football manager and winning titles. However, just like being a real football manager, you have to spend real money on the best players. You won the league without spending money? Great! Now you’re going to compete with players who spent a fortune on token and has a team that’s four times stronger than yours. Good luck in the Champions League as well, because you’re gonna get swept in the group stages, all because you didn’t want to give Nordeus money. When I first played this game I didn’t spend much, but I got a top player and won the league 5 times in a row and the Champions League once, then I uninstalled because I didn’t want to spend more money. I come back and said “you know what, let me put some money down and win all four trophies” and I did against very weak teams. After that I uninstalled again because it was so dumb how pay-2-win this game is. Also I hate how your players get week after every season so you have to go to the transfer market to spend more money on players in order to keep up. ✓ MONEY HUNGRYThis is such a disappointment of a game. I fell victim of being a sucker who spends money on in-game purchases and now it feels like the game is trying to force me to spend more. My team is Weber FC and around 109% overall yet I find myself losing to teams with an 80-90% consistently. Not only that but I’ll take the time to make sure the moral is superb on all my players (starting and subs) as well as conditioning at full, yet I will lose to someone who has players scattered around the field on their squad. The formations will look so broken and unorganized yet my squad who is better in every way will still have a 1-3 loss. I’ve played around with different formations and even looked them up online but nothing seems to work. I’ve played this game since 2018 and have spent a fair share so I pray the Devs read this and can in some way help because I do like this game and spend a lot of time on it, but I’m at the point to just give up all I worked on just because inconsistency is wired into this game and into my team. I understand making it fair for all players but when you’re in a league with horrible competition and opposing teams have bad stats on paper, yet I’m still tying and losing to teams that in no way shape or form should even keep up with my squad is very disappointing. ✓ Great GameIt’s a fantastic game without a doubt, it’s engaging for the most part and with each update it gets better, but just a few things, the same way we get to see accumulative amount of goals for each player in their entire career, it would be appreciated if the same was down for assists, and the same way top scorers are rewarded, so too top assisters should be too, because they’re just as impactful. Being able to adjust tactics better would be nice, be able to give players specific roles to carry out before a game and during a game should also make it somewhat more interesting and exciting competing against managers with wits and determination. ✓ DisappointingI do like the game. Hopefully this gets to the actual developer. What’s frustrating are a few things. 1) in the tactics of your play, I wish you could decide whether you want more shots, ball control, etc. Your only option is to indicate how much attack or defence you can do, not necessarily how you want to attack. 2) the international tournaments is such a fun idea! The development portion is ridiculous. It’s so inconsistent it makes it difficult to improve your team. Also, the players you’re offered never help in positions you need them, once again adding to the difficulty of developing your team. 3) As great as it is to move up, it makes it difficult to grow your players. Young players are considered valuable but why? It takes so long to develop them. It isn’t very often you see your players grow in stars. To add to it, when you move up a league you have to then buy new players. Technically you don’t have to, but it’s the only way to maintain your competitiveness. 4) it would be nice to get some sample formations so you could have the players put into that set up and you can move as you see fit but have a base to go off. Like have formations that you can select, have your players put into that formation, see what player positions you need for each formation but keep the ability to move where you see fit the same. This would help create better formations, (especially for those trying to learn the game of soccer) 5) this may be a stretch of an idea, but adding to the idea of how to indicate attack, being able to set up how certain players play would be helpful. I get that things within the game are to entice people to purchase coins...I’m not naive into why certain things are the way they are, but this game has lots of potential to still do that but add so it’s easier to truly manage your team. I would love to give this game more stars but there are just too many holes. The international updates, in my opinion, have been horrible and it’s ridiculous now. The flaws are that you can’t actually manage your players, just generic team strategy not player by player. Also, if there was a way to play a couple seasons at a level that would be cool..Version: 7.2.1
