✓ Terrible new video playerSince the new video player, which is not even utilized consistently, has been implemented I cannot listen to the videos in my car via USB anymore. New video player does not center video on my iPhone 6s, does not output audio to USB, does not rotate with screen. I’m really not sure what advantage it has over the old video player.? The rectangles on peoples faces are distracting, the colors of the rectangles are arbitrary and meaningless and often link me to generic stops that don’t really have anything to do with the content of the video..Version: 3.1.5

✓ Ticket listing got worseMany features on the app have been improved and look sleeker and smoother. The ticket listing/selling interface has gotten a major downgrade a few versions ago. We can no longer see our current listed price. Also, to see the listed price, an extra step must be taken for each price you “try”...since it takes a few guesses to figure out what the list price will be. Before, the field used to auto populate and was much more user friendly. I’m not sure why this has taken a few steps backward, but it is frustrating to make selling tickets a much more cumbersome experience. Please return the features and functions that used to exist..Version: 3.2.2
✓ App does not detect location servicesMoved to Maryland, excited when today the Eagles App announced live viewing of games. Does not work for me on iOS. I see a black screen requesting that I turn on location services. It’s already on, I had it on “while using” so I changed it to “Always On” but repeatedly launching the app shows that the Eagles app does not detect the location arrow on the same screen as the app. Otherwise the app is great, So I gave it 2 stars..Version: 3.2.7

✓ App No Longer WorksUpdated yesterday and now I’m told I need to update my app again in order to watch the game. I’ve watched all the games so far without an issue in the app. Well, the App Store doesn’t have an update available because it says I already updated. Tried deleting the app and redownloading. Now, each time I exit the app my settings don’t save and when I try to reset my notifications to how they were before, it doesn’t save. Also, the game isn’t streaming on Yahoo Sports like I was told. I feel like a new update for this app comes out each week and it’s frustrating. Just leave things alone!.Version: 4.2.2

✓ Love the content, HATE the video playerBeing a huge Birds fan I love seeing all the press conferences, interviews and film breakdowns. However I can't stand the new player. ✓ Eagles AppIt might as well be the first game of the season rather than the 15th … the sound (radio connection) for this App is atrocious and has been problematic the entire season (I see there are multiple complaints in the internal comments section). Today the radio connection and sound engages is stable for 15 seconds and then it disconnects and terminates (only 6 minutes into game and I have had to restart and reactivate the radio/sound 12 times). Five weeks ago the Spanish sound option overrode the English sound option repetitively throughout the course of the game to the extent that I finally had to remove and reinstall the App in the middle of the game. Perhaps they will figure out the glitches by the playoff.Version: 5.1.7

✓ App keeps crashingI used to love this app I used it everyday because I love football and I love the eagles so much but one day it would just close out/crash in the middle of me using it then it would just crash every time I clicked on the app. It would never load up for me anymore so I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work so finally I gave up after numerous tries. Months later (today) I tried reinstalling it again to see if it finally works but as soon as I click on it it shows fly eagles fly and then crashes what’s going on? I even have a whole new phone and it’s doing it..Version: 4.0.2
✓ Took radio awayI don’t understand why you’d have a feature available then take it away so only the locals can use it. This team has fans everywhere who would love to follow the games even if we don’t live in the area. Please open it back up to the rest of us who want to follow the team. ✓ No radioVery disappointed that I can't use the radio portion to listen to the games. That was the main reason I got the app. Especially since in my area, the local radio coverage keeps changing and I never know who or if anyone is carrying it. ✓ R-A-D-I-O Radio!!!The MAIN reason I loved this app was so I could listen to the games when they weren’t broadcasted on TV. The fact that they only provide for locals only has put a hinder on their fans across the country. At least explain why you took it away. I’m resorting to my fire stick to watch games but if I am on the road I was ok if I could use the apps radio to keep up with the play by play. But y’all don’t hear us crying out for change. Anyone who read this far give the app a 1 star and select helpful on comments about the radio till they bring it back. We have to speak as one!.Version: 3.2.0
✓ Needs some work on the Radio buttonThe app works great. There is one thing that needs some work. The radio button could be fixed for people outside of the Philadelphia area. I can’t listen to the game on the app because I am outside the authorized area. If this could be fixed I would give it a 5 star..Version: 4.2.3
✓ NFL Redzone LinkSeason Ticket Holder…I have yet to be able to enjoy NFL Redzone. For one, the Wi-Fi barely ever connects this year. The link takes me to the installed NFL App but nothing happens. The NFL App is a nightmare. 2 screens. No options other than “Skip” and “Allow” and it goes absolutely nowhere. Something is wrong on both apps..Version: 5.1.7
✓ Useless if you can’t listen to gameIt’s a useless app if you’re an Eagle’s fan who lives outside of the local market. If I can’t listen to the game’s radio broadcast there’s no use having the app. I’m not sure why this should be restricted to local fans only. ✓ Please put the schedule on the home trayIn a world where few if any fans can actually see a game in person why in the world would stadium info be easier to navigate to than the schedule? This year this is especially poor UX, but even without the pandemic it hardly makes sense. The Linc only holds 69,176. I imagine you get more unique weekly active users than that meaning you aren’t accommodating most of your users. Love this app for the articles and want it to be my go to for the schedule, but you guys make that difficult..Version: 4.2.3
