✓ A change for worseUpdated: App is refreshed with new interface. But the bug was there and is still being there and worse. Now: no BADGE notification. Where I can see the bill that I set to notify me? Some bill could be due in 10 days but I need to send out now. No luck! Review: The app is simple and well structured. However, there are issues. The most critical one is background app refresh. The badge notifications will not activated until you open the app. If I remember to open it, I do not need notifications. There is another flaw: if you pay the bill prior to the set date; The app will notify you by then despite you already paid. And the lack of support, I sent the email report the issue, never get the feedback..Version: 7.0
✓ Worse than I thought, what a nightmare!I previously wrote about two issues with upgrade. The note section is very difficult to work with on Iphone. Trying to type the keyboard most times cover the screen and you can not see what’s being typed. Today I tried to do some editing in my note section and what a nightmare. Again you have a tiny screen to work in unlike before the note section opened up and you could see ALL your notes. I tried to copy and paste and the keyboard would pop up in the way. I tried double tapping to highlight and again what a nightmare. On the second tap the keyboard popped up and whatever letter was hit typed out on the screen. I would be at the top of the screen and start typing which immediately covered the screen and I would look and it would have jumped to the bottom of the screen. This is not operator error this is upgrade issue. Please address making the note window to open on like the previous version before the upgrade. I’ll find another app if this is not fixed..Version: 7.0
✓ I liked the old version betterThe old version was simple and straight forward. I get what they were going for with the new version and I'm sure I'll eventually get used to it. But there's one change I can't stand. The new version has a notification badge for every bill due within the next 30 days. I don't want any badges on my screen unless I have a bill due. I don't need a notification badge that I can't remove for an autopay bill due in 30 days....Version: 7.0.1
✓ New update is poorThe new update definitely ruined this app. The colour and interface went downhill. The most recent update turned the app notification on permanently which makes no sense. Previously it would only show if bills were due in 3 days. Now I have 5 notifications for bills due next month. Why?.Version: 7.0.2
✓ PointlessI don’t see the point in an app with a Bills calendar tracker on it that doesn’t allow you to enter your wages & incomes!!! Seems very bizarre. It’s 99p but seriously wishing I hadn’t waited that money. The fact I want to use a tracker would suggest I don’t want to waste money, but now I have. Ironic that..Version: 5.1
✓ No fortnightly bill repeat option???Just purchased and hoping to be good however already stuck when trying to setup repeat bills. There’s NO FORTNIGHTLY option?? Day, week, month, year, semi-monthly. How is there no fortnightly option?? Please fix asap or I’ll refund..Version: 6.0
✓ UselessAfter hours inputting all my bills they keep disappearing from the app, even when I’ve used iCloud to backup! After a third hour remitting them all in I just gave up, it just doesn’t work and I’ll be getting my money back from iTunes. ✓ Good but could be betterNeeds more options. Example different reminder cycles such as Quarterly or bi annual. Also an option for a 2nd reminder. 1st could be chosen to alert a week prior with the second on the due date if it still isn’t cleared..Version: 6.0
✓ Removed featureI have been using this app for over 7 years, I requested that bills that had been partially paid to show the amount left to pay. This feature was added back in 2017, unfortunately the latest update removed that feature. Without this feature it is difficult to see what is left owing on a partially paid bill without navigating through numerous screens. Very disappointed.Version: 7.0.1
✓ Was ery goodWhilst this is still a useful and effective way to keep track of your upcoming bills, why was it necessary to muck around with it in a major update? It wasn’t broken - why try to fix it with a more confusing app?.Version: 7.0
✓ Ok but could be way betterI like that you can add the bills and specify frequency, amount and allocate a type. But having to add an end dates is annoying. Making that optional would be good. The main annoyance is that you can’t include income in any way. You can’t even set the pay period (weekly, biweekly, monthly). The only way I can do this is by adding a “bill” that says income, and set the frequency to bi weekly. It would be great if it broke the billing cycle down into your pay period and told you how much you had left after paying bills during that pay period..Version: 6.0
✓ It’s okI like the app and despite my 2 star review, I’ll continue to use it. I’ll change the star rating if changes are made 1. I occasionally pay bills ahead of time. Because of that, I have to search for my bill on upcoming bills which is fine. Even if I pay it, it shows up in my bills again when it’s within the pre-set notification window. So, I have to close the bill again. 2. This one bugs me the most but it may not for you. The app does NOT automatically add the bills coming due on to your icon badge. It’s the little red number that indicates your bills coming due. You have to open the app for the badge to update. So unless you check the app all of the time, the warning is useless. I want the app to be able to refresh itself in the background..Version: 4.0
✓ Wish you had not removed thus featureWe used to have the choice to ‘save for this bill only’ or ‘save for all future bills’ options. Very sad that feature has been removed. Just a blanket SAVE now! Love to have that feature back. Was 5 stars, now 3. :(.Version: 5.2
✓ Almost perfectI have been a long time user of the Bill Monitor APP (9+ years). I have to say, I am not liking the new look. With the new look came with my settings not working correctly and I wasn’t getting the notifications like I used to. Needless to say, some of my bills were late as a result. On top of that, there was no option to go back to your old look or configuration. If your new to the App, I guess you’ll go there the normal setup pains..Version: 7.0.2
✓ Not suitable for what I need it forI downloaded this to keep track of my bills which I have from multiple accounts (house bills, personal bills). Unfortunately it does not support this feature. For a single account I imagine the app would work fine but if you need multiple accounts, download Account Tracker!.Version: 3.4
✓ Good but has some flaws.I've been using this app for a couple years now. It works OK, but needs a couple of functionality updates to be a 5 star app. First, it seems to need to be opened first before it will update the app badge icon number. I could work off of a paper calendar if I was going to look at it everyday to see what was due, an app should update notifications without my interaction. Another glaring flaw that would be an easy fix: the reminder goes off ONCE. I have a to-do list type app that allows you to set how often the alarm reminder will go off until you either complete the task or turn off the reminder. This app desperately needs an ongoing reminder of an unpaid bill beyond just the app badge. Years ago, this would have been acceptable. Today, as apps have all progressed, this is unacceptable..Version: 5.0
✓ A good app that gets the job doneSo my previous app has stopped getting support so I bought this one. Over all it is good but there are some improvements needed. The first is that there's no way to have a bill be marked as paid with a $0 amount. In real life there are bills with either a zero balance or a credit balance so this is a bit of an annoyance. The other thing is the mandatory end date. There are many bills without an end date so this is truly bizarre to mandate this. I hope the developers pay attention to these reviews as I'm far from the only one complaining about these issues. Update: October 2018 The app is pestering for me for a review so here it is. Still the same issues as last time which after this long are incredibly disappointing..Version: 4.0

I purchased the Pro version but surprisingly, I can no longer add a new bill unless I subscribe for monthly, 6 months or one year, which I am not going to do at all. I prefer purchasing another app for which I will not have to make any subscription. Very disappointed about the obligation to subscribe although I had purchased the Pro version ———-previous review This app is awesome. Gets me keeping track of all my bills and expenses. However, the ‘send email option is not working’ although I have the pro version. It would be great to be able to export/download or send my report. Hope this issue could be fixed..Version: 6.0
✓ Fine when it worked, terrible supportI used this app for several months and would have given it a B- when it was working. Unfortunately, it started crashing. None of the usual remedies helped. I reached out to the developers and got vague suggestions that were difficult to understand. It was almost like they were being sent by someone who doesn't speak English or something. Several emails and a dropped ball later, I deleted it for good and went with a different app. This was no small task, as I had been all in and very dependent on this app. Lots of rebuilding had to be done. Very frustrated..Version: 4.0
