✓ Absolute garbage appDoesn’t work. Tried subscribing and unsubscribing twice. Closed and opened the app several times. Logged in and out several times. Still won’t let me watch games. Worked the last 3 years. But a absolute scam now. Couldn’t find any help source. I even resorted to direct message to btn+ on twitter. No response and no interest in solving the problem. ✓ DO NOT BUY!!!!!This app is terrible and does not work. I can log in and it says I need to subscribe which I’ve already done and paid. I used support and they said they can’t find my account even though I’m logged in. They said send us proof you’ve paid. Sent them receipt and screenshot of my active and paid subscription. ✓ Doesn’t work anymoreI attempted to use the “app support”, but it connects to a page that cannot be found, so review it is! In summary, I purchased a single college subscription on Saturday to watch a game. I purchased the monthly pass and it is showing as an active subscription in Apple settings. The app however, says I don’t have any active subscriptions. The app offers me to purchase a subscription, and when I try to “re-purchase” it, the app errors saying I already have an active subscription. Ugh. Cannot use the “+” part of this, rendering it useless. I’ve never run into this before- the app used to work smoothly. Don’t know what’s going on!.Version: 11.6

✓ An abject failure.They finally got the Big Ten Network working acceptability after several years and now they have taken the content I want to see off the Network. What an abject failure when the only place to watch a game live in on the BTN and the BTN doesn’t show any games live. I live on the West coast it isn’t like I can fly to Michigan to see the games. Streaming was the only method of seeing the games live that weren’t broadcast nationally and now they have ruined it..Version: 11.6.1

✓ How do you not provide coverage of your own network????Complete b.llsh.t app. I’m on the (school) membership and have found that I can’t even watch games on the big ten network using the big ten+ app? Can’t watch games on BIG10, apparently available on Fox Sports App only… Makes sense when you have your own app? Basically you can’t get live coverage of any game shown on the actual Big Ten Network, or with coverage by any other network or games they don’t feel like covering. I’ve had to find other means of watching for 4 of the last 5 basketball game and most of the football games. ✓ Women’s Lacrosse Coverage is UNWATCHABLEWhat a disgrace. The commentary this year ((2023) is a disgrace. Where is this company getting these folks? Watched the UMich - Cinci game today and the commentators did not realize the audio was live prior to the start of the game and one person was dropping f-bombs (Coby?). It was obvious they had not womens lax IQ and kept calling wrong penalties and had no clue that of a goalie change at halftime…. Crazy that anyone would pay a red cent for this garbage. I would have been happier just hearing the game noise. ESPN+ and ACCN are sooo much better!!! what a waste. The disparity of the commentating quality between mens and women’s game is apparent. In btn plus app says Illinois subscription.(default I think) cannot delete or change subscription to Minnesota (even though apple subscription settings say Minnesota as choice) Worst part is this is the third year it been like this. ✓ Useless for CanadiansThis app mostly revolves around video content, which can only be viewed after specifying your TV provider. Problem is, Canadian providers aren't on the list. So although I'm a legitimate BTN subscriber (via Shaw Direct), I can't view any video with this app, which renders it essentially useless. ✓ Many games won’t playOn Apple TV app, when I click to play some games, a red “no” sign (circle with a line through it) shows up and the video won’t play. This happens frequently and I’m unable to watch at least 30% of games because of this issue. Sometimes the games are able to be viewed later and other times the games are not able to be viewed. All the games in question occurred months in the past so it isn’t a delay related to video availability. Also, not all Big Ten team games are available. I’m not sure what the rules are here because even non-BTN games are on here, but not all of them. So, when it works, I’m thankful for the product. Unfortunately, I’ll have to cancel my service because I’m not getting what I pay for. Lastly, the UI design is terrible. I have to click my Apple TV Remote probably 20+ times before I perform enough filters to get to the game I want to watch. The idea behind this app is very promising. The execution technically speaking and in TV contract rights (to show all games of big ten teams in this app) need to catch up. I do enjoy the app once I start watching a game though. The skipping speed is good and they integrated the ability to skip using voice via Siri which is a must have. Not all apps have this and I’m thankful for the ones that do..Version: 11.8.1

✓ MiserableI’d give it zero stars if I could. Did the monthly subscription to watch out of conference basketball games and have used it twice. First time the game stopped and went to a setup screen in the middle of the game - this happened twice. It says you can watch live or, if the game has already started, you can start from the beginning. Well, starting from the beginning doesn’t work. No matter what you try (going “back” or rewinding) you remain in live action and if there is a way to re-watch, I haven’t found it.
