Great Product - But the App is Still Buggy.I’m a huge fan of Ink Cards and find the end product excellent and the service super-fast! However…I’m using the app on my iPad and there is one issue that has cost me HOURS of time. It happens when I’ve selected my card and have started to select contacts. If I do a search for a specific name there doesn’t seem to be a way to get BACK to where I was working previously. I can’t find an escape button or a back arrow on the contact search page. So my only solution has been to close the app, which means that all of my previous contact selections and message customizations are DELETED! So I have to completely start over. There may be a simple solution, but it’s not obvious to me..Version: 62.1

Account ID and password problemsPlaced an order without logging into my account (did not know I even HAD an account) and payment was processed and my credit card charged but I did not receive an order confirmation to my email. Now I’m left wondering if I will ever receive what I paid for. Also, the reset password link does not work. I can’t log into my account to see if the order was even processed because I am not receiving the reset password email. I’ve tried several times. App obviously not been thoroughly tested end-to-end, appalling for an App that takes money from people. I work in IT and this App (like so many others) is a FAIL! Many emails back and forth with their customer service could not resolve these issues. App DELETED from all my devices..Version: 42.0.7

😑This app has a large variety of cards and easy to put together designs. I have made and ordered a card. I ordered this card on the 15th of June. It said allow 5-11 days for the card to arrive. After two weeks of waiting the card had still not arrived. It is now the 18th of July and still no card. I would appreciate it if anyone else had this happen to them, and if the card ended up coming?.Version: 26.4.1

Very disappointed…I have used this app 20+ times because it WAS amazing! However, my last 3 orders (including an anniversary and an empathy card for my father) have not been delivered and it has been WEEKS since I sent it. Initially, when I filed a complaint with my first order they replied immediately - which was great! However, the order they reshaped came with two huge lines through the photo - that was a 15th wedding anniversary card. The second order that had issues was a “Thinking of You” card for my father because it has been 1 year since my (step) mother passed from cancer. He received the order but it was if someone else’s family! I have yet to hear back from the company about the complaint I filed regarding that - and it has been 2 weeks. My final order (and likely my last at this rate) has yet to arrive to my MIL’s house. It was placed 2 weeks ago. I understand the post office is have issues as well but I have filed complaints 4 times and have only heard back from this company one time. What is going on???.Version: 42.1

Company doesn’t respondI had a card made for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and had also purchased a gift card to come with it. Several days before her card was supposed to arrived she received a card made by someone else with some one else’s picture, message, and gift cards attached (that she can’t even activate). I attempted contacted the company to make let them know the wrong card got delivered to my MIL and to ensure that my card would still arrive to her. Well it’s now 4 days after the card should have arrived and she still hasn’t gotten it, I’ve tried contacting the company 3-4 different times with no response. And I’m out $30. The app is cool when it works and your card actually arrive and I understand mistakes happen however I’m not very happy that I’m not getting a response from the company and have now lost $30. UPDATE: it’s very obvious that the only thing this company is capable of responding to is bad reviewed. If they responded to emails as much as they did bad reviews I wouldn’t have a problem right now. It’s not 10 days after my MIL should have received her card and gift card and I have gotten no response from INK cards except on this review. My next step is going to be to report them to the better business bureau..Version: 26.2.1

Happy with app until it crashedTthis app is missing one really critical feature. The app crashed on me and discarded 100% of my work. And I can’t find that more frustrating. If you were trying to send out Christmas cards on December 20 I don’t think I recommend it. I have been using this app loyal way for years to send out cards and it has been pretty good until today when it absolutely disappointed me. Can you imagine having an order of 20 Christmas cards, with personalized messages all created. And all addresses confirmed and verified, all recipients selected and then the minute you make one change to actually upgrade the order the app crashes at the very last minute!I have an iPhone XS Max and I have Verizon FiOS Internet in my home and I don’t see how it could’ve been on my end. The irony is this was the largest order I was going to place with this app and it was the most upgraded order I was going to place with this app. But after this experience I’m beginning to wonder if paper Christmas cards would’ve actually been easier after all..Version: 42.0.3

A bit of bait and switch...Be aware that all pricing in the app description is in US dollars. This should be highlighted. Also, must use a credit card to pay. No option to link to your Apple ID or to use PayPal. There is no ApplePay in Canada, so that part of the app description is wrong as well. All this aside, the app is well designed. Don't know if delivery times are improved, as I won't buy a card until the payment options are revised..Version: 9

Best ever until.........I’ve exclusively used them and have to say they are the best cards ever. I’ve changed my star rating though because I’m unable to change my payment method and it’s getting aggravating to keep attempting. I’ve been paying through PayPal with no problems in the past. Ive looked but can’t find a help link that answers my questions. I’ve upgraded my AMEX to platinum and the number has changed. I’ve not changed it on PayPal but wish to use my card on Ink Cards anyway. I guess when they attempt to charge me when I run out of credits it won’t go through. I’d hate not using them but they are not the only online cards out there that would be glad to take my money. I’ll have to change companies and honestly don’t wish too but if ink cards doesn’t want my money and lose a long time customer that has ordered a good amount of cards through them, then so be it..Version: 26.0.3

This is not a good app.This is a useful service, and if you can manage to get all the way through the process it works and someone on the other end will recieve a card. BUT, the app is genuinely terrible. It will stall and crash for no reason sometimes. It'll discarad your work without warning. It will inexplicably not import a contact. It will display photos from albums out of order. It will outright refuse to use a photo from your album. It's the sort of app that is so poorly made I find myself checking again and again to make sure that it's not going to send the card to the wrong person on accident because the interface is broken or something. Zero confidence in this app. What's crazy is that it's not even doing anything all that complicated. Individual, self-employed developers routinely make more complex apps that work better and more reliably than this. I genuinely have no idea why this company can't release something better than this. This could be a failure of the marketplace though because the two other apps I've used from other companies have had similar issues..Version: 54.2

Really like it but ...What a beautiful looking app with some really nicely designed cards. Issues were for me were around the delivery time of the actual service and the inability to increase the font size in the window - if I'm just writing a short Merry Cristmas, I don't want it to be size 10pt! The delivery to Australia was 4-6 weeks as well which for a card seemed quite ridiculous if you ask me!.Version: 1.5

Misprints and buggy appI've used this app for a number of years, mostly because I liked the ease of use sending postcards while traveling. But last year at Christmas I ordered cards and they were misprinted. Heads were cut off, so I contacted customer service to ask for a reprint. Which I was granted after being told it was my fault for approving the order. However, the preview of the cards did not show the heads cut off. I work in the print industry, I'm a photographer, I would not have approved such a crop. I can even go into the order history and show that what I approved and what I recieved were not the same. After the rude interaction with customer service I vowed not to use them this year. I've now discovered you can't export addresses from the app, which is another strike against them..Version: 62.0

Can’t select photosI really want to use this app, but photo selection is barely working. I can’t select from a photo album (clicking “Albums” gives me a blank screen) and when I try to scroll back a few days to select an old photo, many of the photos don’t display (they are just grey squares). It’s therefore not possible to use anything other than a photo taken very recently. Please fix!.Version: 22

Downgraded QualityI LOVED this app for years. Raved about it and recommended to many friends. The postcards were a great quality and price. I sent them for every holiday, occasion or just for fun. Extremely disappointed to discover that sometime during the last 6 months they severely downgraded the quality of the cards. They used to be sturdy and very laminated to survive the post office and transit and always arrived in perfect condition. However my Christmas cards this year are arriving bent and with the pictures smeared/scratched because the cards are no longer sturdy or shiny/laminated. I reached out to customer service and they only re-sent the card I had delivered to myself (sorry I’m not about to call the other 58 recipients to ask if the card I sent them arrived damaged). So disappointed in both the downgraded quality of the product, as well as the lackluster customer service response. Sadly no longer recommend..Version: 32.0.1

Very late for Canadian addressesMy Canadian friends received my Christmas cards about 6 weeks late. My US friends got the card within a few days of me ordering it. Something might've happened at the border (Canada Post?) or with the system they used to send it to the Canadian addresses. The cards were stamped with Canada post stamps this year (US mail in past years) not sure what is going wrong here..Version: 62.1

Christmas card deliveriesI have used ink cards on lots of occasions, especially as I live overseas from family and friends. I have always been impressed with the service and quality. Unfortunately, this Christmas was not so pleasing. I ordered 5 photo cards to send to immeadiate family members. Only 1 card was sent correctly. 2 family members got sympathy cards with photos of other people on them, 1 had photos of a strangers child and another for a different mum. It was such a shame and didn’t get the intended message to my family. I emailed and am waiting for the first 2 cards to be resent. I then heard from my grandparents that their cards were wrong, this time I asked for a refund and received it for one card. I don’t want to stop using this service but am worried the same may happen again. I also feel sad that my family received cards meant for other families and vice versa..Version: 26.0.2

Terrible appI used this app to send several cards this past Christmas. My order was placed on December 4th but many recipients didn’t receive them until after Christmas, some not even until January. Than a premium card that I ordered for my niece didn’t get to her at all. Finally, they don’t tell you that the options given for credits are for US addresses and it’s significantly more to send to a Canadian address..Version: 26.0.3

Company went completely downhillDecember 2023. I’ve been using Inkcards for quite sometime now and while they started off well - if you place an order now be prepared for it to arrive extremely late IF at all. Even if you order way in advance and set an arrival date. While this has always been somewhat of an issue, it’s now the norm. The difference being they used to have better customer service and offer to fix it right away. Now if you don’t get it on the projected arrival date, they will have you wait an additional 5 more days before contacting them again. They certainly don’t include these projected figures when calculating order times. And the orders are NEVER on time. They blame everything on shipping but have not had this consistent issue with other online retailers so their business model is simply not working. Unless you have the time to babysit your orders here as a side hustle, Buyer BEWARE..Version: 62.1

Lost CardI ordered a card for a loved one. After getting a notification that it was at the recipient’s local office for delivery, they still have yet to receive a card. Disappointing! It has been at said office for over two weeks now..Version: 24.2.2

App is fine, card quality is disappointingFive stars for the app and ease of ordering. We took our Christmas photos with a Nikon DSLR and made our Christmas cards using Ink Cards this year. We sent family and friends cards and also had one sent to our house for a keepsake. I was glad that we sent one to ourselves so that we were able to see the quality of the cards. The card itself looked and felt like it was printed on plain card stock paper and it was shipped in an envelope that I originally mistook for spam mail. I was really disappointed that the card was printed on such poor quality paper. I felt like I could have printed this out myself at home with the same results. In previous years, Ink Cards were printed on a thick high gloss paper. This will be the last time we order from here..Version: 32.3

Great way to send cards!I started out using Postagram (which I also love) but now use ink all the time! I love how fast and easy (minus the photo issue mentioned below)it is! All my family and friends love getting the postcards, especially my Grandmother. You can also send them abroad, so I’m finally able to send photos of the kids easily to my sister in Germany. The app would get 5 stars from me in a heartbeat EXCEPT getting the photos off my phone often doesn’t work well. I have TONS of photos so I usually want to use them from my “favorites” album, but it starts with your oldest photos so you have to scroll to your newest. Often when I’m scrolling it malfunctions and makes me start over. It also happens occasionally with the “recent” album. It’s beyond frustrating. Mortified & will never use againI am overly disappointed in your service and thought I’d let you know. Firstly, it took 4 WEEKS for my cards to arrive in Canada. And most of them have not even arrived!! I understand there are holidays but I’ve never seen such delays. Early January would have been fine but this is ridiculous. If I had known the cards would get there more than 15 days after the New Year I would have never sent them. I look stupid sending cards this late after the Holidays... Not worth the headache.I spent hours creating the perfect card then when I go to order it doesn’t let you change the quantity to order more than 5. My husband is a developer he said it’s a problem with these smaller companies - they end up with a lot of bugs in their app and they don’t have the staff or expertise to fix anything in any sort of reasonable timeframe and by then there will be a new OS and new problems. I messaged them to let them know the problem and thought I’d give them a chance to look into it. Crickets. So I moved on and found another company that is not only cheaper (like 50% cheaper), their app works like a breeze, but the card designs are gorgeous and the turnaround was super fast. I got all my cards and mailed them out… then I get an email from the customer service of Ink Cards. Almost a whole week later lol. Not going to work when you’re ordering Christmas Cards and there are so many better apps out there..Version: 52.2.4

Garbage and crooksThe card never arrived (over a month passed) Took 5 emails and a threat to get a refund. My bad really, should have just let my CC company handle it and let St-ink suffer the chargeback and increased holdback. Oh, you don’t know about that? Holdback is what a settlement provider keeps back when settling a merchant’s account. Too many fraud complaints and such a provider is “encouraged” to holdback an even greater amount of funds from the scamming merchant. It becomes difficult to do business when your payment settlement provider stops paying you ;-).Version: 26.0.3

Most awful customer service ever :/I’ve placed nearly 100 orders via Ink Cards over the past 10 years and have recommended the service to countless friends. My last order never arrived to its destination. It was a birthday card to a friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer and also going through a difficult family crisis. She never received it. I reached out to ask for a replacement card to please be sent and for a credit of one card— Ink failed on its service. Obviously I wanted my card resent. It was embarrassing that it appeared I forgot my friend’s birthday.. I had spent considerable time choosing several photos for a collage and writing a heartfelt greeting only to have her receive nothing. I also asked if they would also add one credit, as a one time customer loyalty gesture. They refused — saying the “system setting” wouldn’t allow both a replacement card and a credit. It’s the first time I’ve had an issue in 100 orders and I’ve spend hundreds of dollars on their product. I’m shocked they wouldn’t offer me $2 to just say “hey sorry your card didn’t arrive- thanks for your loyalty and here’s an extra credit” this one time. Obvi I don’t need the $2. Just extremely disappointed and somewhat shocked at their business model!.Version: 60.0.1

Horrible CompanyI have used Inkcards many times but I will no longer use them in the future. A previous order of mine was totally incorrect. The recipients of my cards all received cards that were ordered by another customer. I was very disappointed. I contacted Inkcards and I was informed that there was a ‘glitch’ in their system and my money was refunded. I realize that mistakes can happen so I decided to give them another chance. I placed a few more orders with Inkcards and they were correct. Fast forward to Christmas 2023. I ordered 7 cards on December 3rd. They supposedly shipped by the next day and had an expected delivery date of December 9th. Today is December 23rd and none of the cards have been received. They were all going to different addresses, some in a different state. This can obviously not be the fault of the Postal Service. Inkcards has refunded my money but that does not help the fact that my loved ones will not be receiving Christmas cards this year. Very Unhappy CustomerI ordered a Mother’s Day card on April 28th and expected it to be delivered around Mother’s Day. I completely understand orders are slower due to the pandemic, so I allowed for some extra time. I was delighted to hear the order shipped on May 1st and was then out for delivery on May 8th. It is now May 26th and the order was never delivered. Unfortunately, this has happened twice before with my Ink purchases as well. I attempted to contact customer service, and it wasn’t until my third outreach that I heard “we are running behind schedule with some orders” in an automated response. Again, while I completely understand the circumstances of the pandemic, I would like my money back because Mother’s Day has come and gone. I am unable to connect with anyone at customer service (other than an automated message), so I am leaving this review in an attempt to get my money back for this order. For such a great idea and product, it’s unfortunate I will not be placing any more orders and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. 1-2 week delivery time for Canadian customersI just downloaded the app. I immediately noticed the card price is more than what was posted in the app store? I also discovered that the app was really designed for US customers. Once I set up my card to submit I was alerted that delivery time would increase from 3-5 days for US customers to 1-2 weeks for Canadian customers. Should have at least provided us with the option of paying a bit more to speed up delivery time. Sorry, but the delivery time is not acceptable for me. Love the idea, but…Nonexistent customer service. I received an email from FreePrints about a free card. I couldn’t get that to work (never got to send a free card), but I thought this was neat! I did compose four cards (three even w/gifts for Valentine’s day). I noticed a card, after placing order, had a typo. Contacted customer support via email function in app. Nothing. Hoped no news was good news. Received shipping email alert. Upon checking orders on the app, the one I had contacted CS about had “canceled” next to the card. So…. does this mean card was edited and sent or does it mean it was cancelled and only a gift will be sent? That would be confusing for the recipient. I tried the Chat function. No one available. Sent another email. The estimated delivery for the cards is not 2/10 as shown when I ordered and in my confirmation email. Now, it is 2/16. I’m hoping this is inaccurate as it is being sent UPS. Looks like there are some kinks to be worked out. As a busy snail mail lover, I was excited about this app. Now, I’m just left wondering. I spent a good amount of money on this service too. Terrible Customer SeviceI had a card made for my mom for Mother’s Day. I ordered it ahead of time so I could handwrite a message and did not receive the card. Instead, I received someone else’s card. I emailed the company THREE TIMES in attempt to fix the mistake... but it took them 15 days to reply to my email AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE CARD. My mother in law and grandmother in law also received two cards instead of one, but then again, at least they received the right card. Overall, the customer service of this company is terrible. I would recommend going with another company if you’re looking to use an app like this. UPDATE: I don’t have a Facebook nor should I have to go out of my way for your mistake. I have emailed you over 3 times and Instagram messaged you. Figure it out. P. S. Neat idea but....I must have spent more than 1 hr making a simple card. Even then, I ended up with a postcard as Preview section shows only front and back on the card. Go figure what a card looks like. Don't like that it does not save as you go. It only saves a draft after you purchase. The time I spent repeating my choices was annoying. It was good at least that it had a scheduled time feature since I just needed it to send at a specific time. To get the collage I wanted I had to do that in another app. There seems to be limited features on what one can do in a card since its settings are preset. Otherwise great way to personalize a simple card without having to go through a more complicated system. It’s fairly inexpensive as well. Since my card does not send until September - I will have to add to this review on the quality of card sent..Version: 25.3

NEVER CHOOSE THE GIFTCARD OPTIONSo, ordered a Father’s Day card for my father in law. They send a piece of paper in the card with an activation code. Linked to the number phone number of the recipient. When he went to activate; nothing happened. I call customer service; and they tell me that the card has been activated, but I assure them that he never received the “link” to the card via text or email. So now InkCards has just made us jump through hoops, being on hold for more than 30 min. And still no solution. I tell them to contact me with the solution when they find it. I get an email; and it just says “since your card has already been activated You will have to go to the retailer and ask them for the refund”. Ya right! I don’t think Applebee's is going to be refunding my money to me, on a card not purchased directly from them, and I have no proof of the card number because this InkCards site is a scam who just stole my money. Not for Holidays or BirthdaysI have several app problems. The app is slow to load (fully updated) and unreliable with force closing in the middle of a project. The printing and shipping is very unreliable. I’ve ordered over 40 cards and no matter what they say, they never have consistent processing times. I started to order ahead with their “schedule delivery” feature, and it doesn’t work. It just prints and sends the cards without rhyme or reason, sadly. I contacted customer service to report this in case a glitch in the app interface that was making scheduled delivery not work as advertised, and they said that’s how it is and there’s nothing they’re willing to do to correct the issue - although they know it’s an issue. All deliveries are suggested times, even if you schedule a month in advance. I certainly would not recommend this app for holidays and birthdays, etc. I’m switching to another service..Version: 37.1

Went from loving this to really having issuesWe used to use this app for everything! I would recommend ink to every new mom I met. So easy to send- Thank you cards, birth announcements, birthday, Christmas cards- and here’s where I had trouble. Last year they doubled our cards order so everyone on our list got 2 cards. Not the worst thing but we got about 15 texts kind of laughing thinking I made a mistake. Then this year the Back message of our family card- announcing our sons birth said ‘happy holidays -signed by a completely unknown person. Wrong color and wrong message. Our friends are texting asking who the message is from and what’s going on. It’s bizarre and annoying. I just don’t trust that at Christmas time they can handle our order. They don’t give tracking info for packagesI used this app for years with no issues. We sent cards directly and also ordered a large box of holiday cards each year to mail ourselves. This company sends emails with updates when your card or package is sent, but they don’t actually give you tracking info. This year, with the delays in USPS, UPS and FedEx, this has been a massive issue. I ordered a large box of cards two weeks ago, they emailed me to say it shipped 48 hours later, but I have no idea where it is now, and the company can’t be contacted except through the app. UPDATE: as others have reported, giving a poor review gets you a working customer service email. I contacted the email provided and they did refund my order. They also gave me the USPS tracking info- turns out, they created the label 48 hours after I made my order, but they didn’t actually ship the box until ten days after that. It wasn’t USPS at fault this time..Version: 32.3

Created beautiful card then App stops working at payment functionI’ve literally tried taking payment 40+ times (via Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit card) and the app just doesn’t work. I keep receiving an error message that “Ink was not able to complete payment” and eventually the app will freeze and stop sending the card, requiring me to close out of the app to go back in. I’ve checked & tripped checked all of my payment details, and the app and phone settings just to be sure this wasn’t being caused by something on my end. Everything works fine with purchasing in other apps via. This experience has been really disappointing. It’s such a beautiful product you provide and I really wanted to share it with my other friends before Christmas. It doesn’t look like that’ll happen. I’m giving a 2 star rating simply because I like the product that the Ink app has allowed me to create. If it wasn’t for that, though, I would give 1 star and 2 thumbs down due to the breakdown in function..Version: 26.0.2

Misleading Product Photos & Other Reasons This Isn’t Worth Your TimeI gave this app one star because I ultimately did get a refund. That is the only reason I gave one star, versus giving not zero. That refund was not easy to obtain. I got my order and product did NOT look like it did in product photo. I went to the app and wrote to ask for my money back. I was told I needed to email them a photo of the problem — sure! Only problem is, the email given to me by customer service was incorrect! How do I know? Because the only response I received in return was an autogenerated error. I had to go back on the app (since that is the only way to contact anyone) to again submit a request for a refund. I explained the first email situation, that I couldn’t email pictures because the email address didn’t work, and firmly stated I wanted a refund. I was told that I might have gotten the email wrong, and to please send my picture again. The email address they gave me was exactly the same as last, but I did what they asked anyways. Another error message! Surprising, right? I went back onto app, and demanded my money back. This time, refund was granted, but I was told “next time you need to show photo proof”. Money was not returned to me right away but took week or so. Needles to say, there won’t be a next time. I’m suspicious of why this app has so many positive reviews, and encourage you to take caution before buying from this as well..Version: 52.2

Absolutely disappointed!I have loved ink cards and send them to family for most holidays throughout the year. I decided to go with them for our Christmas cards this year, although pricey, I figured hey they are good quality and have delivered timely in the past. I was so wrong! It has been two weeks and I still have yet to receive my order of Christmas cards this year. I spent over $90 for 50 cards and I emailed customer support asking for a status update or tracking information and have not received a single reply. They updated their app to say “unprecedented times” and are experiencing delays; however, two weeks??? Come on??? And you cannot even track an order??? Horrible! Unfortunately I bought credits so I’ll use those up over the next few holidays and then find another option. Customer Service is Non-Responsive 😢I have been a loyal Ink Cards user since June 2016. I have recommended the app countless times to friends, family, & strangers. I’ve placed over 25 orders in the last 4 years and have loved the quality and the ease. Up until Mother’s Day 2020, I have never had a problem with the app or with an order. I understand an increase in demand for a product might cause delays. I understand occasional mistakes are inevitable. I understand a pandemic might adversely impact a company. I do NOT understand ignoring a loyal customer when an error occurs and help is requested. I ordered a photo card for my mother and a $100 gift card (I’m a good daughter, I know), but what arrived was a humorous birthday card (that my mother did not find humorous) and the wrong gift card for the wrong amount. I contacted the company asking for help getting the correct card and gift card sent. That was 10 days ago. Their automatically generated email response states, “Due to an overwhelming response from to our products, some of our response times have taken 24-48 hours. We will reply to your email as quickly as possible.” 10 days is 240 hours. I’m frustrated with the lack of response from Ink Cards/Sincerely (the parent company). I have to consider ceasing my endorsement and patronage of Ink Cards; a company is only as good their willingness to fix mistakes. Things to consider before using Ink Cards..Version: 26.2.1

Great idea, poor executionThe designs available are nice, with a nice variety, the app itself is well designed and mostly easy to use, the cards were sent and received quickly, and my recipients loved them. What’s the problem, then? First, the quality of the cards themselves is incredibly lacking. You can print better cards yourself with a decent home printer, and the paper was low quality. If you look at the quality and price of what’s being sold by, say, Moo cards or really any similar company, it’s difficult to understand why Ink or similar app couldn’t have similar quality. Even if you are going to just print them off a home printer, there are better printers and better paper out there. Even just using glossy paper might have helped, since matte can look really cheapy unless it’s good quality. If someone were to do an app like this but with professional quality prints, that would be amazing. Secondly, of the 8 prints I had mailed, one recipient instead got someone else’s pictures of quilts rather than the card I designed! I’m sorry, but how does that happen? I suggest having a double checking process because that’s really bad tbh. The potential is amazing if these two issues could be fixed. As is, I don’t think most people would use it for wedding stuff (probably a major chunk of the potential market for an app like this), but with improved quality, they could..Version: 30.4

Worst customer serviceI order 6 cards, not one was delivered. When I followed up I was told I was out of a 30 day warranty period so there was nothing they could do. Cards are delivered over 10 - 25 days lateLovely cards personalized with photos and their ai feature which creates clever card sayings that are personalized for the recipient. Be aware their cards arrive slower than a snails pace 🐌 My first time ordering a card, it arrived 10 days late. Their response was “ While we would have expected your order to have arrived earlier, there are a number of factors that may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order (weather, time of year, etc…). Unfortunately, we do not have control over mails once they have shipped.” My second card was to be delivered 12/6 per time of ordering on app, email confirmation stated 12/9, on 12/18 I sent a “where’s my card?” email & per their response it should arrive 12/26 fingers crossed 🤞🏼update : it’s 12/31 and I still haven’t received the card or the replacement card. I received another “We are sorry” email blaming the USPS..Version: 62.1

Wasted 2 hours of my timeTerrible app. Doesnt give prices before for each card so you know how much your spending. Gave me a choice to order 10 cards that was supposedly 1.99 each and after all my work i go to check out and my total was 29.00$ with no break down in the bill to even see why they've added 9$ to the cost. There is no saving option so i lost my work twice and had to start all over again. Oh but they have a saved cards section in the menu. I loved them UNTILI ordered Christmas cards from them and a couple other cards with NO issues. They were wonderful. Then I tried their new feature where you can add a gift card. I never received a confirmation email and yet when I go on the app it says it’s one of my orders. That was a red flag. But I waited to see if it would ship. It’s been weeks, this card was supposed to be for Mother’s Day, and she still hasn’t received it. So I reached out to customer service and they never got back to me. I got an email saying they would email me in a couple days and to double check my junk mail because sometimes the email response gets sent there. I did that, nothing. Then I got an email to rate my customer service when I got contacted. I DID NOT GET CONTACTED. Just be on the look out. Make sure you get a confirmation email.
