When you are Not Premier Member You’ll get lot of Profile Request to see my profile and I’m Interested but after that Once you Paid Member Never Get Profile Request Like Before. It’s like a Spam. After few months I Never Use and now I’m trying to Open msg come up that you Profile is Discontinue and contact us for more detail. And there is no Contact on app, without inform me, Never email me to inform and discontinue, what a Stupid think I Never have been see before. In the chat window, it will miss the last word or line and I can’t tell if the receiver got the whole message. I also get invites with details I have already filtered out. ✓ Fake profiles and worst customer service.Let me start by saying! Shaadi has lot of fake profiles and not only that profile which is real but people will start asking money within few days to weeks. The customer service is horrible. They only care about who will pay for the membership especially the higher ones. Otherwise, there are profiles which has been created many times and they don’t care about it. They let them use it. Genuine people who have verified their profile get booted out without any reason. They have one excuse all the time “ You Have Violated Our Terms “. They don’t b**ls to what was the reason. Shaadi customer service are bunch of people who doesn’t have any idea about their job. Anyone would expect to be taken to their dashboard or home page once they login, just like any other app, but this takes you to the profile of some random person. One should decide who’s profile they’d like to visit and that shouldn’t be dictated by shaadi. You get notification about an interest or visitor but when you check there’s nothing of that sort. So many fake profiles as others have mentioned. Screening for mobile number is juvenile. A profile should be allowed to float only if you’re able to verify their credibility by verifying government authorized id proof. Anyone with a mobile number and email id can create a profile and float it in the app. So please don’t even speak about your screening process for crying out loud. ✓ Total WasteI opened this app and in few hours they deactivated my account and sent me an email saying they deactivated it because they couldn’t find match that meets my preference. In few hours I had so many request and even I accepted the request. This is the first matrimony app which deactivated me. Who ever owns this company should be ashamed to do this to people. ✓ Very DisappointingThis application has a lot of fake profiles where they will say that they were born and raised in US but once we talk they have a huge accent. There are also profiles where they state they work for UN so they can't talk on the phone but then eventually start asking for money. There are also some profiles where they will use the same pictures but for different profiles and with different names. All of these profiles have very impressive pictures but are completely fake. Despite of hiding my phone #, somehow some people were still able to see it and start calling at 5am or 4am but once after looking at the picture it's someone I have never seen before. Also, some of these people here will start texting with some weird pictures even though I have never talked to them before. The more I try to stop them the more they insist on continuing the conversation and will be very pushy. I do not recommend this application to anyone. ✓ Horrible ServiceI am one of your former clients and I wanted to let you know how unhappy I have been with the services of the customer service from your staff. When I first joined I had a case manager who was wonderful and listened to the type of partner I was looking for and was happy when I used to get consistent updates from her. We were referred to this app by our relatives and as soon as we activated the gold subscription we started getting inquiries from interested parties however, the viewers dropped and then all of sudden it stopped. I had enrolled for three month but just after 6 days we received a call from a sales agent who advised us to upgrade to premium to which we refused. She then warned us of losing benefits to gold subscription even though it is valid for another 2 months. She kept pushing and out of frustration we denied upgrading. She bluntly told us that if we don’t upgrade we would not only stop getting inquiries from people but also put us on blacklist to black out my profile and to reactivate the gold I would pay extra. I get a pop up!!!!! These guys have no idea what a mobile app is or how it should function. ✓ App Promotes casteism, profiles without photosShaadi doesn’t provide a level playing field for men. There are far more educated men than women in US/Canada, and profiles of women without profiles abound. Who in their right mind would get in touch with someone who isn’t even willing to share their photo? I doubt even people in Saudi Arabia get married without knowing what the other person looks like. Shaadi and BharatMatrimony are also very much responsible for the perpetuation of the caste system, which is basically racism.
