✓ GoodI personally think it’s a really good app you get great rewards for shopping there. If you don’t shop there very often or aren’t willing to go you most likely won’t like this app. If you don’t go regularly or even once a month you don’t get many rewards you will get a couple of coupons and maybe even a free donut but that’s about it. If you are a regular or you come once a month and you use your app when they scan, you earn points and then you get things like a free donut or a free dozen and if you save your points you can even get free keurig coffee things that go in them... which may I say they are REALLY GOOD!!! So if I where you and I went to Krispy cream often I would totally get his app you will save so much money and you won’t regret it. 👍.Haley-N-SVersion: 18.2.3

✓ No place to add gift card??The app is good overall. Easy to order online from your local store, easy to track and redeem rewards, easy to add payment methods. But I just purchased a gift card and wanted to add it into the app to keep up with it. Can’t figure out how to do that - apparently there is no option to add a gift card. Really?? In this digital age, that’s really a must. If you are going to run promotions on electronic gift cards, then make it easy for us to use them. Krispy Kreme - step up your game..DDD11Version: 20.4.2

✗ App never worksI have an iPhone 12, I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone and I still can’t place any orders. The app loads to the main screen just fine but then when you try to change to a different pick up address the app doesn’t let you and even if you keep the same pick up address that is listed on the app and you try to add donuts to your order it doesn’t let you add any it just brings up an empty cart. I love their donuts but not being able to place any orders through their app or even online on my phone is a dealbreaker.Wolf2742Version: 22.7.1

✗ Can’t use giftcards in the appI wish I could use giftcards in the app (and combine the remaining balances on giftcards too! Think Starbucks.), but unfortunately there isn’t a place to enter giftcards anywhere in the app…only ability to purchase them. It makes things super frustrating for people in the store when it could save them time by not having to enter the giftcard manually sometimes when it won’t work, vs if I was able to scan and go already having it entered + be able to earn points!.Jill DillardVersion: 22.12.0
