✓ It's okay...This game started out very intriguing and a cool, different concept. However, after loads and loads of dialogue and re-watching the same events that just happened, it really takes you out of the moment. As this is made by capcom, I should have realised as those boys really love explaining every tiny piece of their game, rather than letting the player figure it out. God forbid we realise that the 'trick' button makes you do a trick without eighteen hundred characters telling you the same thing. To be honest, I'll probably delete this game shortly as the constant explanations and dialogue really annoy me. Shame, as this could have been a cool, quirky game..Version: 1.04.01
✓ CHAPTER 7 CrashI had the game for a long time and erased all my data to play fresh so I don’t skip a chapter or anything. Got to chapter 7 and during the rewind death part it cuts to a certain part and then it crashes (no video just audio) I don’t want to spoil it. I hope it gets an update. I believe it might have been an iOS update that broke it but I hope it gets fixed. Some visuals like the intro doesn’t even show or the phone line transfer. ✓ Take this game off the app store.Capcom hasnt updated this game in two years for a bug fix. Keeping a dysfunctional app on the store is beyond a joke, and shows a lot of laziness from one of the biggest game companies in the world if they cant be bothered updating their game to current ios models. Seeing as my phone updated itself and I bought the episodes pretty much just before it updated to ios 8, I just wasted money on something that crashes at the first sign of interaction. The ios update isnt new, so Capcom has zero excuses as to why they havent bothered to fix this. It's disgusting, really. If I could get a refund I'd be asking for my money back..Version: 1.01.02

✓ Love this game but...I absolutely love this game! I can’t put it down hardly, but my only issue is that there is some kind of glitch when I get to the scene at the Chicken Kitchen. I get to the 4 minutes before death sequence and it just keeps showing the last scene over and over. Really hope this gets fixed soon so I can keep playing :(.Version: 1.06.00

✓ Dealing with losing saved stateWhen I’d save and come back, it started me in some random earlier chapter of the game. I “fixed” this by going to the main menu and using Continue or Chapter Select. This at least started me in the right chapter. As far as I could tell, it always started me in the beginning of the chapter, never at my actual save points, so I gave up on saving the game (apart from when the game would ask me if I wanted to save) and would pause my game play only as a new chapter started. If it weren’t for this pretty bad bug, it’d be a 4-5 star game. It has a cool premise and interesting story line, although I do find the characterizations kinda sexist..Version: 1.06.00

✓ SLOW STORY!!I like the game mechanics, a very cool idea with great graphics. I just find myself constantly wishing I could skip sequences and fast forward the story a bit. The story is just so slow moving it renders the game kind of boring. There are far too many 'talking' sequences and very little gameplay (maybe its just the first few levels, but if the rest of the game is as anything as slow paced I won't be upgrading) Please reduce the amount of 'chatter' within the game, Let us skip ahead in talking sequences and GET ON WITH IT (look: I'm even using capital letters out of frustration... ✓ Game is broken on iOS 14, Wait for updateGhost Trick is a great game, the puzzles are fun and unique, the plot is interesting and the characters and writing have charm. The only problem is, iOS 14 has broken this game and it is actually unfinishable, I got to chapter 14/18 and it just froze and I could not progress. I bought this game before iOS 14 happened but took my sweet time and I guess that was a mistake because now I cannot experience it to its fullest. ✓ Stuck at Rewind ScreenI've heard a lot of good things about this game and I'd been itching to try it out. However, right off the bat I experienced a problem where I'd get stuck at the rewinding time animation when I'm first introduced to saving the girl's life. I did everything I could to try and get out of it from restarting the game, redownloading the game and even bought chapters just to see if it would do anything but I'm stuck at the same animation every time I get to it. Looking at other playthrough videos, I'm confident that this was not meant to be an issue not was it supposed to be an existing bug at all. If the developers are still maintaining this game, I implore you to help me out with this problem since it really does seem to be quite fun. ✓ Fantastic with minor technical nigglesWonderful, witty enjoyable game, I've been waiting ages for the iPhone version. Expensive chapters but worth the price. Charming, a bit challenging and rewardingly convoluted. Annoyingly the game has some audio control problems - it does not respect the mute switch and even at complete zero volume still faint but audible music and sounds persist. The volume also jumps up to a much louder level sometimes (cut scenes/transitions) and although locking and unlocking the phone solves the last problem, a fix from CAPCOM to address the audio issues will warrant a full five star game. ✓ BrokenI’ve been looking for a new game to play and downloaded the tutorial to see if I wanted to buy the full version. I couldn’t even finish the tutorial! I got to the part of rewinding time and saving the woman’s life and the game froze. It just kept showing me the same graphic of a red clock rewinding, over and over again. I tried to reopen the game and I had to go through a bunch of dialogue to get back to where I was and the game still didn’t work. Now after reading other reviews, deleting it and not looking back. ✓ InterestingThe gameplay suffers from the on going tutorial and repeating lines (saying something up to 8 times before it moves on), also moment where control is taken away from you to watch a scene again or have someone state the obvious. But beyond that it has a really intriguing game play and story parts, what I thought I saw coming from the start never happened and the ending made me well up with tears a bit (though that might be more about me), I felt for most of the characters by the end even the big bad. If you have some patience give it a go, a full ds game for just 6.99 isn't bad, if you don't though avoid the problems I mentioned will have you closing it fast unable to push though it..Version: 1.00.00

I like the premise, the storyline so far and the obvious scope for future chapters but at the same time it feels painfully slow moving which is frustrating. A tap to skip option could really speed things up with regards to dialogue boxes, the wait time seems far too long before it allows you to move to the next box unless you read VERY slowly. It's also frustrating to figure out what's going to happen next but have to wait to be drip-fed the progression of the story.
