✓ Good but.......I love thefreedictionary online and use it all the time. It has been a fantastic resource for my current studies. Reliable and informative detail and usually faster access to get to detail I need than some of my other study resources. The app version, however, doesn't allow you to switch between the 'medical' version or 'acronym', 'encyclopaedia' etc. as easily and directly as the online version and consequently is 'clunkier' to use. Because of this maybe, it seems that content on the app version seems to be less than on the online website version. That said, I still think it's a great reference and only have to refer to a hard copy dictionary when I am looking up how to spell a word - haven't used a computer based dictionary that helps me with this yet..Niloc NosracVersion: 3.3

✓ Very bad design appWhen I typed the word ‘PATES’ on the search bar the dictionary gave me a serious of related words. I found ‘PATES DE FOIE GRAS’ but it was under and covered by the keyboard. I touched the screen, the keyboard didn’t disappear and the ‘PATES DE FOIE GRAS’ was still under and covered by the keyboard. I used my fingers to push the ‘PATES DE FOIE GRAS’ up above the keyboard then I could see and wrote it down and typed it on the search bar then I could see it and found the meaning..Hgih gradeVersion: 8.6

✓ Why do I have two Apps?My MacBook Air Kenwood a very excellent dictionary I was disappointed that I didn’t find it on my iPhone X or on my iPad so I went and installed your Free App but I didn’t like all the ads, so I installed the payed app. Now I have two apps on my phone boat say dictionary and no matter which one I select I do not know if I’m in the paid for or the free app because they both say free app and I am still and getting all kinds of things such as play a game to match words, who was who, what happened on this day in history, etc etc..VampGamonVersion: 8.3

✓ 👎🏼Went from 5 to zero😩Used to LOVE this Dictionary and I am a true reference type nerd. I rely on Thesauri to select precise meanings as well as expand my vocabulary. Well, I guess Farley won’t be such a reliable resource for that anymore. The lay-out looks entirely different than it used to. It’s quite underwhelming. It used to have a robust offering of different parts of speech: definition, antonyms, synonyms, thesaurus, legal, medical, etc. And, if that wasn’t enough, there was even the option of clicking on alternative versions for similar information. How great is that for folks who can’t get enough detail? Now it has a paltry definition and a few entries for thesaurus. I mean, what’s the point? To think I paid for this “pro” version! What’s the point? I see this as an IT company that got lazy. At least I’ll conserve space by deleting the app..SeahawkMoeVersion: 8.3
