✓ I Need My Bitcoin BackI just logged in to my account to access my funds that I already confirmed as in coming in the blockchain explorer but my account balance read $0.00. In my transaction history, all the coins I had had been withdrawn and I didn’t authorize the transfer and don’t recognize the wallet. There were no sign in attempts. Never could I have sent out all my coins and not leave a single cent. Now my account is acting like a new account and asking for verification when I log in. ✓ Cautious StartI managed to register fairly easily and verify my account which worked second time around. Unfortunately I’ve not bought any bitcoin as the cost on the app is always above the value on line. For example, at the moment one bitcoin is worth £6715 (sterling) and this is roughly what the app says. When I go to buy bitcoin it says I’m buying it at £6994 which is a considerable difference. You also cannot buy other cryptocurrency directly which means purchasing bitcoin first and then using this to buy the others. This adds to transaction fees. So far I’ve not bought anything using this app for these reasons. I’ll wait and see if this improves. I have used the app to look at prices and it seems to work ok. ✓ Great App and Âmâzing featuresThis is one of my favorite app for trading and for a couple of years now I have been switching from different bitcoin trading platforms but this is really good. Thankfully I’ve made a lot of profit working with a tech team that deals with cyber services, security and bitcoin recovery; Raydi8ion cyber security. These guys have assisted me in getting the most out of my trades and also helped with securing my digital assets. ✓ Please Help - updateOk so I invested in ETH, and it’s been all well and good so far, until today. I can no longer log in??? It says the app is having trouble decrypting my wallet??? Please help I have £100 in ETH which I deposited only a day ago! Will rate higher once this issue is fixed! Ok so this was a maintenance issue and wasn’t just for me, now all back up and running and I invested a little more. Safe to say I will be investing more and more as time goes on. Also want to look into building my own mining rig. There are many wallets out there, this one (at least for me) seems smooth and nice and easy to navigate through. As well as showing graphs for how each currency has dropped/risen over the years. ✓ Easy and brilliant platformPlease beware there are many fake bitcoin trades or mining/clouding out there, I got scammed twice before I met a genius hacker who helped retrieve my bitcoin. The whole plan was so smooth I could not doubt it. Bitcoin is actually a great investment option but one thing I discovered over time is that it is not possible to mine bitcoin so don’t be deceived. It also allows you to import/sweep the balance of paper wallets which not many providers support. Those who complain about the fees don't realise that these are now required by the Bitcoin network and are not taken by the wallet makers. All wallets have to work with this issue. This wallet is much better than others in that it allows you to choose the fee you pay (based on how soon you want your transaction processed) and even specify a custom fee. Now that it supports Ethereum too it will probably be on the top of my list. Respectable company with decent security practices and a good reputation in the industry. Recommended..Version: 2.4.6

Each time I try to convert it to USD to move it to a bank account, I get an error screen saying “Trading restricted. Feature not available.” I have notified “support,” and begged for help, but they have no phone number and the forms they provide go unanswered. I HAVE received phone calls from scam artists asking me to give them the secret recovery phrase that Blockchain’s website says it will NEVER ask anyone to reveal. ✓ Clearing the airI’m writing this review to clear the air because there are a lot of negative reviews. I was in a similar situation with a lot of these reviewers where my balance was showing $0.00 on the app, when I did have a few coins. However, I found out that my account was under review due to the large amount I deposited. After a week of providing documents that they requested and needed, my account was lifted and I was able to have my funds transfer out successfully to my other wallet. If you’re having issues, be sure to open a ticket and use their website and not the app (only open 1 ticket and be patient, I’m sure they’re short staffed and overwhelmed with tickets they have to follow up on) and provide documents as needed and the blockchain team will assist you. Even if it takes a week or two to gain access to your funds (please know that I almost thought this app was a scam but they are not a scam) my funds transferred successfully..Version: 4.4.1

Unfortunately for me, I invested 53,450 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was delighted to observe my account increase to 230,200 GBP within a couple of weeks. I purchased bitcoin because I needed to make a quick transaction but however realised after there was a three day hold so I wouldn’t be able to do it, it was then that I sold it back into GBP, admittedly losing money in the process but I should have read more carefully in hindsight. The hold period is confusing but you will eventually get an email saying it’s over and when you do can transfer and send any funds. It’s confusing learning how to do this but you have to send 1 pound into your gbp wallet on the app from your own bank account to link them to be able to perform the transfer. Once I figured this out, I withdrew my funds and it was in my account within the matter of minutes. ✓ Great UpdateThe new update for the improved login speed with Touch ID is amazing. It is extremely fast now, while there used to be quite a delay before that was a tad bit annoying. The new UI in the dashboard is awesome. I have a better understanding of each crypto and how it is shifting in the markets. The total at the top is very useful and gives you a percentage of how much your entire wallet has increased/decreased. The $50 of free XLM was awesome too. ✓ CrapWon’t save Debit Card won’t allow you to add your GBP bank. A trading company refunded my deposit into this thing. Upon reading you can only withdraw to the source of the deposit. My bank said they haven’t blocked me it’s blockchain that haven’t requested authorisation from my bank. ✓ Please do somethingActually I don’t like written reviews but I had to right now for a very long time have been using blockchain or I say bitcoin in general I haven’t witness something like what am going thru right now and I don’t want it to seems like since they have been serving me right I never left a feedback not until now am having issues but it due to no where to contact you guys from have made a withdrawal of $318 from my blockchain wallet have been using frequently quite some time now and am yet to receive my btc to the wallet I sent it to for 6days and still counting it a pending transactions which is not telling well bitcoin is use for investment and business if this could be happening how am I going to be convincing my partner of what going on or if am still gonna get my btc back cause ones a btc transaction is initiated there is no refunding back this really giving me worst and dark days.Version: 3.3.2
