✓ Always on timeWhen I subscribed to the Dailey devotions , I was in a dark place of depression. My home life was overcoming a very serious hate crime . My grandsons and granddaughter were seriously hurt and abused by an evil family. My daughter was who they directed the hate on. They nearly killed her in the process . The word of God in the daily devotions, always hit my heart as hope and truth and life. One scripture a day became so meaningful. The words that Jesus spoke in the gospels , about having faith as small as a mustard seed, and He alone would build on that as we dive into the truth and life that the Bible reveals. It’s a beautiful way to remind us all, that God is in control and we only need to read and believe ,which is easy as the devotions always seem to be written just for me. I know I’m not alone ,many are enlightened by the word of God everyday. I’m thankful for each new devotion and will continue to get my family the best care to overcome the pain and loss. As a Christian i love understanding the meaning behind every verse in the Bible and unfortunately when I read the Bible a lot of questions pop up. So when I read verses from this app I would love to see the writer explaining more about the verse rather than giving us examples of situations in their lives. Its great reading it but at times it still keeps me confused to what the verse is actually trying to tell us and the meaning behind the verse. ✓ Very nice, short little devotionsI really enjoy reading these daily devotions before bed every night. Each one starts with a bible verse that I like to reread 3 or 4 times to try to commit it to memory. Then the devotion itself is short and easy to read but very applicable to daily life. Each one ends with a prayer which I really like- it helps to start and guide my conversation with God for the night. Huge illuminated signs for huge clothing chains are definitely not conducive to mindful meditation and seem particularly tasteless here considering the subject I’m attempting to mediate upon. I make it a point to complete the journal entry. You can go back and re-read your entries at any time. ✓ I love this app!I really do love this app. It’s simple, yet complete. The devotionals are humble and not full of self-love fluff but of God’s Love for us. The journal encourages us to document our thoughts with a guided question. I answer the question almost always. Sometimes, I just haven thought deep enough or reached that depth in Him to answer, tbh. Still, I do my best to answer almost everyday. ✓ Repeated versesI have been using this app daily for nearly 3 years and I enjoy the daily verses and messages. Unfortunately, I have come across repeated verses more and more. One of the factors that appeals to me with this app is the ability to learn more about the Bible, hence, inspiration and spiritual messages that the verses, psalms offer. I don’t know exactly how many different verses and psalms there are , however, I know there are enough that that could be shared without being repeated. Because of this, I am looking into other apps for my daily inspirations. I must say, Darla Nobles way with words and her messages are so beautiful and have a way connecting me with the verses/psalms that I can really understand the meaning behind them. It appears to me that the text itself is more faint, possibly smaller, and the background images are more complex. ✓ DisappointedI love this app and the messages are more than encouraging to heighten my spiritual walk. However, I am very very disappointed that I can no longer cut and past your words to share with others. I will be married to my new husband for 2 years on Dec 7th and when we met I started sharing my daily devotions with him via email and I was able to copy and paste the 4 to 5 different devotions I read every morning right into my email template. He loved it, since he doesn’t have time to flip through all the apps. Now that is no longer available, even if you use the apps for those devotions. Now all but one of the devotions I read daily, have to be “shared” which takes you out to the internet and then you have to juggle around to copy and paste and then send. What used to take me 1 minute to do now takes 3-5. That doesn’t sound like much but when you multiply it by 5-7 different devotions, it adds up and slowly I have just stopped sending them. …..frustrating Again, I do appreciate the fact that your messages are still free and that in itself is wonderful, but sharing God’s word in my opinion should always be free and easy. ✓ Always connected!Hello my name is Benji, I’m a power lineman. In October of 2018 hurricane Michael hit Panama City, FL. Leaving total devastation no one had cell phone signal. While we were working on power restoration and being away from home we had no way to communicate with our families. ✓ Great daily appThis app has been great in helping me get a daily dose of God’s word. The adverts after each devotion were a little annoying when they started but today we had one offering ‘Angel readings’! So very disappointing. This is not biblical and I wonder if those creating the devotions are aware of what’s going on. Considering deleting the app if these kind of ads keep coming through..Version: 3.0.21
