✓ Issues with the create a PDF and Email featuresThe app doesn't allow me to email pdf reports. Really disappointed because it's the reason I purchased the app. When I try to email the pdf report this message appears "Error devise is unable to send email in its current state". Besides this issue it is a really useful app. Please fix this issue and the app will get 5 stars from me..Version: 2.8
✓ Great App for FlippersThis app is great for allowing you to enter all expenses on your flip project. It is easy to use and even calculates your carrying charges. This is extremely useful and efficient. Tech support is top notch - I emailed at 11pm and had an answer in less than 10 minutes. A+++++++.Version: 2.3
✓ Very usefulThis app I use everytime I go into a new house. I go through it before I leave and enter all the info I can then when I get to the house I can see the profit margin change as I enter in construction costs. I would like to see the time bar at the bottom with labels or a drop down instead so I don't have to look at my holding costs and do the math. It isn't a real useful feature as is. The other thing I'd love to see and would get a 5 start from me would be if when you entered the address of the property it automatically set the average construction costs, labor and materials, for those items. That would make it the best app. Other than that it's still quite useful..Version: 2.7
✓ Very useful for real estate investorsI've been looking for an app like this for a while. It is genuinely useful and better than a long spreadsheet. ✓ Nice appI really like this app! The thing that would make it great is if we are able to have the option of submitting a percent for commissions for buying and selling. The commission would be configured by the percentage X sales or purchase price. That way we could run a a few scenarios without having to manually go in and change the commissions..Version: 2.8

✓ Awesome appI love this app! They should be charging more for it.... There are budgets for everything and anything, and they help you think of things you may have forgotten. The report generation is excellent for presentations and handouts. Its easy to see if your project is on budget and profitable. Only drawback is that the address fields are currently only available for zips, no postal codes in Canada - but I'm sure they will fix it very soon..Version: 2.2
✓ Excellent app!I'm R.E investor and I was looking for an app that I allows me to be more efficient when it comes to do the numbers...and I finally found, THIS IS IT. I believe this is a must-have app for all R.E investors out. The only thing that is missing this app to be perfect, it's when generating the PDF report it does not gives you what time-frame was used to calculate the holding cost(e.i 3 months). So when we share the report the other person knows. Keep up the good work!.Version: 2.1
