✓ Absolute garbageThis APP is NOT worth the 55USD! It does not do what they say and the APP does not even work properly. The App has the wrong bus numbers and does not give door to door directions nor does it give turn by turn directions. The mute speech does not even work. The shake gestures will not give you closest transit stop. I really regret purchasing this app!.RoxiiHartFoxiiVersion: 4.9960

✓ Poor reliabilityI am a certified orientation and mobility instructor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I used this app in my training programs for several years with good success. Unfortunately, the app is no longer working properly. I contacted the company. They appear to have fixed one bug with the most recent update, but other problems remain. BlindSquare could no longer recognize some familiar shops and cafes that are found on google and Apple Maps. Directional headings were variable and unreliable..OM teacherVersion: 4.9958

✓ Used to be the bestBut not any more. Have been using this for the past 4 years. It is good but is falling behind the competition for example there are free apps that use google maps data to tell you about surrounding POI's like bus stops etc. BS is still using Foursquare data so the POI's can be out of date and inaccurate as they havent been checked or cleaned properly and there are'nt as many POI's available for example I will have to save a bus stop in BS myself whereas other apps have this data already and it is accurate. The battery drains much quicker when using BS to other gps apps and the feature to export all your saved places in a single file that you can email to yourself has been removed. I do not use icloud and do not want to export one single POI at a time. I found this feature useful to backup my Saved POIS.There are also free apps that will tell you if a POI or intersection is on your left or right which BS still does not do.LTC786Version: 4.993

✓ Needs workFirst, the English documentation is poorly organized, and obviously poorly translated from something else. It's hard to use given this quality of documentation. Next, the quality of the map data is rather poor; they use Open Street Map, but perhaps should have used freely available Google map data. There's no way to submit any map data corrections. ✓ I can’t change the options in blind square sounds I can’t change the language and voiceI said the blind squad sounds to 50% and they still get 200 when I turn the app back again. ✓ Not worth it yet, doesn't do muchThis app is trying to be a better version of around meGPS, and my way However, it is doing none of them really well. This app reads to you in a non-voiceover voice locations nearby. It does a good job of using the foursquare database to find locations that are near you. However, the filtering, targeting, and other features are hard to get at. Especially, when the app is reading to you. Also, it's integration with voiceover is poor. The volumes of voices can be different, they can be reading at the same time, and other problems come up. In short, the app is hard to use, uses an unnecessary voice, and is not doing what is been designed to do. We should wait and see what happens next but this is not worth $12 right now.JbarbourVersion: 1.0
