✓ No way to change text sizeI love everything this app has to offer and I’ve been using it off and on for a few years now, but it looks like from their most recent update the text sized increased and not everything fits on the screen. I’m using an iPhone SE 2020 and already tried changing the text size through the menu. Update: Nick has been quick to respond to my issue and I completely understand what he’s going through as a fellow developer (web apps). I just happen to have a specific device set to a specific setting (iPhone SE 2020 with display zoom set to “zoomed”). ✓ Very cool but have a recommendation for youVery cool app. I especially liked the speak only function which makes it that much harder (and relevant to real life working memory). One thing I would add is to have a non whole number setting as with the hard level if they say 5184 divided by 64 you automatically know it’s a _1 - probably 81 is plus or minus 10 which I think makes it easier. Throw me off by asking 5187 divided by 64 and ask me to round to nearest whole number! But nonetheless very cool app! Thanks!!.Version: 1.7.2

✓ Pretty good game but one issueI’ve been playing this game for pretty much about a year and I am a master but when i do addition i get something correct and i answer the second question very fast but th recheck distracts it wastes time and without the check you know what questions you did right at the end cause maybe it will repeat a same question again who knows and this issue happened to me for a year straight and today I had enough of it and so the check should be removed and I am in 8th grade right now that’s why I’m good at math hope you read this review... ✓ The bestI have had This app for three days to help prepare for tests and other things and I can say it’s great . I love trying to beat my score and time each day , my favourite part is where you can ad daily goals and reminders (I set mine for 5 each day) which is amazing. Nothing bad about it for me it’s just an all around amazing app . I love practicing the multiplication where you can customise it (I put it for 6x or others) and my high score for 6x table is 164 and the time is 1.4 sec per problem . 😁😁👍🏻.Version: 3.11.3
✓ A great way to get my brain moving in the morning.I recently learned that starting my day with a little simple math has helped me to wake up. I am enjoying running through a little of the exercises on this app in the mornings to get going. I enjoy knowing that it is helping my recall and that I can advance to higher levels as I get more of the easier levels memorized. ✓ Great app, Multiple users would improve it.I tried the app and bought it 5 min later. I was looking for a timed challenge to improve my 3rd grader multiplication skills, and this fits my need. Then I saw all the other math cards and I am excited they can grow with the app. It is totally worth the $. I just wished I could have multiple profiles. My 6 and 8 y.o share the tablet and re-customizing in between loses the purpose of AI train & progress tracking. As a ux/ui designer, I would suggest a better dashboard screen with what levels (cards) you are working on to make it more kid user friendly-appealing. I would pay more for some extra features. I have a suggestion for the voice feedback: Full sentence confirmations like “64 is correct” are a bit distracting and take time away from the 2 minute timed challenge. How about replacing them with short correct/ wrong beeps? Even better, have just brief wrong beeps and simply continue to the next question on correct answers? I just have to say it is not slow but when it gives you a question like 11x4 the answer is 44 ( my favourite number) but I press 4 twice but it says I only pressed it once so it tells me that I got it wrong. Also, I wish that if the question is like 12x12 and you accidentally write 145 you could press clear and it won’t delete the whole answer and only the amount of digits you want it too delete. Other than that it has helped me a lot in school and it has taught me so much. I would say adding a theory section with tips for a rapid multiplication tricks would be appreciated. Also a super hard mode with triple digit multiplication would be useful as well. ✓ Mental math is awesomeIt’s fun with a new update where something speaks to you, In 2008 I did horrible on multiplication but now I’m much better if your kid is trying to learn multiplication let him do this app it is so fun I’ve finally got a 50 on hard subtraction, thanks mental math creators shout out to Nichols McNamra answer me back did you see that wassemoft guy I think he cheated somehow I’m not sure but in two digit afittion he got like 900 points (you get two points for EACH QUESTION) and he got 998 the timer is set to two minutes and you can’t change that but if your doing it for fun like me don’t cheat it’s not fun that way. ✓ Take a break from Sudoku and do some math.Pretty good app to keep up on your math facts. I wish more students in class could do simple math in their heads. They just don’t seem to have it anymore. This could help. And for adults, you wouldn’t be happy to admit you couldn’t read, right? So why be satisfied saying “I can’t do math?” Math facts are really a development of memory more than anything and this is a pretty good way of doing it. I wish the developers would augment their settings for the mid level multiplication segment. Any two digit times any two digit is a little challenging so maybe programming the second multiplier to be 15 or less would be good? (1) is it possible to allow the user to select which operations they want to work in in ‘mixed ops’ as opposed to only allowing all 4 ops? For example, a user might want to work on a mix on multiplication and division problems (but no addition/subtraction). (2) is it possible to have different difficulty levels within the mixed ops? So, instead of having the same difficulty level for all operations, maybe allow the user to select a different difficulty level for each operation. That is, for mixed ops, ‘medium’ difficulty for addition and subtraction, ‘hard’ difficulty for multiplication, and ‘easy’ difficulty for division. Or, ‘medium’ difficulty for multiplication, ‘hard’ difficulty for division, and no addition or subtraction. Just some ideas to make a great app even better..Version: 3.11.3

✓ Useful for drilling down simple calculationsI’m using this for my high school math classes only to speed up mental math calculations and get more fluent in it, while minimizing simple mistakes. Setting aside a few minutes a day to do this is already proving useful for things like factoring where knowing the multiple different factors already helps quicken the process. The only downside to this would probably be that you must pay for an in app purchase in order to unlock a mixed mode to become more familiar in real world scenarios, but even then, it would help develop the app more and make the learning experience much better.
