CoPilot GPS Navigation for Positive User Reviews

Excellent ProgrammeBeen using it for some years now on iPad and iPhone. In all respects it's a great app that does its job well with no fuss..Version: 10.0.0.984

Almost GreatThis app is almost great, some have complained about things they could have fixed in settings, I say learn the app and it’s features/settings before giving a negative review. I am a pilot and use navigation programs for aircraft and they are excellent as you would expect, this app is close but still needs just a bit more work to make it a bit more user friendly. Making a rout you want instead of what the computer wants can be a challenge until you learn the idiosyncrasies of the app. For those who complain about it directing them to a closed road or a low bridge I say this is a driving aid, you are the driver, stay alert stay in front of your vehicle..Version: 10.11.1.80

Awesome App !Very easy to use ! Would recommend to others !.Version: 9.4.0.276

Great AppEverything we’ve needed and wanted in a nav app.Version: 10.19.0.1355

Years of use from North America & EuropeBeen using for many years now, very good app. Only one time in Montana’s roadway a little bump. Been to Europe many times in Spain roadways and tolls , very good!.Version: 10.19.3.201

AwesomeReally it is useful app I like it :).Version: 9.4.0.147

Good nav appGood results with address searches, easy to navigate with. I don't find the menu particularly intuitive to use, but it does the job..Version: 9.6.0.638

The BestWay better than specific built truck gps’s sold at truck stops. Gets you into and out of cities, towns, etc on the truck route. Will not route on roads that are not legal for a truck, will not route you under bridges that aren’t high enough for your rig. Full customization available for hazmat, over height, over weight etc. best of all, it’s on the phone,(or tablet), you already have! If you update your device, just re download it to your new device for free. If you have bad or absolutely no cell coverage... doesn’t matter, this works off of the gps system so it’ll work anyway. Just like anything else, it isn’t perfect, I’ve found obscure, and/or new roads that wasn’t noted in the system, (and they have a way to submit that so it’ll be included in their next update), but 95 to 99 percent of the time, this gps will get you where you are going... legally. To many features to go through, but all are useful and rival what I used when I had a dedicated gps back in the day. SO GET IT ALREADY!!!.Version: 10.11.1.35

Offline maps, goodOffline maps works good. I have no data plan with this phone and it direct me ok..Version: 10.11.1.35

Awesomeee!!!Really good app, love it!! :D.Version: 9.3.0.176

Still a go toHave been with CoPilot for years. Like every GPS, there are pros and cons. Still my fav when travelling by RV..Version: 10.19.3.201

Excellent overall minor glitches new mini roundaboutsWorks well with known safety cameras and speed alerts.Version: 9.4.0.147

Terrific aid to navigationWe have just spent 2 weeks in the Canadian Maritimes, a place neither of us has been to before. I downloaded the Canada map and used it to navigate while my Canadian-born partner drove. It never let us down once and we were in some pretty obscure places. I don't know how good the voice-assisted part of the app is as we didn't need it. Fantastic overall for us though..Version: 9.6.2.707

App reviewAmazing app :) I would reccomend this to anyone.Version: 9.4.0.170

Better than TomTom (not hard) better than Google Maps. Can’t believe this has a feature which none of those mentioned have, I can travel and just click on a road, and then click travel through here, how simple is that, so when travelling through France, I avoid Paris, all other navigation try to take you through there, it’s hell, TomTom used to have a feature years ago to avoid whole city’s, then they went backwards, this app is great, well done, yes you can do similar on TT, but it’s a nightmare, you’ll be forced to go back, if you missed a turn where you’ve added waypoints..Version: 10.19.0.1355

Helpful for delivery driverBeen using this for 3 days now and found extremely helpful. One obvious problem is when you drive through each tagged location , it automatically wipes off trip plan. Sometimes the pinpoint on the map isn’t actually the right position for that centred postcode so I have drive around a bit more . That’s all ok if you have some physical space between drops but if say multi dropping in a town it starts wiping off the next drop and so on even though you are still searching for the first. It should ask you whether you are happy to delete / wipe before continuing to next..Version: 10.19.0.1355

Works great … much better look than Garmin!Love the look of the detailed maps on an iPad. We choose off the beaten path routes usually and when you do this the Garmin is out of it’s element. The confused Garmin thinks we are driving on someone’s lawn … doesn’t even show a road? One bug is when on “motorcycle” in settings, co-pilot sends you off the interstate and then back on the interstate for a two minute unneeded detour. Another is it fails to connect with the GPS at times, a power off/on usually fixes this. The look is something like a Tesla map which is top notch. So nice to have this, a happy user for the last 7-8 years!.Version: 10.19.3.201

Love the app, 10 months without revision?Hi, Love using the app, would really like to see a full screen update for iPhone X native screen resolutions/dimensions. Keep up the good work..Version: 10.4.1.447

Great app. Only minor bugsThis is a great navigation app. So far the only bug I have found is in the fuel cost calculator. Everytime I enter my fuel economy (l/100km) and exit that screen something goes wrong and the figure gets changed to some ridiculous value that results in incorrect fuel cost calculation for example a 182km trip costing $1980 instead of abut $30. Gives correct directions where apple ios6 maps app makes massive errors..Version: 9.1.5.81

NiceNice work.Version: 9.5.0.435

ExcellentWill worth it..Version: 9.4.0.170

Satisfied UserHave found this app to be very good even when I stray from the set root, it will recalculate with out missing a beat to get you back on track. Doesn't ask you to do a "U" turn. This was most helpful after the Christchurch earthquake when so many roads were damaged. Who needs Google maps..Version: 9.4.0.147

Très bonne applicationCette application me satisfait énormément, ça fait plusieurs années que je l’utilise..Version: 10.26.1.191

Fantastic App, Amazing Customer ServiceAfter years of using the app, I have had little need to use the support as it just worked and worked and worked. However, since the latest update, I needed to log in using my password and after years of automated logins I could not remember it. Contacted customer support and in no time I was back up and running with new version. The app itself, works very well, quick to navigate and easily integrated with other driving apps, by far my best navigation tool, one that is a staple of my apps that gets to all my devices..Version: 10.7.1.178

Great app for setting your own routeI love the multiple way point feature. I paid the one time fee for 3D view. Nocked it down to 4 stars only because active traffic has a monthly fee..Version: 10.19.3.201

Mean appThis is a mean app.Version: 9.6.0.638

Great app and very helpful at a good price, however...I use this app always when driving for work, i especially like the fact it doesn’t really use data with the downloaded maps. Only issues I’ve really found is finding addresses sometimes the postcode isn’t enough and the cross streets don’t come up, making me have to go onto google maps satellite view to find where I need to be then transfer the pin drop into copilot, bit of a ball ache to be fair but not really too much or a drama. Also sometimes the routes it chooses are interesting. Yesterday due to problems on the M6 copilot decided to send me through Birmingham, not really a big deal I thought, even though I hate the place. But when it started taking me down residential streets, with sharp left turns into narrow streets my blood pressure started to rise a bit. None of the streets had weight limits so I guess to the algorithm they were fair game, but yeh, not very practical! I guess that’s where a bit of common sense comes in to not just blindly follow the sat nav. All in all though it’s never made me hit a bridge, never tried to take me down roads I’m not allowed down (only the “except for access” roads) so for £9 a month you can’t really go wrong. Jut don’t follow it blindly or you may end up in a tight spot.Version: 10.14.0.536

Excellent satnavUsed the trial version to go to Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory which is a place that a lot of people don’t like driving around due to getting lost frequently. The speed sign notification on the app was precision perfect-as soon as I was entering a different speed area the app changed as soon as I was at the sign. It is so street accurate and camera aware - it even lets you know how fast you are going compared against the speed camera limit. The extras like ETA and kilometres remaining, petrol stops are handy too. It has shopping centres, car dealers and loads of other destinations in the data base. I purchased an air vent mount whilst in Canberra and am going to purchase the app when the trial runs out. All up, it’s less than half the price of the cheapest dedicated satnav, but it’s superior..Version: 10.7.1.178

Needs an update and soonI love this app very much because I travel in an RV so I trust it’s not going to take me through a low overpass but it needs an update and real soon because I haven’t been able to use since last iPhone update. It just keeps crashing whenever I try to enter a destination. It wasn’t a cheap app either so it’s not fair that I haven’t been able to use it on my last two recent trips. I still give it four stars because when it works, it works! Update it please! UPDATE: Copilot finally contacted me and gave me clear and easy instructions to delete and reinstall the app and now it’s working like a charm again. Good customer service even though it’s a little slow..Version: 10.14.0.536

Wonderful when you are in a new countryI drove all around Europe with this. It never let me down taking me through some tricky routes due to one way streets. Sometimes I missed a turn off due to the complexity of the interchanges and straight away it gave me an alternative route to get where I was going. The voice guided component is great when you are on your own. Even in Iceland it was great, and useful when walking around cities. Great value for money with the whole of Europe for a reasonable value. I appreciated it showing the motorway signs so you know you are in the right lane, something that can be tricky with multi-line highways..Version: 9.6.2.929

Great for Pilot CarsI’ve been using this APP for roughly 6 years. It allows you to drop pin on specific routing. You have the ability to save the route for a future use. I prefer this app over enroute because it allows you to us unlimited pin drops. Room for improvement: I wish the app had a tool where I could share this route with another user. Occasionally, when putting in 10 drops, somehow the system swaps pens, and you have to go back and fix that. Overall, I recommend this app to several people and have help them set it up..Version: 10.26.1.300

Very goodGreat to use copilot.Version: 9.3.0.176

Good appGood app.Version: 9.4.0.276

CartesA quand les cartes complètes de l’ameriques central.Version: 10.11.1.80

Mean as!This app is mean. I plugged my ipad into the car stereo and tested wether i could hear the instructions over the music and i could. Obviously nobody wants to get lost and thats easy to do if you cant hear instructions on how to get there. The options between 3D and 2D werent very much different from one another. When you have no destination keyed in you have the option of turning it off or leaving it on, of course if you choose to leave it on, the accuracy of where you are is amazing and you can easily switch over to music mode if you no longer wish to use the gps. Wonderful app enjoyed by the entire family. Mean as app i will recommend it to all my friends, they will findit just as affordable and easy to use as i did. Thank you.Version: 9.4.0.276

MiaGreat aid for getting around! Thanks!.Version: 10.4.1.447

Great AppI have been using this app for over 10 years. It is awesome. Have used internationally and it switches between maps easily..Version: 10.4.1.447

Excellent AppI have been using this app since last more than five year. Never give me trouble. After the last update only calculated time is at least more than two hours difference than the actual time. Otherwise every thing running so smoothly..Version: 10.14.0.134

Takes time to learnI guess I’ve been spoiled with apps that “just work”. Co-pilot is feature rich (as Marketing people like to say) but I found it hard to get started with the app. After a while I got the hang of it and it’s very impressive but I’m left with a few things I can’t get over (yet) 1. It’s very loquacious when on local roads. Seems like every 200 yards it says “keep straight on for 2 miles”. The second point is it does not work with Apple CarPlay- I know I could work around this problem but I tend to just use Apple Maps rather than setup the phone so I can see it. I keep returning to copilot especially when Apple send me down a farm track but I would like CarPlay support. To developers who can cope with the complexities of navigation, surely CarPlay is a walk in the park (there must be a joke in there somewhere).Version: 10.26.0.653

WojartI have been using it for many years. Like it better then google and Apple maps. Saved me several times in United States. Must have application for all situations when you might loose internet.Version: 10.14.0.134

Great for those road tripsHave used the app on several long family north America road adventures and it’s never failed us. Wish it supported CarPlay. You just need to make sure you have updated the maps the night before as they can be large to download on phone data vs home wifi..Version: 10.14.0.134

4200km trek across the US without a wrong turn.We used this app to navigate from Southern Ontario to BC, traveling through the US. Gas, Rest Stops, Hotels, Food.. all available on this app as well. We found this tool extremely reliable for our trip & no data required. Highly recommend this app..Version: 10.11.1.197

ExcellentExcellent gps, I just wish the upgrade was cheaper..Version: 9.1.5.81

Tested it for 3500 milesI juste came back from a trip I’ve made from Central Florida to Fort Sill in Oklahoma. I ised Co-Pilot for this trip and overall it behaved amazing. I LOVED the feature were you can find the next Rest Are ON YOUR ROUTE as we used them often. But if you don’t use rest areas you also have RV Parks and camping areas among a ton of other POI. In regards to what other people mentioned about taking you to places were you get stuck this is something EVERY GPS software does, is just a matter of common sense. I really hope the developers of Co-Pilot have the chance to keep developing this software in the future. Anothe feature I LOVED was thw fact that it tells you the amount of traffic in the upcoming 45 miles so you are ready before hand when that comes. Thank you developers! Keep up the amazong work you guys do!.Version: 10.19.0.1355

THE BESTI love how the app is free and you can get soooo much for absolutely no money. I love that it has coordinates I think it would be helpful for me because, I don't know how to use it, if they made a short how to/guide video in the help section. The video could include how to use other parts of the app that would be awesome!!! Still my fav free gps ever!!!! 😄😊😃☺.Version: 9.4.0.147

Great Navigation AppBeen using this app for years. Best app ever, takes you right to the destination with lots of fine tuning options to suit your needs..Version: 10.26.1.191

Finally!!Finally a free GPS map app that has accurate and up to date maps. I have only tried Australasia maps. Great interface and voices..Version: 9.1.5.37

Highly recommendedSuper useful! Best free gps around! Never failed me! Kudos!.Version: 9.4.0.170

Best one out thereHave not tried garmin but waaaaaaayyyyyy better than rand mcripoffnally. Only issue I have is eta is based off current time zone that Apple device is set to. Figure that out and subtract/add hours to figure true eta. I’ve had it run me down a non truck route in alabamy once. Other than that no problems and worth the cost. Dev seems to do regular updates. Could use crowd sourced ratings of truck stops/Wally worlds/ rest areas but it’s not a dealbreaker. Traffic updates are fairly reliable as are routes. Gj dood. It’s sad as can be that seemingly one guy can outperform rand McNally and all their billions of dollars. No joke!!!!.Version: 10.11.1.35

No caravan map for AustraliaCouldn’t find a map for Australia for caravans.Version: 10.19.0.1861

Steve jA beautiful and well thought out app. Fully featured and comprehensive.... everything a navigation app should be. A pleasure to use. Well done to the developers. Cheers, steve..... (Further to the above: the more I use this app the more I appreciate the thought and expertise behind all the functions. With the recent demise of my other favorite app, NAVIGON, I did not think I would find another of it’s caliber, but I was wrong. Copilot is an absolute delight to use, once you understand all its functions and capabilities, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Fantastic, and thanks for creating it! 6 stars!.Version: 10.7.1.178

Updated; Getting betterUpdate: after contacting the developers I found that I did not lose my previous purchase as it appeared. I have checked several routes I travel both with my camper and without. CoPilot has performed better than using google maps! Google maps assumes I am in a car, CoPilot routes me on better roads for RV travel. In fact, comparing my known routes (google v. CoPilot), CoPilot was the only one who gave me reasonable travel directions. Google gave several back roads I know I can’t travel. The app it’s self is ok and getting better. I am very disappointed that I paid full price, over $60 last year for this app, and now it is being marketed as a free app with subscriptions. The subscriptions are significantly less expensive then when I purchased the app. I purchased the app for an RV and paid for one year of Active Traffic.... now this is less than half the price. ALK Tech really owes its customers something for purchasing at the original price. If nothing else they should give a second year of the service to the account. Also the customer service is very lacking. No where can I find a contact for the CoPilot service to ask these questions... only for the parent company that likely won’t lead anywhere..Version: 10.11.1.10

EXCELLENT APPThis app is an excellent tool with very good response to any problems. Have used it on many trips and it has never failed me..Version: 9.6.2.812

Great For Offline GPS car navigationI was reviewing gps apps and this one so far seems the best. It is fast and reliable in its navigation. I would much rather use offline gps apps like copilot since they do not rely on cell signal which are not available everywhere and why use cell data if u dont need to. The traffic feature does use cell data but only a little and u can turn that off if u want when going overseas etc. i like also that u can download certain areas of the usa or europe maps which saves space..Version: 10.7.1.178

GPSVery useful app works well in Christchurch.Version: 9.4.0.147

Online searchWhen you have access to the Internet on Wi-Fi, I like the online search feature. You enter the name of a company and select it from the search results. it becomes your Destiination..Version: 10.19.0.1291

GreatI have used Co Pilot in Australia as well as on trips to the U.K., France and Italy. It has been awesome. I particularly like the walking directions and the fact that the maps are on your phone, so no international data charges.Version: 10.11.1.80

Good app but should be added to CarPlayAll good but it would be nice to have integration in CarPlay..Version: 10.26.0.653

Finally fixedIt took over four months to finally fix something that should have been a minor update as soon as customers where reporting the problem. Trimble needs to be doing a better job than that. A rendering problem on something that is inherently graphical is a show stopper. Most people pay a monthly fee for this software. I’ve been a long term user of their software and it’s going to take a lot for them to regain my trust after all the broken promises and delays. Hopefully the newest update doesn’t introduce any new bugs to the mess. Having said that, it’s nice that the broken features are back and functioning. When it works properly, it’s pretty much the best truck navigation available. You guys really ought to be using testflight to test changes with willing actual users before releasing updates that break existing functionality..Version: 10.19.3.48

User for a few yearsFirat used the app while travelling really good walking function. Used at home for car since and been happy. Used to alert to street to late but seems to be fixed. Something uses may not no is it works as speed warning if you dont input destination just in turn on.Version: 10.14.0.134

:)Awesome app, love it. :D.Version: 9.4.0.276

Great NavI’ve been using CoPilot for a few years on the advice of a friend. He was right it’s an excellent tool & I have used it on trips around Europe & in the USA. As well as very often in the UK. Works great. One area that all navy need to pay attention to though is junctions on main roads that have sharp corners. I use the visual reference to ensure the voice commands are correct. Being told to turn right when the main road makes a sharp right bend is NOT helpful if there is a right turn there as well. Or same scenario where are minor road is a straight continuation off a main road that makes a sharp turn. Other than that it’s quick to reroute if you miss a turn or deliberately go in the wrong direction, which we do a lot of on bikes to see things. Due to the disconnect between voice commands & reality sometimes I have only given 4 stars..Version: 10.7.1.178

Daily useI use this app daily for work, I have the hgv version which I pay for and for the most part I have no issues the only thing I’d say is it’s route planning changes for example it’ll route me one way when there’s a quicker route (with no restrictions so there’s no reason it shouldn’t automatically route me that way) also whilst we’re talking about restrictions that could do with a little update as it shows roads that are restricted as unrestricted and vice versa, this isn’t a huge issue as 90% of the time it’s fine but it can be a pain especially if it’s showing a road I can’t drive down as my route so when I miss that road all it does is continually try and turn me around!.Version: 10.19.0.1355

Great for everywhere but Auckland, NZThis app is fantastic once you have your destination(s) loaded - customization is fantastic but loading a destination is frustrating to say the least in Auckland as you have to know the correct district. Sometimes I just give up but if you have it all loaded on already you're sweet! Great traveling tool as you can have maps from around the world all in one app..Version: 9.4.0.147

Works greatHave been using it for years in Europe and North America both on iPad and iPhone, works great!.Version: 10.11.1.35

Excellent buy itI love it.Version: 10.11.1.80

I love itI just changed cars and got one with apple car play - I can’t use it via apple car play - unless I’m doing something wrong - - but have it on phone in hands free stand when in car and it’s perfect as it quietens the radio when giving me instructions and the best bit is it’s the only sat nav that bleeps to tell me if I’m exceeding speed limit for road I’m on It would be nice if it displayed on the apple car play screen but I’ve had to do this as a solution - which seems to work for me. I’m not great with tech so tried this way, hopefully it will eventually link with apple car play. It might do already and I’m just doing it wrong. But I think it’s great..Version: 10.10.0.535

Life saverI was away in the unfamiliar city and the time was about 11 pm and it was raining. I believe in Murphy’s Law guess what My car navigation was not picking up my location may be because of thick clouds still I turned the engine off and on few times thinking it will reboot the system but no chance. Then I realised i have my phone autopilot turned it on and it picked up the signal and so i was on the way to Sydney..Version: 10.10.0.535

AwesomeBest apps eve:).Version: 9.4.0.170

AwesomeWorks great. We have been using it for years to drive all over the world in many many different countries. Cheaper and easier then renting a gps unit from the rental car companies.Version: 10.26.1.191

Worked great overseas without cell coverageMy wife & I traveled to Italy recently. Before we left the States I downloaded the map of Italy and identified our key destinations and the routes between them. CoPilot worked perfectly our entire time in Italy. We did not need to use any cell phone coverage. CoPilot knew every little road we took & when we made a wrong turn it always led us back. The only time CoPilot got confused was when we were in a big city with tall buildings around & my phone lost the GPS signal. That could happen with any GPS device, however, so I don’t fault CoPilot. Once my phone caught the signal, CoPilot was right there. I particularly liked having the routes planned in advance. When we traveled off the beaten path, I could easily retrieve a saved destination and, bam, CoPilot would route us there. Easy-peasy. Since we do not speak Italian, CoPilot gave us, me in particular since I did all the driving, a lot of confidence on the road. No need to have a road map open. No stress over asking, “Is this our exit? On what street do I turn? How do you spell that? Ack!” CoPilot gave us plenty of advance notice & clear directions. Whew! I recommend this app..Version: 10.4.1.447

Reduced features in new versionI have been using CoPilot for years now, and it is a really good all round navigation app. Sure, some apps do some things better, but as a package this is good. However, the latest version has done away with being able to set different road speeds and prioritise different road types which was very useful when driving a classic car, as you really do want A roads not motorways, but want to avoid most cities. I suppose the same would apply if you had a caravan or motor home. Also the ‘range’ of the traffic information has been reduced from 100 miles to 50 which is a pain on long trips. Please re-instate these on the next version!.Version: 10.11.1.80

GoodNice App 👍.Version: 9.5.0.435

Very goodThis is so good much better than my GPS that cost a lot more.Version: 9.4.0.147

Awesome APPWe haven’t used it lately as we haven’t been able to travel with our RV but the app is great. On a trip back from Florida a couple of years ago we were warned of a problem ahead on the freeway, did we want to try a different route. We did and with our 38 foot travel trailer 11 feet 8 inches high we were routed through an under water tunnel in Alabama that was 12 feet high. Scary but we made it and on the other side in the middle of a downtown area but followed the directions and it took us to the park we were staying at that night..Version: 10.19.3.48

Very useful appWe used this on a cross country trip from Florida to Oregon and back towing a 37’ fifth wheel trailer. The downloadable maps are essential as there is sparse cell service in some areas of the country. The app worked well. Trip planning is very nice. There is a learning curve, but its not insurmountable. Also, the app sometimes did strange things when trying to change a route by dragging the calculated route. We used this on an ipad with a Dual XGPS150A receiver over Bluetooth connection. A very good setup indeed. Note that this was an older version (early 2018) of the app..Version: 10.11.1.35

Arrival time 😑It hurts that I even have to give this review because I told so many drivers about how great of an app this is .. I don’t know what’s going on it gives you one time for example take 1 he and 15 minutes and then later you go back and it says 2 hours and that’s without it saying there’s traffic .. roads are clear but give one time and then another it’s frustrating especially when your boss is asking you what time your going to arrive and it tells you one hour but ends up two like I don’t get it .. wasn’t like that before and then you can’t even talk to anyone on here.Version: 10.26.0.653

Soo goodThis app is great I have managed to not get lost since having it. Very good would recommend.Version: 10.4.1.447

Advise pleaseI went to use this app yesterday in a remote area It told me I needed to renew So tried to despite being confident it was in date and on auto renew It wouldn’t let me renew telling me it was as I thought on auto renew and not due until end of august The whole app is frozen won’t let me renew licences or settings just keeps throwing me out At home on wifi exactly same In a remote area with a campervan I need this to work reliably PLEASE ADVISE IVE HAD THIS APP SEVERAL YEARS ACCEPT IT WARTS AND ALL BUT WOULD ACTUALLYBLIKE TO BE ABLE TO USE WHAT I AM. PAYING FOR NEED TO USE NEXT WEEK PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO RESOLVE ASAP IVE ALREADY WASTED HOURS ON AND BEEN VULNERABLE DRIVING WITHOUT.Version: 10.19.3.48

No CarPlay supportThis app is fantastic in most ways. My two complaints are 1) this is not compatible with CarPlay so it doesn’t show up on my dashboard screen like Google Maps does. Instead I turn Google on with the volume muted and run Copilot on my phone with the volume on. This is sometimes confusing but much easier to glance at than the tiny phone screen. My other complaint is I can’t share saved trips across devices. They are saved as files locally to my device so I can’t open it on my wife’s phone for when she is driving. I have to duplicate the trip manually. For some reason Copilot rarely has truck stops by the brand and address shown on Google. This is usually okay to work around but I do find it odd..Version: 10.19.0.1291

Amazing and free!! Use thisAwesome gps. Used it to get from Melbourne to Brisbane. Worked perfectly and it uses no data!!!!!!.Version: 9.4.0.147

A great Navigation app try it!This is a great innovative flexible and easy to use navi app you don’t need to use your data connection but recommends to turn better accuracy which helps it coordinate but it’s not always accurate with directions but a lot of navi apps have them issues as well. One problem I noticed is when you want to search for a business or like a location it may not show up in search. But seems to be getting even better over the years. So for the price of $10 for voice turn instructions and the functionality and reliably I would recommend this app as current version!.Version: 10.7.1.178

Glad it's finally been taken over by a map/GPS company! We've been using CoPilot for several years now for a GPS while traveling in our RV - ever since Rand McNally abandoned their RV GPS app (we lost $99 on that one). When we bought CoPilot originally, it had several very nice features but when it was first sold off, the new owners (ALK?) unbundled many of the good features and we lost stuff we had already paid for. (Must have been taking lessons from the airlines.😆) Now that Trimble has taken over, our favorite features have returned and it looks like this is going to be a good iteration, as long as they don't get greedy. We give it 4 stars because we just got it and we're not sure how it will work in use but it looks good so far..Version: 10.11.1.35

It’s not quite TomTom but...It’s not too far off. I purchased this app for use mainly with my 8 meter mobile caravan, it’s not too far away from the mark, but it could do with updating - - Benefits, It does give me the guidance relating to sizes and weights of my van, that guidance seems to cover the bases, I’ve experimented with it over the last month, and have not been caught out. - Problems The major inconvenience being it’s lack of smoothly prompting me re problems ahead, I hear about the traffic holdups on the radio, and then have to ask it to recalculate the route, at which point it tells me about any such holdups, it would be better if it simply told me as I travelled along. The symbols showing bridge heights, widths etc are very small when viewed on the maps, whilst driving, they need to be larger, so that they can be seen easily. The zoom feature, either zoom whole journey, or zoom to next junction, needs reviewing, why not offer a 3rd option, zoom to next junction with max zoom range to, say 10 miles; where the view ahead is still reasonable, (if your next junction is 80 miles away, it makes a very small scale map to view). - Is it worth it? Yes - it is very good value for money, it does what it says on the box, as they say; it is a little quirky, but it does the job. You do need to read the instructions to get the best out of it, but it is worth trying it....Version: 10.19.0.1355

Like it but their map supplier 😕I like the interface & direction are not bad But the map provider HERE is not that good!!.Version: 10.19.0.1355

JAWorks well.Version: 9.4.0.170

BrillBrill app love how you can use it offline.Version: 9.6.2.1013

No CarPlayBeen using this program for a few years. It was my favourite until I had a stereo installed that works with CarPlay. Unfortunately, Copilot does not! It’s GPS app! Why no CarPlay functionality?.Version: 10.11.1.80

ExcellentIt is excellent I recommend this app Everything is perfect work Thanks copilot.Version: 10.10.0.535

Many years of use, no problemsI’ve used this for many years and will continue to do so even though I now have an onboard system in the car. This app allows me to decide a route ahead of time on my phone, in comfort at home instead of hunched over in the car! I am able to set it to the route *I* want to take, with waystops and far more easily than the car app. The maps update frequently. I recently had trouble logging in (my own fault) & customer services replied promptly & efficiently..Version: 10.19.0.1861

Great app.I'm a professional truck driver and copilot gps is simply awesome. using it for two months after trying a lot of apps and devices. its great..Version: 10.11.1.80
