✓ Questionable safetyIn order to use this keyboard and its emojis, you have to "grant full access" to the developer. In my initial review I was incensed at what I saw as a blatant violation of privacy because the pop up granting full access states that it allows the developer to view all of your texts past, present, and future. The developer contacted me and explained that this is not the case, that they can't access our texts, and that the warning is the same for all keyboard apps. The emojis on their keyboard are great and I would like to take their word that this is not spyware, but I've dealt with identity theft before and I can't simply take their word for it. I am giving this app a 3 because I am balancing what would have otherwise been a 5 with the fact that until I see evidence that it's safe, I had to delete it..Version: 10.0.0

✓ Please read if you’re concernedSo, after reading reviews, I noticed a lot of people (including me) have been concerned about the safety of this app. In the review responses, they have an automated message stating that hey have no access to our information or what we text. They can’t lie about that in their policy though. I decided to look at they’re privacy policy, and this is what it said... “This policy sets forth, among other things, what information company collects via these websites and apps about you and your websites and apps use, and how that information is USED, STORED, and SHARED. If you do not think this is reasonable, you must not use these websites and apps.” Doesn’t that sound pretty concerning? It’s basically saying that they DO have access our information! So, unless they actually PROVE that they can’t access our info, they are not getting full access to my phone. ✓ A Differing Opinion ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDING This APP!!I’m actually rewriting my original review of “inTextMojiPro”, which is not something I would typically do. However, the Company’s Customer Support went above and beyond what “we” as “Users” are generally experiencing (and accept ) as a whole when needing help from an App’s Developer / Company. Having had some confusion on my part distinguishing (2) different App Developers for Emoji’s, inTextMojiPro, being one of them, they were nothing but extremely expeditious in their reply to my request for assistance, as well as helpful to help me clarify their App from the other (Emoji GmbH). Fact was, the other I just mentioned was going to apply a monthly Fee of $9.99 for use‼️‼️‼️ AND, as I am completely certain ~~~ None of us as Users would be anywhere close to happy to pay that kind of a monthly subscription Fee for EMOJI use!!! ✓ Numerous bugs that won’t be addressedThe August 25th update broke (seemingly removed?) the ability to edit your favorite emoji list, which is the only reason I use this app. Additionally, it removed tons of other features for no apparent reason. I noticed in all of the negative reviews here, the developer suggests emailing support for a “quick resolution”. So I did on August 30th, sending a very lengthy email detailing all of the issues I’d found with the app, as well as the suggestions I had. It’s been well over a month since that email was sent; still no update fixing the many issues, nor even a response to my email..Version: 12.0.0.61

✓ It’s stickersI can’t, in good faith say that I recommend this app. I’m sure there are people that would love the use of it, but I’m just not seeing the value of it. It’s basically stickers. It doesn’t work like real emojis where you can just tap the image and plug that emoji into a text. You tap the emoji you want and it copies it onto clipboard, then you have to paste it into text, but it shows up as a huge separate “sticker” (basically like you’re sending an entire picture) rather than a small cute emoji within the text message or comment itself. I’m sure someone will see the value in it for them and pay the monthly fee, but I do would not spend $9.99 a month for access to what I essentially see as a sticker pack. It’s cute tho. I’ll give it that. I just wish I could use them the same way I use the standard emojis. Even if I could, $10 a month is just... too much..Version: 11.7.0.12

Some things that are kinda relatable (but not really) are grouped together so you'd have to scroll stupid far across the list to find it. I noticed that some emojis have also been taken off too. I can't remember off the top of my head since I don't use it often, but when I finally did need it, it wasn't there anymore. ✓ A mosquito and no light-skinned brunette?I keep pretty quiet on all platforms, but when I saw a mosquito in the cue for emojis on my keyboard, I was a little upset. They are gross, they carry diseases, and they bite me like wicked. I will never need a mosquito emoji, except to talk badly about them. But on a daily basis, I use the brunette emoji that only comes in one skin tone. I have nothing against it, but when 2% of the world’s population (red heads) were heard and given many red-headed options, and I can’t get a light-skinned brunette, then I have to say something. I know many people like me who use the one brunette option, and even on our tannest days, we don’t match it. ✓ A pirates life for me?Aye, I’m not one to write reviews or make a fuss. I don’t send my food back at restaurants, nor do I think I should be afforded any sort of special treatment in life and my dealings with others. However, I find AT THIS JUNCTURE, not to speak is as great an injustice as that committed by the developers of emoji. That being said, the absence of any pirate emojis is completely unacceptable. As someone who identifies as a pirate, on the inside, through and through, I find it egregious that I, and my fellow nautical brethren are disenfranchised to this degree. Not even a pirate hat? A hook hand? Not even a treasure chest full of booty. Argh even the thought of it now sends a wee shiver down mine sea weathered spine. ✓ Have a readI downloaded this on a iPad which due to the app it works. Now it shows you how you get the keyboard and i did its simple to access however there are no special emojis they are the same as the default apple keyboard the only thing that changes is that you can choose your gender and race you can still do this with the default apple keyboard i suppose it takes a few more ‘seconds’ which doesn't make a difference you can also change your background of it but its still personally not that interesting. Widgets are cool but yet again with the latest apple update you can do this anyway. So i downloaded it and after a minute of looking i began to feel bored and i realised it was nothing like it seemed all of the emojis they show aren't there!!! ✓ Diversity isn’t permanent anymore!?I’ve used this emoji app for YEARS and never had an issue. I upgraded to a new iPhone 2 months ago, hoping this “glitch” would fix with updates, but it’s still malfunctioning: When I choose a darker toned skin in the “diversity” option, it doesn’t stay. The next time I use my emoji keyboard, it defaults back to the “white” skin tone. This forces me to manually change the skin tone EVERY TIME I want to use an emoji with a skin tone option. This is ridiculous, and I don’t understand why, of all tones, it “happens” to default to “white”. FIX IT!!! No other settings option has this glitch. ✓ False advertising.This does not put emojis in messages like Unicode, it will just copy the image and have you paste it like if it was Bitmoji... The “screenshots” or images in the app page are edited. It is (kinda) possible to add new emojis, like in text as in 😁or 😐, but its kinda complicated and requires the other person to have it too. For everything else though, I guess it’s pretty decent. Although I don’t know why it requires full keyboard access, that just seems like a security risk to me. 1/5 stars even though I cant put a half star. ✓ I need helpI love this app, i’ve been using it for a while now and when I got the ios 13 update and the app sadly doesn’t work anymore. It’s like the emojis are boxes and then I even deleted the app and re downloaded it to see if it fixed and now on the app it doesn’t even show the emojis the app provides same with the keyboard its just the plain emojis that are on a iphone... im really disappointed overall it is an amazing app I just wish this could be fixed so I can enjoy it .. and now with the new update i ONLY have the new emojis that came out on every other iphone.. When I email the website I don’t get a reply . I’ve been told once that you guys will look into it but this was months ago.. ✓ Ok...This app is quite good but does have a few bad things. Good things: the emojis are really cool and there are loads of them. You can message them to people really easily on all messaging apps, so that’s good. Bad things: there are thousands of emojis on the app, but you can only access about 100 of them without having to go on the app and install more. Now, they shouldn’t be a big deal, but when you try, it doesn’t let you. Also, when you turn the app on on the home screen, it comes up and then says continue. You click it, then it says loading for AGES by which point you’re bored and turned it off. App is ok, but I’m honestly not sure if it’s worth it..Version: 11.1.0.5
