✗ Never received my package and no way of contacting the courierAt first I received a confirmation of delivery notification, looked high and low and asked the building manager to check the cameras. It was never delivered then after a deeper dive it turns out I was sent the wrong tracking number and had to track another one, I waited over 2 weeks, again, I received a notification for confirmed delivery. The package was never delivered. I tried contacting the courier but it is in Chinese and the phone message hangs up after 2 minutes. Very disappointed and definitely don’t want to have to use this service again. :(.Version: 4.9.0
✗ Could be betterMap tracking feature doesn’t work. Have it set to push updates but that doesn’t seem to be working. The parcel status updates when app is opened but not so great at consistently notifying on Lock Screen..Version: 5.21.6
