Journal Club: Medicine Pros

Handy ResourceLandmark studies summaries at your fingertips. Nicely done app, well worth the money for any practising doctor or medical students. To reviewer who complained that no new studies were added in the two weeks of owning the apps: this app only includes _landmark_ studies and its likely that during that two weeks nothing major has been published hence the lack of update..YoungyewVersion: 1.5

ExcellentI just wanted to verify for anyone reading the reviews that it's 2017 and the app is still being updated regularly. In fact, it added a landmark cardiology paper within less than a month. Love it!.AetherealismVersion: 1.7.1

Journal Club: Medicine Cons

In its infancyTremendous potential, great execution so far in terms of format, but weak in terms of volume of content. Hopefully that will change..Rfz1Version: 1.8.1

No anesthesia sectionI was very disappointed to see that the current version of this app lacks an anesthesiology section, despite it being shown in the screenshots in the App Store. I paid for this app with that notion in mind, being an Anesthesiology resident... after inquiring, I was told that the anesthesia articles were now captured under the critical care section, but that doesn't really seem to be the case... love the idea for this app but disappointed that my specialty isn't really covered as it was billed to be....AnesthResVersion: 1.7.1
