✓ Been using forever but has new bugI love this app and have been using it for close to two years. However, with the new changes came a bug, whenever I’m scrolling through my feed or searches, if I click on an item to look at it then go back to where I was looking it jumps back to the top. It is very frustrating especially because this only started happening when the new layout/features were introduced. ✓ Generally Really GreatI’ve been using Depop for a few months now, both as a buyer and seller, and have had a pretty good user experience so far - no problems with other users, I’ve made a few sales and bought what I now consider to be some signature wardrobe pieces. However, I would definitely advise that you cross-check prices with the likes of eBay where possible as there are a few sellers who tend to think that, just because their item is branded, it can be in tatters and still sell for a high price. Users can be somewhat pretentious about the quality of what they’re selling, in the sense that some people think that if they throw around a bunch of hashtags and take a few model-style pics with their curves on show that they can get more than what the item’s actually worth - I would just say that expect to find the same shallow and image-centric gimmicks you’d expect to find on social media apps. The app is generally otherwise great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get a good price on both everyday and luxury brands :).AllthingsdevonVersion: 2.30.1

✗ Don’t even bother, customer service don’t careDon’t even bother using this app to begin with, go to Vinted instead. I used to love depop but they deleted my account for no reason and wouldn’t tell me why other than my (non designer, high street) shoes were counterfeit even though the proof was in the photo of the brand etc. I had brilliant reviews both buying and selling and have been using the app for years with no problems then out of no where I’m locked out and can’t even make a new account on my OWN device. The customer service is abysmal. I continually asked them why my item has been flagged for closing my account and they completely ignored it and just kept telling me to send pictures as proof so they they can re-appeal my account closure (I sent pictures, they apparently weren’t good enough so I need to send more even though the JD Williams stitching was visible and the receipt was also visible). The same email they sent to me 5 times in response. It is incredibly frustrating knowing that they’ve closed my account due to their own error and instead of admitting it they’re making me go around in circles. Depop do not care about their app users, they only care about the 10% fee they take off you every time you sell. I’ve lost years worth of good reviews and can no longer use it to buy second hand items. Such a shame it has become like this as it was so good before..LANT4Version: 2.261
