✓ Good for race resultsI scan hundreds of bib number barcodes to record running race results. Normally, I use a dedicated hard-wired barcode reader which feeds the order of finish into the results database. With "Barcode", I can do that remotely. I scan barcodes into my iPhone and email the exported list to my computer. Although there are similar iPhone apps, "Barcode" scans and records a list of barcodes faster than any of the other barcode apps that I've used. On my Mac, when I get the barcode file via Apple Mail, my Mac likes to consider it a "Numbers" spreadsheet. My fix is to Control-click on the file and choose the appropriate file for my use..Version: 3.0.1

✓ It works!I get many letters now with QR codes in addition to the address. So I wanted to know what information they contained. So I installed 3 barcode apps to find out. ✓ Says what it does, does what it saysI was looking for simple no thrills barcode scanning app and that’s exactly what I found in this app. It scans and displays the barcode and type in a simple easy to read and save format. I would recommend a few add-ons but a few of which would make it very hard to maintain as keeping a database of all new codes and existing codes can be a full time job. What I think would be possible though is to enable a web browser function to search the Barcode online for the product name otherwise everything is copacetic and I appreciate the app will probably go pro not because I need it but to help and reward for development!.Version: 3.0.1

The product barcode scanner is a great bonus, plus the fact you can use custom urls for it to work with is really neat. It can become unstable, and stopped working after I built up a big scan history, but this was resolved by reinstalling the app (which wipes the history) It also would be good if it sanitised text for trailing whitespace when opening URLs.
