✓ Please fix gas station addressesThis app seems to work pretty good for the most part, and it is nice to get extra rewards for using my credit cards at select restaurants and stores. I have emailed and asked customer service to fix the gas station addresses in Recent Transactions on the mobile app because they are not correct (examples: it shows that I purchased gas in Dallas or New York when I know I was no where near those areas). Just got a generic response telling me to delete and reinstall the app., but this suggestion did not fix the problem. I emailed them back but have not received a response. ✗ Expired rewards?!? Or a typo bugDecided to link my MasterCard to a few of the rewards in my local area. This is not as easy as it seems due to rewards having two different expiration dates of the same rewards Link. I thought it was a one-off, but it seems almost every reward I open has two different expiration dates. One for 2018, and one that shows it already expired in 2017 in the terms and conditions fine print. When sending information and questioning customer service, you just get generic scripted disjointed answers or questions that don’t pertain to the information you provide them. The app becomes somewhat pointless if the information provided shows both expired and non-expired with no rhyme or reason. Why bother signing up for something and then finding out later you didn’t gain anything in doing so, except maybe a chance of the shell data base Getting hacked and your Credit card information compromised. If they can’t even get their app and terms of service correct, how do you know their database is safe..V.R.S.C.D.XVersion: 2.8.0

✗ Fill ups not being countedUser beware, program was fine until recently when I completed the number of fill ups required to obtain platinum status. App didn’t update to reflect this and called a few times about it. First two times I was told it was confirmed that I had earned platinum status and the system was experiencing a glitch and to give it time to resolve. Recently called a third time since nothing changed and they escalated my case and finally was told that I did not have the 12 fill ups for platinum. I know for a fact I had done 12 and customer service CONFIRMED it. They cheated me out of platinum status and even regular fill ups on gold with my second and third last fill up.
