✓ I’m so disappointed!I’m so disappointed! I opened the app and it was nothing like it had been. I’m on an iPad Pro with the latest version of iOS and there was an incredible lag for every step in making a collage. I previously liked the app so much, I spent money for in-app purchases. Since a more recent update, I’ve noticed a couple other issues. I use one layout with 3 rectangular sections and need to put the pictures in a certain order every time, but the order I tap the images from Camera Roll and the order it puts them in don’t match (for example, rather than 1-2-3, it’s 1-3-2). Since the new update, it’s still giving a mixed up order, but in another order. Either way, I have to check each image to figure out which should’ve been first. Another thing is that when it loads my Camera Roll, the last image is always missing (since before this update, too, but still is), then it shows up after a couple seconds or so (lags). I really hate to leave a bad review, but this app is normally so good, I’m sad to see it like this. It’s hard to use especially with the lag..Version: 9.0.4

✓ RubbishVery slow and has crashed completely in the last 24 hours I just can’t use it at all. ✓ Pre update version was simpler and easier to useAt first I despised the new updated version but once you take some time to play around with it, you can do most of the things that you could do on the pre-updated version and then some more such as adding photos to the new 'poster' section which is very artistic. ✓ Read everything carefullyI’ve used the photo editor for awhile and loved it. I like the cute little frames and stickers. My kids are mostly older and being able to put them all in the same photo frame, made it feel like they were together. This last time I needed to get the kids in a larger frame which meant I had to buy/subscribe. So I went through everything, I mean it’s only 1.99, that’s not bad, right? Then I started to notice, it’s 1.99 WEEKLY!!! I don’t use this enough to pay 1.99 weekly!!! It my fault honestly, I didn’t read the fine print..Version: 9.5.2

✓ Disappointing!Save your money unless you want to pay $5 a month to a company that doesn’t care about LOYAL existing customers. This used to be my go to app for photos: collages, edits, fixes, this app had everything I needed. I used it everyday to make a collage for my journal app and for pics on Instagram. I used it for years. I PAID FOR THE APP. I purchased the app which unlocked all of the features and removed ads and their watermark. Now they’ve renamed it, updated it, and I can’t access all of the great features I used to get THAT I PAID FOR!😡 I’ve never been so disappointed with an app before. I would have paid $5 to unlock everything again, but I’m not paying $5 a month for something I’ve already bought. This kind of business and treatment has me looking elsewhere for a new photo app. I never give 1 star reviews, but this treatment of loyal paying customers deserves negative stars. ✓ I loved it till recently!I loved this app and purchased the unlimited/premium over a year ago. It was amazing until till recently when I got a new iPhone and the new updates. I don’t have half the same stuff as before and now it logo marks my images unless a pay a monthly fee. Not cool since I purchased the premium to not have that. ✓ Terrible Upgrades!!I have no idea what got into the minds of these developers but this upgrade is terrible. I have paid to have the ads removed from this app a long time ago and now all of a sudden advertisements pop up incessantly. Why? When I click on pay to upgrade it informs me I’ve "purchased" the upgrade yet advertisements continuously pop in. I really detest this upgrade! I use this app a lot on a daily basis and now have to search for a new app to take its place. Yes, this upgrade is so bad I have to seek out a new app. Shame on you!.Version: 9.0.0
✓ Not worth the moneyWe have had this app since 2014. Bought the premium version but with the new updates we have lost all our purchased content and it’s now a monthly subscription. The product is no longer as user friendly as it was and the ads are terrible. ✓ How to restore purchases??Received my new XsMax and setting it up. Installed LiveCollage+ and clicked on Restore Purchases and it keeps failing and says to click on buy again and you will not be charged. Problem is they sell so many different add ones that I cannot remember which I bought. Seems like a gimmick to get you to buy something BUT if you already bought it then you will not be charged. I’m pretty disappointed in this. Then I tried to open a case up within the app to get support and I clicked submit 10 time and it kept failing. Closed it out, tried again and still not working. IDK about you but this is unacceptable to me. Please fix the restore purchases option!!.Version: 7.0.6
✓ DisappointedI used to love this app. The sticker feature was awesome for adding my own sticker to photos and collages. But somewhere along the line this feature is no longer as it was (no way for transparent background-all images even those with transparent backgrounds have white backgrounds now). With the last update my saved stickers that were transparent were deleted. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a different option now..Version: 9.0.12
✓ Love app but projects disappearedI love this app and use it all the time. When I got a new phone, the app transferred over but none of my projects did. ✓ Took my money twice - never got the contentI purchased premium content in order to access the majority of the collage options and to remove their watermark/ad. But even after taking my money now for two consecutive months, and constantly prompting me to buy premium content in order to access the collage I had chosen, I could not save my photo nor did the watermark disappear! I have written TWICE to customer support and have not even received the courtesy of a reply, let alone a refund of my money. At this point I can only take it up with my credit card company because service for this app is non-existent. ✓ Needs More User-Friendly OptionsI like the app, however you are limited with a couple of things. 1. Cannot reduce photo within the frames 2. Would love to be able to move frames around Would like to see new feature where we can work on a collage, save it for later, then open it up to be edited. I sometimes start a collage but need more pics, as well as wanting to work on a couple at a time - once the app is shut down the collage disappears and you have to start over again. ✓ Why does this app change ALL the time?I’ve used this app for years.... but I’m going to find something else. There are SO many changes EVERY time there’s an update, I can see tweaking things bit by bit.... I’ve dealt with is ok until now. The last update is forcing me to crop my pix before choosing a collage layout. I did not want to crop my photos, but I did just to get to the collage layout options. That was worse! ✓ Please improveI am finding this new design hard to navigate. Also, several features you had previously appear not to be a part of this app. I would like to see all the old collage designs returned. ✓ Impossible to useI have been trying to simply erase someone from my photo so I can use for a profile photo. I eventually found an erase tap hidden under mosaic but tapping it does not remove anything from the photo. This app shows a lot of functions most of which I’m afraid are useless. ✓ Would be 5 *Great app, works brilliantly, until it comes to the end of your free subscription period. At that point the starts to quit on you, every few seconds to minutes, while your mid way through creating a card. I sent an email to support. Their response “have you tried to restart your phone” and that is all, didn’t make any other suggestions. So as I already tried that, have to wait for another email with the next suggestion. ✓ Do not like the new interfaceI know, change can be difficult to get used to. I do not like the new interface. In fact, I was surprised when I opened the app that there had been such a massive change. It also didn’t help that there was no tutorial to show me where everything was. I was like I just want to do a simple thing. It took me double, if not triple the time because I had to hunt around. Changes are much easier when something pops up to say, hey, we did this but here’s how it works. It’s not nearly as user friendly. I’m glad I didn’t get so frustrated that I up & deleted it. ✓ Fun PicsThis app is really fun. I've made collages of nearly all my photos! Your photos tell a story and you can decorate them to make them look interesting. ✓ Spams you with push notificationsThis app spams you with push notifications every time they release an update. Even for minor bug fix updates. This is why the App Store has “What’s New” text available for each app release. Imagine if every app on my device spammed me with push notifications just to announce a minor bug fix release. Will be uninstalling the app the next time this app sends another of these pointless spam push notifications. Stop doing it!!!.Version: 8.0.1
