✓ IF YOU LOVE YOGA READ THIS BEFORE SUBSCRIBINGDo not purchase this app. I never signed up for an expensive yearlong subscription and I Never opened, used the app or received any notification of the unauthorised $110 charge for a year long subscription I didn’t order. Not very Yogi like. It’s an insult to the meaning tradition and practice of yoga. Also not able to refund the same day 3hours after the charge was taken from my bank account without notification So disheartened & as a yogi of 20 years myself it makes me sad that this app may put people off trying yoga. This app should be taken down. Yoga is a practice to help people - this app is just a scam to steal from people. There is no ego or greed in yoga. I have requested a refund and just get redirected. This is a scam and at this time when the world is in crisis and hardship such Bad Karma. Will be reporting this app unless I get a refund so myself & my kids have money to live on this week. ✓ Bad for weak jointsThey say they tailor exercise routines for your needs, even asking if you have weak wrists, etc. However, my first beginner exercise had me doing the plank on my hands and toes for 10 minutes. My wrists gave out under me and hurt for several days. I really wanted to give this fitness thing a go, but this app was nit helpful. They also refused to give me a refund or partial refund even though I asked for one on the first day of my subscription. I am glad my subscription ends soon. Good riddance!.Version: 8.43.10

✓ Horrible Greedy Scam AppDon't waste your time or money. I paid for $60 yearly premium - with the presumption that I could create a simple personalized yoga flow that could help me maintain my practice while traveling. ... HOWEVER, all that $60 got me was pages and pages of adds for additional products the app is trying to upsell me - AND endless emails also trying to sell sell sell. Very little actual content comes with the initial purchase, just a dozen or so short (10-15min) videos that are the first few in different series that then try to upsell you to get the rest of the series. 🤮 What little content is available is hard to even navigate to through the interface of constant, obnoxious upsell pop ups and marketing click throughs. The entire "hard sell" consumerism aggression of this app is the exact antithesis to all of the teachings and purpose of any yogic practition. Gross..Version: 8.34.00

✓ Hard to useI liked the idea of automatically plan work out routine for you based on your goals and currently level. However, there isn’t an easy way to connect to TV as it requires you to use TV browser which takes forever. So I have to use my phone to save time, but then struggling to see. Other fitness app I used, you just need to click one button to link to your TV. Also some of the videos have no sounds. And none of the exercise in the automatic planned have warming up and cooling down. Shame..Version: 8.43.10

✓ App can’t find my subscription!I’ve been using my IPhone and this is my 4th day of practice and want to use the App and my subscription on my IPad tried to log in on my IPad it couldn’t find my subscription based on my email so I went back to my IPhone and it said I had cancelled my subscription which I hadn’t. ✓ ScamI signed up for a year and decided not to renew due to an injury, none of the methods recommended worked to cancel my subscription so I emailed them before it renewed to confirm I didn’t want to renew, just got the same auto response emails back. Then the subscription came out of my credit card account, too late to cancel and they have offered me a 50% refund, which is better than nothing but still very disappointing. Pretty typical so they are just status quo, but really not one I would sign up for if you are doing it without knowing you will use it. I paid for the premium during Covid but found I didn’t use much more than the free classes so I stopped paying and have been doing just those classes for years, I have 380 days in a row right now so it saddens me that they made one of the two behind a pay wall. ✓ Was great, now it’s a cash grabWith the “premium plan” you will see an advertisement every time you open the app, every new page you click on, and every time you finish a session. Maybe it’s coincidence or maybe it’s their whole strategy but my plan just renewed for another year and I lost access to half the content I was using. All of a sudden there is a new “masters plan” for an additional $30 a year to regain access to the same sessions I was using a week ago. My plan didn’t change, I have the same plan I had before it renewed, I just lost access to everything I was already paying for… I will be emailing the developer to try and get a refund (renewed 6 days ago for a 1 year membership) on the grounds of them removing everything that I was paying for..Version: 8.45.00
✓ Difficult to use after Disordered eating recoveryI used this app the most when I was the most obsessed with tracking calories and fat burn and what has since been diagnosed as an eating disorder. I stopped using it while I began my recovery process, and just recently felt like I was in a healthy enough mindset to resume the lessons, which were easy to understand and maintain a Routine. But when I redownloaded the app, the “evaluation” complete with photoshopped fat rolls to represent my weight and then alter photos to show how pretty my face would be if I kept with the program were SUPER triggering. If there was a way to skip that kind of stuff, I’d be thrilled to use this app again. But for now, I caution anyone in ED recovery to tread carefully to not fall into old patterns of thinking and behavior..Version: 8.39.00
✓ Good yoga classesI don’t really like the app itself, it’s a bit childish with a little cartoon thing, it has flashing ads even in the pro paid version, I get a notification every day within the app which I can’t turn off which is annoying, I can’t see data that matters like what routines I’ve just done in the past week - this should appear on the Home Screen. The voiceover is the same even though the yoga avatars change so doesn’t feel authentic. It does however have good yoga classes using basic props but I have already cancelled my subscription as I think I’ll find something else for next year..Version: 7.43.00
✓ Background Music BugReally liked app however app has background music which in general is fine but when i tried to do any of the yoga sessions, i could not stop it playing even as the app/session suggested. It would show as being muted but kept playing. This meant it was really hard to do any of the sessions, as the sessions themselves have their own background music so i ended up with two playing. Deleted app and downloaded again and this also did not solve it. Could not even mute it from the apps home screen. Sigh. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them. ✓ Impossible to cancel your membershipI wish those negative review was there when I signed up for this or read it closely if there were there. I initially enjoyed an exercise program, but due to my inability to practice regularly, I decided to discontinue my membership. I proceeded to cancel it through my Apple account. However, I later discovered this wasn’t sufficient as, despite signing up via the app, they renewed my membership through their website. I sent an email requesting an immediate cancellation and refund. Instead of canceling, they asked for my reason, offered an extension for free membership if I practiced 20 minutes daily for 20 days (despite my time constraints), and later sent me a screenshot warning that once charged, refunds wouldn’t be possible. Unless you’re absolutely certain about committing to practicing yoga with this app, I advise against signing up or entrusting them with your credit card information. Update - They responded email with no solution. What upset me even more is after they told me no more charge will occur, they charged me AGAIN! I filed dispute with the bank but as long as they have my credit card information, it is not safe. I probably have to contact the bank to have them issue me a new card..Version: 8.40.00

I don’t like the app at all. I’m trying to use and work through the difficulties but it is unintuitive and the premium subscription almost makes it harder to use. I haven't found a way to turn off the AI coach (not a feature I want) I just want an easily searchable library of yoga and pilates videos. I don’t need or want to track my calories burned. ✓ Please don’t download this appI absolutely hated the service of this app. Let me tell you, if you are a 100% serious about using this then maybe you can give it a try. I’m a kind of person that feels hard to push myself to work out so this app didn’t help me. I just used one class and it work for me. Now a joined a gym and have a personal trainer so that’s good for me. I wanted to cancel my subscription and trust me there is no option of cancellation. It takes you to send an email to the customer service and god knows when they reply. And the reply is ‘you should try more of our benefits’ and gave me 3 extra days when for gods sake I didn’t want it. It’s been a month and my subscription isn’t cancelled yet. So if you downloaded this app out of desperation for the moment, there is no way of getting your money back and they gonna charge you every month. Think about it. I have tried reaching out to customer support to get a refund and/or make sure that the subscription is cancelled so I avoid this in the future. ✓ Hate this app!Absolutely hate the messy interface, it’s hard to find any good content and there’s so little pregnancy yoga it’s embarrassing. There is absolutely no acknowledgement that everything in these classes is only really suitable for short people - yoga when you’re tall is a very different kettle of fish. I also dislike the simpering American voice over for most of the videos. Everything on the app and the website is designed to confuse you so you end up thinking you’re buying a certain type of membership for a certain price, but it tricks you into thinking you’re buying the top package when you’re really paying a fair bit for a very ordinary subscription. ✓ A subscription that’s difficult to cancelUnfortunately joining other reviewers who had an awful customer service experience with the app. Similarly to others, signed up a year ago on a thought to give it a try, but didn’t stick with the yoga app experience after a month or so. I checked all the App Store purchases, as well as in the Daily Yoga profile, and there was absolutely Nothing about this subscription, or the card charged. Then an auto charge comes out of nowhere. Trying to reach out to customer service makes you aware that this is not a locally-based company - the responses are slow, impersonal, and avoid direct response to your question. My question was about officially cancelling the service on the day I was auto-charged, and asking for a possible refund. I got a generic script back that guilts you into staying on: “this is the best deal you will get, and if you cancel you will not get this discount in the future”. Then suggesting that you keep paying the rate you’ve got. No resolution. I gave up on the refund, and am just wanting at this point to make sure everything is canceled, so I don’t get charged next year. ✓ Great app, terrible customer service!!I will be 100% honest. This is a good app. I enjoyed using it. However. I signed up for the yearly membership with the thought that I would use it. Unfortunately I did not use it as often as I intended to. For some reason this subscription does not show up in the subscriptions tab in the Apple profile like every other app that I have used. So I did not realize that I was going to be charged for auto renewal and I did not know when. The charge came out at a very inopportune time and when I contacted the company to request a refund they denied me referring to their guidelines of not having cancelled 24 hours prior to the auto renewal. Anytime this has happened to me with any other app (which has been on rare occasion) the company has understood and issued a refund. For some reason this company is not willing to accommodate. Great app, terrible customer service. Beware when purchasing that it is difficult to cancel should you decide to do so. Update - So after some back and forth through email, the company offered to refund me half of the renewal fee and cancel my membership. So now I am paying $20 for nothing. No Home Screen icon so cant access it easily, doesn’t easily connect to my home TV and not my iPad unless I download some additional app and even trying to do that- the app froze, not only once. I really got frustrated and as great as it sounded, I couldn’t get on the site well enough to use it. It should not be this troublesome/ornery.
