✓ Great AppNot sure what people are moaning about regarding the App. Ever considered it could it be you who you the problem and not the App? I been using the App since late 2017 over two years now. I have an iPhone 7 keep all Apps upto date. Use it correctly, by filtering my items of interest and you can save your favourites too for later purchasing. Fashion is like art and and clothes are an expression of you. I am 50 yrs old 5ft 2ins tall and between a 6 & 8 in size and the models are 5ft 9 get to knowing your Zara size, as all store sizes are different then the issues are not the problem. Stop moaning and use some common sense. The App is simply to use and navigate easy around to find whatever you are looking for. easy to saving favourite items and delete and you have plenty of choices for delivery too, as I always out I choose my local post office. ✓ Fabulous App - Love Love Love ZARAI absolutely love Zara, and I kept seeing the app recommendations for Zara every time I went online to shop at Zara so just decided to get the app and try it... I’m skeptical about clothes store Apps just because I tend to find the app needs updating regularly and sometimes it doesn’t open the app when I want it to etc. But I’m very pleasantly surprised by Zara & have to say that Zara have certainly smashed it when it comes to their App... I absolutely love shopping on the Zara App now, so much easier and accessible to find what I’m looking for, just an incredible app and Zara has always impressed me by their quality of clothing lines they offer customers and the high quality of their clothing range. Zara has by far the most adorable little outfits for kids and newborn babies, I am always buying clothes for my 2yr old niece and my 4 week old nephew. ✓ Substandard customer service at bestAfter encountering the app freezing whilst being taken to payment details I contacted chat support. Their initial advice was to delete and reinstall app, fair enough. This was carried out 4 times in total after continuing communication. Then it was expressed that the fault could only be my payment details. Unsure how this could indeed be the issue as it doesn’t actually take you to the page to input said details, and 5 other online purchases through different apps that day hadn’t been an issue. Was left with a “good day” Really Zara!!! That’s your idea of investigating a fault on your app?? No attempt to look into further?? That’s your level of customer service?? I suggest you don’t fob customers off with repetitive conversations and actually try to address issues raised.Version: 11.15.1
✓ Online orderI see something in the sale and noticed some marks on the item, so the assistant said we have more if you go online. She happily helped me order the item. That evening I got confirmation that it was ready to pick up in the store. I went to the store today and asked where do I collect on line orders? Assistant took me to the area where there was a window and I had to scan what I had on the bottom of the e-mail. Next a robot dropped my package on a ledge and I picked it up and popped it in a bag. ✓ Modern and sleekThis app is been one of easiest apps to maneuver around. It’s simplistic and has a clean and sleek feel to it. It reminds me of how it feels to walk into an actual Zara store. I love the fact that you can easily access your online purchases history and how you can keep track of your order and your invoice . Only criticism would be that the thumbnails are sometimes too sensitive and when you are scrolling down with your finger and tap to scroll up/down it selects whatever item is there, when all you wanted was to scroll up/down. I don’t know if that makes any sense haha extremely happy with the quality of the items as well but this is not a review on that only the app just thought I’d mention it :).Version: 8.12

New functions such as scanning items to find online or taking a photo to search plus sending a video if purchasing a present to someone. The best thing is that one can save the items for a later purchase and go back to check on it. ✓ Lots to improve (basics really butNothing but absolutely nothing on your site is easy or intuitive. Your categories make no sense - new, sale, collection, editorial, rspt, random circle images on top with some kind of categories - there is no explanation and I have no idea what and why there is a difference. Basically even looking through every tab I still don’t have a good grasp on what to buy and where and what you really sell. No clue why you show collection, no clue why and what editorial means but I can’t find it or buy it. Even if you ask for the system to send you an email for merchandise that’s not available it takes months for the merchandise to arrive if at all. Very poorly run branding and merchandising by your teams. Brand you have to continue to establish in consumers brain without frustration. However sometimes it is more convenient to shop online, and sometimes I wish to purchase an item in a size or colour way that is not available in store, so I turn to the app. I find it a truly frustrating experience as some items cannot be found, others appear multiple times on different models, and it is often impossible to filter and refine searches Hence I frequently give up and try different websites. Zara is that one place where if you see something you love, but you don’t buy it there and then, good luck ever finding it again. When I’m instore I scan the barcode and it appears on the screen. Then I can save it to my wish list and go home to ponder over making the purchase. The only downside is that Zara don’t have Afterpay. ✓ A Challenge to Find ItemsWhen viewing a top, I liked the trousers that they were put with, however there was no information or reference for the name of the trousers. Hard to find them on the website. Even the chat help feature wasn’t helpful. I also found that sometimes I was searching in the wrong emirate (No idea why there are two separate websites for different emirates) what I found on the Zara Dubai website, couldn’t be found on the Abu Dhabi version… would probably be quicker to go to the shop..Version: 12.24.2

✓ I’m Impressed, Great CompanyI bought a pair of men’s jeans in a color that’s not readily available and a nicer-than-normal “stone” color t-shirt to complete the ensemble. I spoke to this woman at Costco and complemented her outfit palette. Basically it was a pair of very pale pink jeans and gray t with white white superstars, very unisex. I’ve always like nice clothes and when I see something I like, I try to make it mine. I got the Zara shipment super fast. The packaging was simple and very earth friendly recyclable. The clothes weren’t thrown into the ubiquitous plastic bag, but laid gracefully, ensconced in tissue. Just opening the package was pleasing. The jeans are high quality, exactly the tone I wanted, not fey but still pink. The t-shirt is a little lighter than I wanted but beautiful and dressy enough to wear with the jeans to Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I’m impressed. ✓ Takes ages to navigateThe clothes are great the prices to , but the app is so tedious , the pictures are weird , some showing just faces , when it’s a blouse or skirt or trousers you want to look at , it makes progress slow and boring . I suggested the app to lots of friends and family , a lot of young people and they all say the same they can’t be bothered with the app it’s such hard work . Perhaps one picture of the item , then click on and show front and back and no other pictures . There are other apps out there that are easy to see and guide through , maybe have a look at upgrading yours . The sizes could also do with looking at I think , ore consistency . In one pair of trousers I’m one size in another another size , the size guide is a good idea but again not everyone thinks to look at that as on other sites when size guide is shown it’s just U.K. EU USA and measurements etc , why not put it in a different way , so people no it’s an individual sizing guide not just a generic chart . Only thing is the delivery service they use is toll service, which doesn’t allow you to leave instructions for the parcel, Incase you aren’t home or you can’t know the whereabouts of the parcel by calling up or get an estimation about the timeframe of delivery. ✓ Great app!I only recently downloaded this app so have nothing to compare with, but reading the previous the reviews I’m assuming that said problems have been fixed! All searches can be filtered so it’s quite easy to find specific products, and with the European/UK conversion (I’m a UK national living in China) I find that most products fit very well. I’m 191 cm and don’t have difficulty finding products whatsoever. Even though I’m a great distance from the closest Zara store, my orders always arrive within 2 days. It’s annoying when people leave irrelevant and negative reviews about their lost parcel or the model poses or the fact a sale item doesn’t stay in their basket (don’t know of any retailers that allow that). If you have a problem with Zara go on Twitter and complain. This is an App based store for specifically App based reviews. Many retailer apps could do with improving their apps and using Zara as a prime example. Ok the navigation from the homepage is maybe not the most user friendly but once you get used to it the overall app is very sleek, efficient and above all the check out and returns process is second to none, how it should be. XXL is the perfect fit for My shape without having to tailor my pants, I love how smooth and comfortable all the styles of available. ✓ So surprised at Zara this season…..I am an avid Zara shopper. I check the website daily, and through this past holiday season and the wonderful sales, I purchased several times per week. However, once the warm weather styles showed up I found myself buying less and less. When I do buy, I’m returning much of my order. I have always counted on Zara for unique pieces. I love the prices, quality has been adequate, and I have pieces that look couture when styled correctly. But something happened recently. C’mon with the slits/slashes/cuts all over and colors not found in nature. What’s with the Shein/Forever21 styles and colors?????? Ive heard the same complaints from other Zara loyalists and the internet is full of comments about Zara’s weird offerings. Also, I don’t have to recount many beautiful items brought to offer with “Coming Soon”, but never showing up. I am empathetic with companies suffering from supply chain issues at this time. But I honestly feel like the great items couldn’t be made, your buyers went into a factory producing cheap, ugly garbage, and are trying hard to pass it off as fashion worth considering. Again, c’mon guys. You are way better than most of the junk on your site right now. I have written when your drops left me breathless and giddy. ✓ Did not refund meI sent back items for return in October 2019, and was sent back the same items in June 2020 saying that it was overdue and was not going to get a refund. I should have checked for my refund but I trusted that I would get a refund when I sent it. I called Zara customer service and all the lady said was they could not do anything about it that they just follow their warehouse orders. I even asked for their manager or supervisor and she said the same thing. There was no point in calling them and expect them to put customers first. Very disappointed in their reaction to my problem. It was implemented. The Zara app now works beautifully in landscape on my iPad Pro with the attachable keyboard. The developers listened. Thank you devs! The Zara app on my iPhone works just as seamlessly. I use it a lot and have no issues at all with navigation and purchase. On the contrary, I find the whole experience of exploring the merchandise and the buying extremely easy and intuitive. I love being able to save products to a favourites list, also. Very handy. There seems a great deal of unnecessary and unwarranted negativity and hate being put on this app. I’m flummoxed as to why. ✓ Simple and easy to useThe Zara app is my favourite retail app for shopping online as it’s easy to use, well laid out and still stylish. The app has all the features needed to make it an enjoyable user experience, plus it includes all the information you need to find out more about your garments and Zara in general. Returns are always super quick and made easier by allowing you to use paperless returns, saving on printing at home. When you save items you like they don’t just disappear after time so will stay there in for as long as you like, plus if you add items to your bag and then you forget about them, they will also end up in your saved items! The sizes are not very practical either their large in most items are at best a size 14 if you’re lucky. Believe me the women in Spain are no smaller than the women in UK and the average size here is 16 !! I am a small 16 and a lot of times a 14 so it’s really hit and miss. But one thing I find irritating is in the pictures there is usually an outfit put together very nicely which I may like to copy - so I then have to go searching around trying to find that jacket, belt etc that were also in the pic. ✓ Easy to useI received a Zara cardigan, coat, and large scarf for christmas. A few days later I got a Zara gift card for my birthday as an email. I downloaded the app and was able to create an account and add the gift card to my account without spending it on anything yet. Very easy to use and to browse for products. Let’s you enter your body type, weight, age, height etc and then shows you what percentage of people were happy with the size that they bought. I agree with some other shoppers that sometimes the pictures are not the best and don’t really show off the clothes more the person. ✓ Nice app and store, could use a few improvementsI love the store, and i also love how quick the shipping and delivery is. one issue i have is that the model sizes aren’t available. unless i just don’t know where they are, it’s crucial that we can see what size the model is wearing so we know which size to buy. secondly, why aren’t all of the items of clothing that the models are wearing featured in the “buy this look” section? i wanted to buy a whole outfit that a model had on but i couldn’t find the top ANYWHERE. i searched the whole website, used reverse image search, and even contacted the zara instagram team because i wanted to know where i could find it. if it had been featured, i would’ve bought the entire outfit and you guys would’ve had more money. lastly, i hate that the screen on our devices gets really bright when looking at the tracking screen for our purchases. there’s absolutely no need for that..Version: 10.18.0

I was about to purchase 21 pieces of you’re clothing and when I went to check out my basket was reduced 4. Most companies hold items for an certain amount of time to ensure that the customer can browse and have an enjoyable online experience and if the customer choosers not to buy within the time frame then the items is redirected back onto the website for others to purchase which makes a fair experience to others. With Zara, this company does not care for customer satisfaction and clearly only cares about sales otherwise this system would have been implemented, and their website would not be treated like a chaotic pandemic loo roll sale where customers are scrambling for items. I have had a real battle between couriers and Zara to rescue my orders (I would have canceled them, but Zara takes a month to return money). Before the update my orders had no problem been delivered, that is because since I opened my account I provided the right address in my profile info. But because of the error due to the update, it has been a nightmare trying to get my orders placed after the update!! Zara has a terrible online service to costumer if they have to deal with more than one order. I placed a total of 6. Si funny that I just got an email from the service to costumer telling me to update my address and also tells me how... I am a professional in technologies for 25 years, and know when errors emerge, but never did I, or my team throw the blame to the user. Zara didn’t recognize a bit of their mistake. Their personnel online is rude. ✓ Easiest shopping experience!Love this app! Best feature is the “match with” section beneath each selected item. If you click on a top and it’s shown with cute pants, those pants will be listed below if they are still available. Love that function! Super super easy returns - best business model, because the free return policy encourages me to buy more, without fear or stress. Very very intuitive design. The only thing that is less straightforward is the exchange process. It took me some digging to figure out that I wasn’t being charged twice during an exchange. Perhaps a note on the exchange receipt that says “amount charged if exchanged item is not received...” Would be a bit more clear. Also less (or no) repetition of pieces within a section would be better for me, as I like to look through all the dresses, for instance, and may not be able to get through them all because it takes such a long time due to repeated item listings. ✓ Why do you empty my bag?Hello Zara, I was hoping to spend lots of money in you sale. I have previously both on line & in store. At Christmas I favour online as I am not near the London stores then and your website used to be great. NOT any more! I have filled my bag 7 times since your sale started, once on Christmas night and the rest on Boxing Day. You have emptied my bag every time. Once you emptied my bag while I was registering for an account with you! Another time I was filtering my purchases and before my eyes the bag emptied. Other times I had let the app go idle for less than 5 mins and again the bag was empty! All the products were still available so they had not been purchased and to be fair your competitors cope with that at checkout. Sorry not sorry Zara, you have missed out on over £200 of my cash! It’s amazing! I love that you can save items too! There are the odd bugs and if you have the eye for these things work arounds can be found but should be better. Zara re sell and care service is an awesome idea but thus far my experience buying is not great. Items favourited on Zara re sell are in a separate list to that of the main store. The list you make takes ages to load and you question if it’s remembered. As it is resell you are at the whim of those selling the item for me 3/4 purchases have resulted in non responses. This is a waste of time and added stress as you wait for emails and refunds turning around. Zara should weed out the time wasters or they will ruin the resellers service.Version: 13.6.0

I received a estimated delivery date the latest date stating the 6th of January 2022 I had to contact Zara online 4 time till I finally got an answer to find out they have cancelled my order. Everyone on the phone was very unhelpful the last gentleman was laughing I believe he received a text whilst I was on the phone probably reading his text. And know I have to wait 14 days for a refund I have never heard of 14 days for a refund when you have not even received the items. I asked to speak to a manager and the man said it will not make a difference how disgraceful.I am so disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff of zara. ✓ Clothes careI have purchased a number of items on line from Zara but have been disappointed upon receiving them. The first item was a nightdress which from the on line advert, was excellent. However, when received, it looked as though it had just been pulled from the clothes rack, stuffed into a bag and despatched. It arrive all crumpled and there was a hole where the security tag had been removed, on the front. The last item ordered was a blue linen coat. Beautifully tailored but sadly, there was a mark on the lapel. In addition, one of the lapels was creased in the wrong place and looked out of shape. Probably could have been ironed to correct it, but not my responsibility. Perhaps just a little more care before these items were despatched would have avoided all these problems...Version: 11.20.0

✓ Clothes are great, the app needs workZara clothes are excellent - lots of affordable but stylish things if you look, great design, many very useful things too. I've had some of my Zara pieces for 15+ years and they still look good. The app needs improving. Probably too much image megabytes and insufficient cache clearing means that after a while some images don't load. Filtering needs improving too - eg. let me search for sandals only with kitten heels. Finally navigation could be improved - let me see lists both on menus and in my profile - I hate wasting time for bookmarks etc. Finally, Apple should delete these ludicrous 'boycott Zara' obviously fake reviews. They do a disservice to the Palestinian BDS movement (which I support), they're based on absolute fiction, which was obvious to anyone who made the effort to research, they distract from the serious issue of the murderous, genocidal war on Gaza.
