✓ Bull....This app is pathetic, people going on about it capturing orbs etc.... Well explain to me how it caught a ghost orb when I covered the lens wit my hand and still an "orb" was in the photo, all it is doing is taking a photo and putting a mist, orb or figure on top of the picture... Try it yourself next time, also as for the random words it's spelling out I'd just ignore it, the app is programmed to randomly come out with a random word at random times, I had Charming, yummy, ashamed, best and IT....??? Don't tell me they're not random words.... Poor app..Version: 2.0.2

✓ I have my doubts...I'm a very avid amateur paranormal investigator and downloaded this app with high hopes. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and have had a lot of interesting things happen.. But upon further testing I've found that the camera feature is most likely bogus, much to my disappointment, because I captured a few spectacular shots. If you pay attention the anomalies don't appear in the shot until after the app 'processes' and 'analyzes' it. For the few seconds immediately after it snaps the pic nothing's there until after the 'processing'... And the big thing that makes me cast my doubts is the fact that the app ALWAYS somehow captures a ghost pic within 3 minutes of turning your phone off and on and opening the app. It's a shame really. I was excited until common sense took hold...Version: 2.0.2
✓ It is funny though!This app is clever if you want a bit of fun! The photos have images that are repeated in different rooms & some images are actual pics I've taken & they've been used! ✓ Not SkepticalSo my personal opinion is first of all, Ive noticed that this is the only app where the radar is real. If theres a dot on the radar and you move, the dot moves on the radar. None of the other ghost radar apps do this. The pics are fake. It is VERY hard to capture energy on film EVER, let alone EVERY TIME it takes a picture. The "orbs" and beams of light and such are added in by the app. Words seem to be spoken too often and are too random. Its only said a word that was at all relevant once since Ive gotten the app, which was my name. However I will continue to use this app (only for the radar and occasional evp relevance, NOT THE PHOTOS!) in hopes of some scary experiences! Happy hunting!.Version: 2.0.2

✓ Ghost Detect ReviewAs the title shows, this is going to be a review of this app. So far i thought this app was interesting and somewhat fun and creepy. Yet I still have a problem with the camera in the app. Right when it starts to take a picture or scan the picture, the app will close and then the entire picture is gone. It won't show up in my pictures. This has happened quite a few times so I suggest getting this problem fixed. Overall I use this app a lot and get creeped out a lot so I really enjoy this app..Version: 2.0.2

✓ (Unsure) does drains battery like mad!!!Took a few random photos of green orb things. As for saying things I think it just says a load of random words that people jump to conclusions, it's yet to say something that actually means something. I do know it drains my battery like mad my phone went from 77% to 51% in like 5 minuets, I know there is nothing wrong with the phone as it's a brand new iPhone 5s and I play all day on it and don't loose charge that quickly!!! ✓ FAKE PHOTOS! Awful app..very disappointing!I had high hopes for this app, after all it looks so "technical" & up to date with technology. I used it for 5 hours & heard the same words over & over again. The worse part is the FAKE photos! I put my hand over my camera screen when it said "ghost detected" & surprise, surprise..there were still orbs & shadows. In my hand? Really? The same 4 black spots showed up in 2 of my photos..in the exact same spot, same set up, but in completely different rooms. ✓ Intermittent wordsNot impressed after sitting for some time to see what actually happens each time we access the app. Every now & then it will just blurt out a word from nowhere which means absolutely nothing ,these also seem to be on a rolling loop.If you look at the info of what words are said they just keep coming up.Things Like gruesome,bloody & angry.Along with ugly,stupid & a bunch of names,Fred being one of these. ✓ I wanted to believeI totally believe in the paranormal as a psychic medium myself and I have seen and experienced lots of supernatural things. This app has a lot of entertainment value no doubt about this. The first thing I don’t like is the fake ghost pics the app takes. As soon as you open the app give about three minutes or less and boom you got a ghost photo. Close out the app and open it again and you will get the same results. The second issue I have is the sound bank is very repetitive and you get the same words over and over. In saying that it doesn’t mean I spirit could not use this app. But in my experience I Just lost 99 cents..Version: 2.0.3
✓ Do not support BrandonI have no affiliation with the first poster, but I could not agree more. From day one, when Ripleys ghost detect came out, I knew we were being given the shaft. Why? I emailed "Brandon" to tell him that someone had ripped his work, and received no response. Then, the name changed from Brandon, to whatever it is now. I no longer see "brandon's" twitter stream, where he asked us to send in pictures that his "app" took. Maybe he felt the heat when others, including myself, began to tell him that we recorded with a high speed camcorder, easily capable of capturing 60 frames per second, the exact same time his app reported, Ghost Detected, and found not one single instance of anything irregular. Maybe the lack of exif data got him scared. Do Not Support This Developer. Do A twitter search for Brandon_Gray or Brandon_Grey. This is a ripoff, especially when this app has been released by two developers, neither of whom update or support this app..Version: 2.0.2

✓ Hate to burst bubblesWell although this app is fun. It is fake. Random words without blips on radar. When I say random I mean random. As for the ghost pics well all Ivan say is fake too. I purposely moved phone around so it would blur when it took pic and the only thing thAt didn't blur is the supposed ghost form. Again cool but they should really put a disclaimer like all the other fake ghost apps do. The emf gauge does not even work I put it to the wall socket the lamp tv stereo and nothing so I zeroed it out and same but the app is fun it makes me laugh.Version: 2.0.2
✓ ? Not sureThe camera in this app is completely fake. I had the camera face down on the table and it "captured" a ghost and the app planted orbs in the picture. But I do believe the radar. My friend was using my phone and the radar said a ghost was over her head, seconds later she felt a burning sensation on her face. When she ran out of the room she had a red mark on her face along with a scratch. The app has told me my grandmas name, how she died , and described something that she had given me before she died. Another proof, I asked is anyone here with us & what was your name and it replied "Ben" I told "Ben" to make a noise and seconds later we heard 4 knocks in the other room which No one was in. This is all true. Everyone has their own opinion, but also doesn't experience what other people do. Seeing is believing. The app is real, but the camera isn't. Enjoy!.Version: 2.0.2

✓ WARNING: Use at own riskBeware this app just eats up the battery on the iPod Touch 5. Used this app for a couple days now and it causes this iPod to get very hot and drains the battery like tap water. This app would be very fun to use but the dangerously high running temperature hot enough to the touch, and the battery draining issue I am giving this app a major thumbs down. ✓ InterestingI was bored and downloaded this. My cat was sitting on my lap and the first thing it said was purring. Later I was giving my daughter a bath and it said bubbles. I was starting to think it was real! Then I downloaded it on another device in my house and used them side by side. The "radar blips" were never the same and the "evps" were completely different. ✓ What a jokeI bought this app after my nephew was telling me it was so cool. WARNING....IT'S NOT. Am I supposed to believe that the ghost radar can detect a ghost? ✓ GUYS I'M SCAREDSo I bought this app just thinking it would be funny. But I think I'm wrong. As soon as I turned it on, my lights started flickering. Then the app said the word "heat." I'm afraid that might not be a coincidence. Also it told me I have a ghost in my closet, which I always suspected. Next, the app said the word "noise" which would make sense because we were talking really loud. Lastly, the app said the words "serial killer." At this point, my friend and I freaked out and closed the app and decided to read the reviews to see if this app is a fake. We did not read any reviews that indicated that anyone else heard the words "serial killer" from the app. One person even said not to buy this app because what it says will come true. Too late. Don't know what I should do, please give us some advice. We really don't want to be murdered..Version: 2.0.2
