✓ Boring doodle jump clone at least it's freeSame game as doodle jump but not really as good and with limits on the levels. Poor quality unresponsive tilt sensor controls have to fully turn the device in the side to really get moving. ✓ Fun, but discouragingly difficultThis game is actually fun and I play it all the time, however my biggest gripe is that luck plays too heavy a factor in it. The level designs are randomly generated and sometimes you just get a horrible spot when Dr Robotnik shows up. It’s so difficult to beat your high score. ✓ Sub-par copy of doodle jump derivativesThis game is simply Sega's attempt to cash in on the endless jump iOS style game we've all seen from countless developers. While this may appear to be a game featuring Sonic, it most certainly is not a Sonic game. Level design is bland, dull and extraordinarily repetitive. Sonic, after years of zipping along your screen, jumps upwards, very, very, very, slowly. If you're a fan of all things Sonic, pick up Sonic CD, Sonic 1, 2 or episode 4 instead. Shame on you Sega. ✓ Crap like most ported iOS SEGA games.I used to be a massive fan of SEGA but since they dropped out the console market all they have done is ride on past brand names for success. Yes it's nice to play some old classics but SEGA's efforts are always super lame as EVERY game they release has crap controls and they NEVER EVER release any updates so you are stuck with a classic game you'd love to play but has shoddy controls. I've reviewed many games on the AppStore and I generally don't bother with the crap games but SEGA's poor efforts force me to write a review every time. I know this is free but there are identical games in the AppStore that play way better than this and they are FREE in the first place. For some reason SEGA make very little effort when porting a game to iOS and the controls are ALWAYS unresponsive thus making the game frustrating to play. I've said it before and i'll say it again, SEGA, pull your finger out and start acting like you care about the games you are releasing. I for one think its very sad how legendary games companies are being massively overshadowed by small imaginative and creative games companies popping up all over the place. Wake up SEGA!.Version: 1.3

✓ Disappointing- crashes but funI really like this game- it is like doodle jump but has more power ups and has more point to the game because of the missions and story-style/ arcade options. There is also a good range of characters. However, on my iPod touch 4th gen, I play for about 3-5 mins, then it crashes. It would be such a great game if you could fix this as all the great things are there, just not available because it crashes so often. I am going to wait to see if this is fixed but if not within a few weeks, I will defiantly delete..Version: 1.3

✓ Good game...lacks controlsIt's a good wee game but I wouldn't pay for it because the controls are horrible (you have to use the devices gyroscope which on an iPad is extremely hard)and certain levels are almost impossible without getting an extra character. You have to pay in game currency (rings that are collected in the levels or acts as they call them) and it won't tell you which character suits which level. Fix that and it's a five star review otherwise just three.Version: 1.3
✓ Could be betterAfter playing Doodle Jump religiously everyday on my 4S, I find this games controls to be pretty unresponsive. The game looks awesome, and it is a great idea, however, the games controls let it down. Also, after paying £1.99 for a game, I do not expect to see options to purchase more items with the money I work hard to earn! ✓ Absolutely terrible..Why use tilt controls?? I dont know about anyone else but I never play any game that has that because the only time I play games on my iphone is in bed or laying on a sofa etc so tilting the phone to turn obviously doesn't work. When will devs realise that?? Its just not a cool gimmick anymore and as far as I am concerned it never was. As well as the controls being unbearable.. The gameplay itself is boring and repetitive.
