✓ Little buggy on iphone x but overall pleased.Im still diving into features. But there are a lot of tiny parts for an iphone sized medium..Version: 6.40
✓ Does not download as a xml as advertisedI’ve been trying to figure out how to download the results for my survey for hours. Every time I export the file it is attached as an .ISOPERLAFORM doc which so happens to be the company. I download it anyways, change the file type and force it to open in Excel...it doesn’t work. SOOOOO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!!! I thought it said this app was easy to use.....Version: 6.43
✓ Just AwfulI downloaded this app, watched all the help videos, and then set to work. Two hours later I gave up. So many things just don’t work. You can only do very very basic forms in grid mode, and the freestyle mode is unusable. Simple things that are normally great on an iPad just don’t work on this app, for example items do not stay where you drag them, the touch screen for changing sizes and positions is like using a first generation very cheap touch screen from 20 years ago. You can choose how many columns your form has, but then you try and have fields that span the columns and it just adds boxes over boxes. How this got passed to be sold for the App Store I will never know. Don’t waste your money..Version: 7.03

✓ Is everybody else reviewing a different app?I bought this on the strength of the positive reviews but it's awful. I'm finding it almost impossible to set out a simple form how I want it. You can tell when an app isn't going to live up to expectations when the text labels for the app itself overlay each other. I suppose if you want a really simple form with each item on a line one after the other it would just about suffice but this cost £5.99, which isn't a huge amount in the scheme of things, but I would want something a bit more polished than this..Version: 6.77

✓ Does the job but a bit clunkyThe interface takes some getting used to. Some check marks and Xs seem to be for applying changes to form objects, but are actually for the whole form. There are various other minor annoyances but overall it does the job..Version: 6.41
✓ No support or feedback pathway, leaves no choiceI love the app, but there is absolutely no support or any way of providing feedback - so left with no choice but to put it in a review and hope someone reads them! - not even an email address on their website. Creates great forms, but the output is awful!! The text option is useless as not even fixed length. The PDF option automatically scales each page to full and then puts an extra page break between each page of output. Because it is pdf there is no easy way to edit out the extra pages so it is completely unsuitable to share the results with anyone - as just looks completely amateurish! Would much prefer if the pdf just scaled to width and used some basic orphan control to keep elements together on the same page. If nothing else please at least get rid of the blank page outputs!.Version: 4.11
✓ Good app but... 🤔After posting a response I received a quick response to my review and issue. I understand now how to transfer the form from one device to another but that still doesn’t help because if I update it during ten day on my iPhone I have to then copy it back to my iPad and so on and so forth. Not a great process. 😞 Also having me look through all the videos to find an answer is time consuming. I even tried to get support via the AppStore but it brought me back to the videos. 👎🏻 —- Good app but not worth it. I downloaded the app on both my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad Air 2. I created a form and entered info on my iPad since it is much easier but nothing is showing on my phone is easier to use because I would be on the road. It doesn’t seem to connect the two devices. ✓ Do you like Form Maker? Yes NoI’ve had Form Maker for a while but haven’t spent time learning how to use it so I decided to check it out today. When I launched the app I was greeted with this pop-up. [ Do you like Form Maker? Yes No ] I couldn’t proceed until I responded so I tapped “No” because I don’t actually have an opinion yet and was annoyed by the binary choice. So developers, I think you need a third option. ✓ Totally DisappointedVery vague description of app and exactly what is required to function, along with ability to use as a functioning form design and use ability to effectively use and share forms. This is not worth the price and not worth considering if you want to print out the details that you have collated in form style. No good for sharing, unless of course everybody that you wish to share and collate information with has the App. as well Not for me, and I would suggest that it would not suit anyone who has serious form collation and design in mind. ✓ BelleI like this app & it's the best I found to do what I wanted, but it did start to run slow when I was editing the design which was frustrating. And I found it hard to change the colours...gave up and stayed with the classic Pre set colours in the end. Apart from that pretty easy to use.... Also, if there was an option when creating a choice box to auto align all the answers to the left or right, this would save time doing it individually... Many Thanks for your program..Version: 2.10

✓ Exporting data not intuitiveThe product FAQs say exporting form data generates an e-mail. It doesn't. It copies to the clipboard, which you can then paste into something and THEN e-mail to yourself. This isn't very intuitive, nor is it consistent with the documentation..Version: 6.08

✓ One Major Problem - Finished Fillable Forms work on iPhone/iPad only !I bought this app to make some simple PDF fillable forms for a charity organisation, who could not afford the exhorbitant price charge by Adobe and other software vendors!. I didn’t have great expectations about the look and layout flexibility of the finished forms beacuse of the price paid. On the positive side the help video tutorials are excellent! The package is clearly aimed at iPhone and iPad users and yes, I got it to produce a fillable form that works with my iPhone. It is just a shame that the finished fillable forms are not able to be filled in on a computer using standard Adobe PDF Reader. (which most people have)- so this is a major problem for general use.. I have tried several different desktop and laptop computers and in one case the app caused Adobe Reader to crash! If this problem could be overcome than the app would be as described and quite useful! Maybe a software update / tweak by the developer could put this right ?.Version: 6.82
✓ Would really like some clarity.I have purchased and spent at least 10 hours trying to work it out. I’ve watched all the videos which you have done a great job with and makes it very easy to understand and navigate the App. However When I send the PDF via email the signature field is locked and no one can sign the form. Everything else can be filled out. Except the signature. The only way it can be signed is if I don’t send it to anyone which is useless. Coz every software on your phone can sign a form! also you say fillable forms can be placed on a website to be filled and sent. This is one of the main reasons I bought it and I cannot find any video to do this. Also exporting just doesn’t seem to work. ✓ AlmostAlmost good. Creating the forms are easy. Making them look good for print or PDF is lacking severely. UPDATED - So the developer claims that it does its job? Printing or make a PDF that is the same size as a phone is merely a joke. That’s useless for a customer and clearly a waste of paper. The software should allow for formatting to letter size etc. But the developer doesn’t take constructive reviews very well after being paid. Since the developer provided a snarky response, I changed my review to one star..Version: 7.03
