CancellingIt’s is impossible to cancel this automatic renewal. Does not matter how good the app is if they don’t let you cancel it!!!!!.Version: 8.5.0

⚠️Do not give your credit card info⚠️I’ve gone through this several times. Free trial! Give us your info and we’ll let you know when your free trial expires. I never got any emails and got charged $16. This is a typical move to get your credit card information and leaves a sour taste in a customers mouth when they see “free trial.” If you say you’re going to send out a motivation to say your free trial is ending, at least honour that. This is frustrating and happened all the time to people..Version: 6.35.0

Speed up the film montagDon’t want to spend the time to you know, better yourself? No need! I don’t like this app. It works fine. But I hate subscription models. You can spend as much money ( a little bit more monthly) and get an online library. Don’t like this app at all. If you want to read a book sit down and read it. Don’t let someone else read it for you and just regurgitate ideas but in a manner far inferior to the art it was ripped from. I believe this is a result of the iPad toddlers and tik tok generation having their brains melted, being incapable of complex thought and just fills the need quick stimulation. I work full time and i go to school full time and I still have enough time in my day to read whole books. Digests digests digests. It’s a terrible trend. This app is redundant. Unnecessary. I think this app only serves people who want to say they read but they don’t actually. They only know enough to have a casual conversation without any deeper knowledge of the art itself. Because why spend the time when you can just get the key ideas and move on. Terrible absolutely terrible..Version: 8.15.0

BewareBEWARE - I never accept auto renew; I purchase this after a trial a year ago and opted out of auto renew. So yesterday a get an email saying they have charge my credit card. Unacceptable!! They are crooks!.Version: 5.4.0

Great service, ok appLet me start by saying that Blinkist is fantastic! There's a huge catalogue of great content, which I use daily. The app, on the other hand, is buggy, and misses some basic functionality. Audio tracks will sometimes skip back to the start of a chapter, for example. And if you want to browse through the catalogue, or edit your Library while you listen... you can't..Version: 4.4.4

MisleadingNot free, took the time to delete stuff to download it. Wasn’t free as it said it was. Scummy marketing tactics.Version: 6.30.0

Cancelled subscriptionI know many people benefit from this app, but it didn’t work for me. After each ‘book’ I was left with a feeling of ‘is that it? This much lauded book was just that single, simple idea?’ (Example: get up early and get more done). Very unsatisfying on two levels, either many of these books are extremely light on message and mostly puff, or there’s a trust issue: that somebody nameless has done the blinks, so it’s like copying someone’s notes from a lecture but you don’t know how reliable their note taking is..Version: 6.15.0

Blinkist is a fancy, expensive time wasterI opted out of the free trial, since I read the reviews and thank goodness I did. Be wary of any app that won’t show you what you are purchasing before they take your credit card number. I can’t even tell if I want a free trial because I have no clue what is behind the locked gates of this app. I was curious but I’m protective of my credit card digits. I asked around to my friends about this app and heard some mumbles about increased productivity but once I dug deeper I realized that none of them actually used the app after the first week but were all charged the $100 because they did not cancel in time! So when blinkist says they’ve got tons of memberships sold it should read, “We tricked a bunch of busy people out of $100 by counting on their inefficiency in canceling within the first week.” HBO does the same thing and no one is mad about it. Just be smart and turn back on this app. There’s nothing to see here without giving them your credit card number and hoping you remember to cancel in time (which you probably won’t because you’ll forget this app exists long before the first week is over)..Version: 5.6.0

The free version doesn’t motivate me to buy the full versionThe free version they offer has 10-1 self improvement books. I’m not going to listen to 9 books on how to be happier. No variety of options, so why would I want to buy it. I wrote to them giving my feedback but still no variety. Not worth listening to it. I contacted the developer on several occasions regarding this. I suggested more options like science, technology, history, not only self-improvement. The reply I received was that my suggestions would be shared, but months later the only options were still self-improvement. I have since deleted the app. It is an awesome idea but not for me..Version: 4.7.4

Waste of time.I listened to the blink for the book Sapiens, which I have already read. The depth of information given is not useful. The theme and flow of the book is totally absent from the summary given, and as a result blinks sound exactly like a conspiracy theorist rambling on with no coherent pattern of thought. The overarching message of the book is gone. Not worth 100$ per year. Not worth it for free either. The app is 100% functional, it’s just how they’ve implemented this idea of book summaries is honestly a waste of time..Version: 7.8.0

Excellent content. Terrible audio listening experience.I want to consume more of the content from this app. But as it stands, I simply cannot because of how badly audio listening experience has been designed. When a blink is playing, using the headphone remote to rewind a few seconds simply takes the user to start of the blink, which is infuriating. This would be a simple enough fix to make, but this hasn’t been done in months after reporting the issue. Also, when attempting to pause audio playback while using AirPods simply pauses for a second and continues along. Whereas I could use Blinkist in all the times I would be listening to Podcasts while in transit or running or walking, those use cases are completely dismissed because of the above issues. As it stands, I have used the service a fraction of how much I would, and would not be renewing the sub..Version: 4.7.10

Refund - Unauthorized PaymentHey guys, I did cancel the subscription on time and still got charged $114 which I would like to have back. Unfortunately, the content is not as advertised. These are not audio books, this is just articles of two pages or three pages someone wrote about certain things. Also, the content is repeatedly and not to much to offer. Aside from this, I strongly suggest to work in your UI/UX and content with titles that are understandable. The titles are really vague and takes up to 10 mins to pick something you could like to then realize it only last 12-mins. It’s like having “medium” app but in audio. For these reasons and more, I would like my reimbursement for a purchase I didn’t authorize..Version: 5.4.0

Undermining the very soul of booksThe overly simplified summaries of the books I saw on here are dangerously off the mark, often seriously misinterpreting the key messages and omitting much of the nuance and intellectual content of the books themselves. This should come as no surprise to anyone who sees the folly in reducing some of the previous 20 years of great writing into sound bites. Avoid this like the plague; it is only contributing to the dumbing down of society. I disagree with this app’s implementation on a fundamental level..Version: 4.12.0

No good unfair for consumersDo not get in this App . I was purchase only for 1month for nxt month they not even warning or asking you before they access to charged you again ..Version: 4.7.4

It’s a paid appBe aware! It’s free to download, but everything in this app is locked unless you pay a subscription..Version: 6.9.0

Waste of timeCouldn’t even get the app to work for the trial period! Contacted the customer support that it wouldn’t let me in and they couldn’t understand the issue their communication was poor and it took them till after the trial period to get back to me!!! Then they said we are marking this as solved. Just so they can tell their bosses they solve stuff. Well YOU DONT. useless.Version: 6.34.0

Service is Good, App not so muchWhile overall I like the content they provide. The app as a lot of annoyances. To start off they don’t respect your push notification preferences. They have an option to turn off “recommended reading” notifications as well as other options. It turned it off yet still got notifications, had to turn off notifications for the app completely in the system settings. Second the nagging in the app is obnoxious. It constantly pops messages in the app to use different features. For example the spaces feature, if I have dismissed the message to start using that feature for the hundred time. The odds are I know it exists and that I don’t have and use for it. So stop nagging me about it alight! Sorting is also lacking. Why can’t you see recently added items that are also “unread.” It’s annoying to see already read/listen to items keep showing up in different lists. I want to easily see content I haven’t already seen. Why does the app make that so difficult? Again I like the summaries they provide, but the app hampers the experience. I hope they work to improve the experience..Version: 8.13.0

App needs workThe content is good and worth subscribing, but the app is very frustrating in one way: when listening over Bluetooth, the Bluetooth controls don’t work at all. I have tried with multiple different brands and types of Bluetooth audio devices, and none of them work. Example: Let’s say you have on some Bluetooth headphones or are connected over Bluetooth to your car. If you try to pause, the app doesn’t pause. If you try to go back or forward, that doesn’t work either. It’s maddening, and the developer needs to put this basic feature at the top of their to-do list. After they get the basic ability to play/pause and forward/back Bluetooth functionality working, they also need to let the user choose whether Bluetooth forward/back causes the app to skip forward/back between Blinks, or to seek 15 or 30 seconds, like many podcasting apps do. I always set my apps to let me seek back 15 or 30 seconds when using Bluetooth controls, so I can easily go back with one tap of my headphones to catch something I just missed. Developer: Please fix Bluetooth control of your app’s audio!.Version: 4.7.0

Tricky way to make moneyRead the description carefully, otherwise you pay a year fee easily . Making money from people’s carelessness is their strategy:( tricky.Version: 4.7.9

Not the bestI couldn’t find the book I wanted to read and the app was very confusing would not recommend.Version: 4.7.10

What the hell do people have to do to protect their banking informationI’ve read through the comments of people that tried this. Every comment states the same thing, they take your money unauthorized for a year. With no refunds available🤯 people are stating that these are a waste of time and the voices on the books are very annoying. The content is not even any good. What the hell consumers should be able to contact BBB and have these sites taken down and the people on this account should be charged. MORE SCAMS OUT THERE THAN NECESSARY THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND PEOPLE NEED TO WIRK TOGETHER TO TAKE THIS SITE DOWN..Version: 8.11.0

Really cool idea just a bit greedy with the price point.Had to delete because it seems so expensive to me, for what it is. You can google the same info for free. The app puts it in a lovely package and it’s all easy to use, looks lovely etc, but it’s just too pricey for what is essentially free, easily found information. Sorry developers, not meaning to be negative but I’m sure you guys need feedback good and bad to further your business..Version: 8.0.0

Why don’t you save us time by telling consumers the truthI am getting extremely tired of advertising such as yours where it LOOKS like the app is free only to go through the process of downloading it to find that you THEN really not get a free trial and then have to remember to turn it off if you don’t want it. I calll this false advertising. Save us he time and trouble and advertise the truth. PLEASE.Version: 4.8.0

New Library Design Is TerribleThe old design was very functional and simple to use. The new design is user-hostile: - There are choices for saved, read, and downloaded. But not unread which is probably the most often used choice. - The choice for saved and see all (beside recently added) do the same thing. - The favourite option (heart) at the top right really should be lower, along with the other choices mentioned in the first point. - There is no sort options - There is no search Altogether this makes the library almost useless. I guess that with the increased focus on "discovery", "shortcasts", and "learning paths" the original use for the app is no longer important. This abandonment of the original utility of the app is reminiscent of the Evernote follies. I won't be renewing..Version: 6.22.0

Tried it with 9 titles. Yawn.Dear Blinkist, Thank you for the trial. I have now tried Blinkist about a day and listened to close to 9 blinks. I am unsubscribing. Maybe there is a good intention somewhere in the business mission, but I don't see it. I found very irritating the voices of the nine blinks I heard. It’s my impression the format of this "blinks" cheapen, minimalize and demean what is contained in full-length books. It's tasteless and forgettable. Imagine you're in a restaurant and you order a plain or gourmet meal and you receive a meal in a capsule. You direct your surprise to the waiter who replies, "Yes it’s tasteless, but take it with water and it will give you what you need." I find Blinkist encourages a lazy grasp for wisdom and cheapens principles of literacy, so all I can say again positively is... Thank you for the trial. Alan ..Version: 4.7.11

7 day trialI really wanted to sign up for the 7-day trial, but to do that they want my payment information. Uh, no. You can have my payment information IF I enjoy the 7 day trial and decide to continue, not before. When you ask for financial information during a trial, that behaviour screams “dodgy” to me. You’re making money off people who forget to cancel after the trial. If there is a way to sign up for the 7-day trial without payment information I will amend my review. Why on earth would a 7-day FREE trial trigger a payment process. It’s called a FREE TRIAL? Charge me after that if I want to continue..Version: 6.30.0

Overall, the contents are so monotonousI've been using this app for several month, and I realize that it should be explain there are a lot of self development book. I think more than 90 percent of book of here, is self development things. They should have said that. I only recommend this app for the person who extremely like self development book and wants listen only self development book. The reason I purchase this app, is to listen the book. novel, essay, or history, or information book. Sometimes I prefer to read self development book. If I search 'history' on this app. There aren't any history of world. Ah, only one I found fistory of Nigeria. Anyway Ioften come here, because I already purchase 1 year plan, but now, I'm so tired of listening only self development things. Of course self development things are good things, I agree with that. But this app should change their name SELF DEVELOPMENT things like that. I mean, the contents are so cofocused on self development. The contents are so monotonous. I don't usually upload my review on here, but I just stop by here and upload my review just after stop listening self development book again..Version: 6.21.0

I wanted to Hear the wisdom of men.I Got this app, to see if the wisdom of the world was worth hearing. I listed to wisdom, and self improvement as the types of literature I wanted to check out. Every book I listed to, through its summary, said one thing, put the Bible down and listed to the wisdom of your inner goodness. I thought to myself, if I wanted to teach people to stop eating vegetables, fruit, nuts and grains… and legumes. Things God has made for us to eat and enjoy. But instead, I wanted to convince people to eat pig excrement. I would first have to convince them to stop eating the sweet fruit, the savory vegetable, and the rich flavors of nuts and legumes so that they would forget to recognize that the pig feces is not for the mouth of men. This app kept send me these book reviews with these types of wisdoms. It was a burden, I care not for. Now that the subscription has expired, I am grateful..Version: 6.54.0

Great app but some flaws.I've had this for about a week & I love it - it's a bit frustrating when you miss the free daily pick & it sounded really interesting, but I guess that's what you'd have to pay for! 😅 I struggle with reading non-fiction so this is great for me. Update: I downloaded a book once, but because I haven't upgraded I can't open it, even just to delete it, so it just sits there! Also, I clicked on a book the other day by accident, & I haven't ready anything since so now, whenever I open the app, I have a constant banner at the bottom asking me if I want to continue reading that book, but of course I can't because, you guessed it, I haven't upgraded. 🤦🏽‍♀️ A couple of unfortunate design flaws for an otherwise great app..Version: 6.37.1

No Carplay controlI have this app for the purpose of listening to audio books on my daily car commute. It doesn’t have any CarPlay controls. Using Siri to RWD or FFW results in app lock up and app often locks up as well as continuously loses my place where I left off reading. I like the idea but not the execution.Version: 6.10.0

Used to be good, don’t waste your money now! (April 2020)This app was good for the past couple of years. I have been a premium subscriber for that time, however now suddenly there are all these audio books listed in my home page that I have to buy? I just want the blinks! That I have already paid for! Also all the blinks in my library now default to audio. I want to read them like I always have! Cancelled my subscription as this is a huge change and not what I signed up for. Not sure if this was a massive UX fail or a greedy company, I was already paying for what was a great service. Why did you break something that was so good? So disappointed. Guess I’m back to reading book synopsis on the Kindle store now :(.Version: 6.1.0

Yeah, Nah.Downloaded, 1 article for free, everything else locked. No thanks..Version: 4.12.1

Narration is disappointingIn my experience used to giving a five out of five or 10 to 10 review, unfortunately I find the narration consistently annoying to listen to which feels distracting, even frustrating. Narration should be so easy that one focuses on what is being said not How. Basically a synopsis of the books in five short paragraphs; it does not equate to reading or listening to a podcast, YouTube videos by author.. Cost is expensive at 100+ a year, interesting marketing tool tho. I did miss requesting my money back before the end of the 7 day trial & was willing to pay for up to a month used, however they would not refund the annual fee -buyer beware!.Version: 6.28.0

Big library but poor quality summariesI really wanted to like this app/service. I read a lot and having access to quality book summaries would be very valuable. Unfortunately Blinkist doesn't deliver. Pros: there are a lot of books in the library...I was surprised that nearly every title I was interested in was available in the app. Cons: the book summaries ("blinks") are really subpar and don't provide a good overview of the book. I read several and they just skim the surface often missing the main idea of the book. I read blinks for books I've previously read and they never covered the big ideas in the book. Instead, they tend to focus on one or two themes in the book often missing the big picture and never providing a good synthesis. These are more like long book reviews rather than executive summaries..Version: 4.7.6

Not honest about the deadline!!!I decided to try this app for a week to see if I was going to like it and have time to read as I have 2 girls under 4 homeschooling and all that at the moment. So, I set myself a reminder and set the app to remind me before the deadline (today) - 31 Jan - so that I can cancel it. I had a reminder from Blinkist on Friday saying that I have 2 more days left to cancel the app if I do not wish to continue. So, I had 2 more days to think about it. Today, 31 January, Sunday , is the last day to cancel. So, I went into to the app to find out that I was already charged. If 31 January is the deadline for cancellation I would expect to be able to cancel anytime before midnight on 31 January. I feel cheated..Version: 6.21.0

Not user friendlyAt first when I got the app, I loved it and left a 5 star review. Now I find it being a mess. I setup my app to download what I save and delete when I finish. It doesn’t do any of that! There are books that I’ve heard a few times but they are not deleted from saved, my downloads are gone and apparently I’m listening to the saved ones on my data. Also there are some books or podcasts that don’t have a delete option. I listen when driving so I can’t organize them while I’m using the app. This has made using the app an irritating experience, instead of enjoyable. I won’t renew this year. Had it for 2 years but now my library is a annoying mess..Version: 8.17.0

Dunno yetApparently I’ve been a paid up member since august … over 5 months… and while I knew I had the ap- I had no idea if paid $119 for the year till I was casually going though my subscriptions. Maybe I accidentally selected free trial. Who knows!! I had lockdown brain in august. This is why I don’t do “free” trials. Edit… so I reached out to support and they said they can’t help and I should speak to apple??? Zero help And I still have not been able to listen to one single blink..Version: 7.4.0

Time consuming to cancel membershipIn the app they print that the app will expire on a specific date and will not auto renew. Guess what? It’s not true they will charge you $104 anyways. Very dishonest company. Membership cannot be cancelled in app...they make it very time consuming to cancel..Version: 6.5.0

Beware Not for Nomads-Criminal OrganizationBeware as now that GoTo owns Grasshopper they no longer support nomads and will take down your account without notice or refund. After 1.5 hrs on the phone and on hold, going through 4 agents. No answer as to why my account disappeared. Finally I did get a refund, but not in full! Look like the stole a month of charges. After mentioning to the last agent that, I wasn’t interested in trying again and was just going to try RingCentral (Not that they are better). He offered a wonderful discount. So i tried again (I know, my stupidity!) only with a monthly payment plan and bang within 48hrs. Account vanished again, no email, no call, no refund. Do not trust them! I hope they enjoy their stolen money.Version: 7.9.1

DeceptiveSigned for free trial then upsold to a $100 annual subscription without my awareness. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM..Version: 7.10.0

Blinklist comparison summary based on four years of usePro’s: good content, chapterisation (my key deciding factor compared to 12 min which lacks this and also does move to vertical view on iPad) Neg: iPad and iPhone no sync. iPad library does not update and has issues opening to select. In auto play next book audio summary replays books listened to prior even although delete after listening function selection ticked. Suggestions: tab to request book summaries would be a game changer. Sort out library sync from iPad to iPhone. Overall I find Blinklist the better option overall, key frustration being the library syncing error on iPad. And also iPad to iPhone. And in auto play function recycling previously listened to blinks..Version: 6.28.0

Double Billing and No RedressI was enjoying my subscription monthly subscription though a little expensive for my use. But having bad eyesight listening is a godsend. So I had a free trial and joined. Black Friday about a year later I decided to take advantage of the 50% yearly offer. And tried to sign up. But couldn’t because I already had an an account. You can only have one Account . I had to delete my account. I looked into my phone accounts and actually I was being billed for two accounts already without my knowledge. I have contacted Blinkist who said they have passed it to the appropriate department. No response. I’m still getting messages to continue with my offer only to be rejected on the basis that I have AN (singular ) an account already when I’ve been been billed for two ( no energy going into sorting that out) owing me money but trying to extract more simultaneously! ) Check your accounts fellow Blinkist! Beware..Version: 5.3.5

One slight problem might keep me from stayingEdit: also, the people they have summarizing the books have a problem with keeping their own personal opinions out of the summary, which begs the question as to what else they might be adding or removing to these. I’ve changed my review to 1 star due to this because I’d really rather just read the actual book and know the author’s actual thoughts than be preached to by a second-hand source. I decided to try this since I’ve been hearing about it everywhere right now. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money for a subscription right now so I’ll have to make due with the one free that’s unlocked daily. The only problem I have is that if you add the daily free blink to your library under a free account there’s no way to delete it the next day because it goes back to being just another premium locked into your library. This makes it really hard to want to stay with this service if you can’t remove things after a lapsed payment since these short form “blinks” could really start to clutter up after awhile. Having a delete option, even if the blink is currently locked due to no being a subscriber, would be a nice improvement. Without it, I’m not actually sure I will continue using this, or even suggest that others use this service..Version: 4.7.0

Beware of free trialI tried Blinkist on their free trial and let the subscription renew, thinking I would keep it for an extra month membership but it auto renews for a full year and since I was under the assumption it would renew for a month I did not realize within their 2 week refund period. I am now out $100 for this app and feel scammed. Why is it set to auto renew for a while year and not monthly like other apps? Feels deceitful and shady..Version: 6.8.0

The onboarding killed my interestBy the time I did the onboarding which took forever I didn’t care for the app anymore. It’s best to let your users on quickly and experience the app instead of asking them a 20 question trivia at the start 🙈. The onboarding made the access so restrictive. Luckily I quit the app and reopened and it was gone so I could explore a little and see if this app interests me. I also hate that you need to do a 7 day trial. Show me with one free credit if I like the functionality of the app first before I even commit to a trial. Let me see if it’s what I need..Version: 6.45.0

Unpleasant sound effects mar the audioI used to be a big fan and would listen to the daily book summary consistently. Recently, a very unpleasant, jarring sound effect is being added at the start and end of the blinks. It sounds like an alarm to me, it’s startling, annoying and disturbing so detracts from the overall experience of listening to the otherwise great summaries..Version: 8.14.0

Not worth itI forked out the $124 for a year subscription as I thought it would be worth it. Personally I found the short summaries of books to be Luke warm versions of what the book is actually saying. The strong American accents on some of the books is really off putting. I stopped using this app and moved over to Audible which has been a life changer. I deleted Blinkist and forgot about it until they hit me with another $124 a year later with no warning! My fault for not unsubscribing, but after a few months I had forgot all about it. Don’t waste your money here, spend it on an Audible subscription where you can listen to the entire book and absorb everything the book offers. I’ve tried to get a refund for this product that I don’t use but I’ve had no luck yet, I don’t think this is fair..Version: 4.7.10

Almost perfectAbsolutely love the app, great UI and love the audio feature where you can listen to the book without an annoying robotic voice. My criticism- the lack of a ‘remove book’ from your ‘finished’ section. I’ve now apparently listened to so many books which I have no clue about because I was sleeping, now I can’t get rid of them from my finished section. I wrote an email to them, but it’s not been actioned. Please listen to your customers, just seems like such an easy feature to implement and would massively enhance the user experience..Version: 6.46.0

New update: such a shame! This app has been one of my favourites, amazing way of exposing self to a lot of great quality content quickly. Unfortunately the latest updates have gotten rid of the daily minute - a brilliant feature - and now no longer shows the book covers. Instead, generic images which makes the interface far more difficult to use when looking for a good book. It’s a small thing but makes a huge impact on the overall ease and enjoyment of using the app. I hope a developer or someone from Blinkist sees this to pass on feedback and the app improves, because it’s core concept is brilliant..Version: 6.2.0

Useless appHow useless is this? I just downloaded this app after reading an advert. All the books it’s displaying are locked and the only way to read anything is to subscribe to an annual payment. Deleting after this review..Version: 4.7.0

Sad experienceDownloaded but unable to activate 7 day free trial. Failed before I even experienced anything from the app. Sad to say I could not use it for anything, reluctant to pay for a defective app..Version: 5.4.2

I want my money backI tried the 7 day free trial and then was charge 172$ for the annual subscription!!! I would have paid for one month, since a 7 day trial is not enough time to determine if I want to use the app for a whole year. But I got charged for one year and I'm really mad and having trouble with Apple getting my money back which is causing me even more irritation towards this app. I'm in disbelief that they charged me 1 year and have never used an app free trial that has charged me such an amount. I don't want to ever hear another Blinkist in my life so please give me my money back for a service that I will not use..Version: 5.2.1

I didn’t know mean to extend the trialI wanted to try out the trial, and didn’t mean to extend it. They’ve charged me for a whole year. Not able to get a refund.Version: 8.1.1

Beware: puncing on their preyI like the idea of the app BUT I am appalled by the tactics employed to fool users into paying large sums of money for something they haven't decided they want. They say there is a 7 day free trial but there is a BIG catch. I started the 7 day free trial then went to cancel my subscription straight away (to avoid forgetting later and being charged over $100)... Now when you cancel a subscription apple appstore will tell you that you will still have access until the next payment would be due (ie until the end of 7 day free trial). However after doing this my full access was immediately removed and I was being shown the start up ad for the 7 day free trial again! What's worse when I clicked on the ad again the appstore was asking for $100+ with NO FREE TRIAL this time and I almost got sucked into putting my thumb onto the touch ID. They are hoping to trick you into paying: - forcing you to leave your "free trial" subscription active in order to use the full app... hoping you'll forget to cancel it before the 6 days are up. - and if you do cancel your free trial subscription and realise that you loose access then they show you FALSE advertising links to re-activate a 7 day free trial that actually lead you to pay a years subscription straight off the bat with no more free trial! The fact that this is all planned is proved by the way that the "free trial" is attached only to the hugely expensive year long subscription... And there is currently no option to activate a free trial that leads on to only a month by month subscription. Clearly the only books the creators of this app have actually read are about dirty marketing and nothing about morals and conscience..Version: 4.11.0

Brilliant idea but..I absolutely enjoyed the free trial - two things stopped from subscribing - the prices of the plans are fairly high so you’d have to be sure that you’re invested, and that you’ll be using the app enough times a month before you pay. So it’s not for someone like me who’s trying to pick up a new (reading books) habit gradually. - I loved listening to blinks while commuting or driving, but unfortunately if I’m playing my saved blinks it doesn’t play the next one automatically even though in the setting i have ticked the box to do it so it just stays on the screen that asks for rating. So when I’m driving every time a blink ends I’ll just switch to music or wait for a stop to play another blink which is a tad bit frustrating and I’ve only used it for few days..Version: 6.51.0

Just want to subscribeI love this app and I have been using it for the all free month of April. Received an email telling me that it is over and I can now pay for a year subscription for 50% off which I would love to do. Bad luck the email and app are not in sink and for some reason I need to give my credit card details again. No I just want to pay thought the app with my Apple Pay. Please help. If I can t. I will refuse to pay for a full year subscription normal price and you will loose a costumer..Version: 6.3.0

Crap service from refund DeptI just want to post again what I posted over a year ago. I saw an ad for Blinklist and had 30 days to cancel for full refund. Didn’t but at first. Someone told me they bought Blinklist because of what it is supplying be able to do so I decided to buy too. Found another ad and bought but didn’t like it and asked for a refund on day 8. Apparently the ad I saw and bought from had a 7 day refund even though after looking further I found the 30 day refund was still out there. Apple said my issues for a refund are with Blinklist. Blinklist said I went 8 days so too bad no refund. BLINKLIST HAS A CRAPPY PRODUCT AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DONT BUY IT.Version: 6.16.0

Beware- Scammy way to get your subscriptionIf you choose to try out the free trial, beware. The subscription defaults to a yearly subscription and you will be automatically charged $112.99!! There is no mention of this when they offer the free trial. I feel totally scammed and ripped off. Will be telling everyone I know about this scammy company. I want a refund..Version: 6.42.1

Completely sucksDespite engaging the full year subscription at the enrolment phase, and a flurry of welcoming messages from “Emily”, I was unable to login to my “free trial” on either the site or app before being forced to change a password I had just created! Then I started getting pop-ups telling me my payment had been cancelled. After the 4th attempt including deleting and reinstalling the app I gave up. Great idea but execution sucks. And now I have manually CANCELLED payment for the renewable one year subscription. The thing is I’m one of those people who won’t be back. So, “Emily” you might want to rethink this years vacation! Who needs this kind of hassle? Back to Kindle for the “full story”..Version: 4.7.0

OverpricedOne thing I hate is when apps say their free but when u try to use the app u have to pay to use it like what the point. Like might as well say the app is 180$ not free and I don’t like 7 day free trials because if u forget to cancel the subsricption u automatically pay which is studied. Like not every one has money to just spend on an app like espically when u only get the options for a full year plan like what if you only want to use it for a month or u don’t want the app anymore but u already paid and can’t get a refund that’s not only a waste of money but is unfair..Version: 4.8.0

App narration glitchesI’ve been using this app for some time now and I think it’s great. However, since the most recent update, when listening to the audio blinks, the narration keeps cutting out for at least 5 seconds and continues to do this throughout the entire book. I am a patient person but I’m starting to find this extremely distracting! I know it’s not my internet as I have deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it and it still continues. Please could you look into this as I’m a big fan and don’t want to have to cancel the subscription. Kind Regards.Version: 8.7.0

Great content, but has a few flaws.Overall I love the idea. It’s essentially Cliff notes with an audio book option. However, I don’t love the constant plugging of blinks. “In this blink…” “ the next blink…”. It’s distracting, ruins your flow of thought, and very cheap feeling for such a nice app. Second, I wish the ‘Librabry’ would let you organize your saved books into categories. Tags, themes, etc… Lastly, the audio feature is not great. Gaps between the ‘blinks’ are long, and the app occasionally loses connection all together. Lastly, the ‘Follow’ feature for blinks is laughably bad. You have to choose to get notifications in order to follow. What?!? Overall wonderful idea though, but app could certainly use improvements..Version: 6.41.0

Not worth itMy expectation was that I will read well written book summaries. It looks like they are making reduced versions of books by slapping together first pages of each chapter in the book whether they reflect what the author tried to say or not. A very poor quality product. The most of positive reviews seem fake. This app has 3.2 rating on Trustpilot. Users are complaining about unfair card charging practices. I turned off automatic premium subscription on the second day of the trial period. I had to do it in two places since they are charging my Apple account. Three days later the app turned auto renewal back on. If you decide to give this app a try but don’t purchase the subscription, check your account every day and take a screenshot for your bank to dispute the charge later..Version: 8.1.1

Charged me during free trialI heard a review of this app and although didn’t much like the idea of condensing books to such brief summaries I thought I would try it out and possibly use it as an extended blurb before purchasing a book. I found the voices used to read these summaries really robotic and the summaries themselves were fine but made the books feel hollow from the lack of depth. I get there may be a time when this could be great for people but it’s not for me. I have no problem with audiobooks but the combination of robotic audio and 15 minute summaries felt depressing so I cancelled my trial after a day and yet I was surprised to then be charged by Blinkist. Isn’t the point of a trial to be able to trial the app before committing?? Apparently not for this app. Beware!.Version: 6.18.0

No Notice of ChargeBlinkist did not give me notice before the end of a free trial and charge me $99 for a year subscription. I wouldn’t have signed up because there’s a very limited leadership selection of book titles..Version: 8.1.1

CHARGED AFTER CANCELLATIONWhy is apple not doing anything about this app?? I cancelled my subscription after two days and the app says “don’t worry it takes up to 24 hours for this to update” but they still charged me after my free trial ended!!!! Unbelievable! Now I am reading all these people’s reviews that are having the same problem and they are still doing this!.Version: 8.15.0

Horrible ExperienceI submitted the request for support below and the response I received stated that they were unable to assist me because my purchase was made through apple not directly from them. However my request (if they really read it) was really asking that the app that I paid for actually work. I would love the concept and love to free blink or two I was able to read but cannot rate them well because I did not get full use of the product I paid for. "I signed up for the trial. Asked to to cancel subscription on the day you charged me for the full subscription. You would not cancel and refund my money, however the subscription has not worked for me for the entire time. When i attempt to read an article it prompts me to subscribe again. Please ensure that i have access to my subscription (and extend it for free) or refund me my money. I will report this to apple and write a review describing how terrible my experience has been with the app and service from your company." Alison, Troubled customer.Version: 5.4.0

Remember to cancel your trial periodApp claimed that it would remind you when trial period ends, but obviously it lied. Remember to cancel your trial period, or it automatically charges you an annual subscription fee..Version: 6.28.0

Looking for more Balance and less BiasI love the idea of this app, but after two and a half months of reading the free books almost every day the unacknowledged bias present in the types of books offered and the ways that the summaries are written is getting old. Certain world views (which I imagine naturally mirror the creators/ writers own) are written about in incredibly positive lights, for example Eastern religion and philosophy with titles like “Why Buddhism is True” without a balanced (let alone positive) look at really any other spiritual or religious world views. I can’t say I blame them, it makes sense to me that people would naturally select books they like and agree with to offer in a service like this, but because of what the platform is, I feel like they need to find a way to be either more neutral or more honest about the bias they are bringing in to these summaries. Hire some people who don’t agree on the big questions of life - then offer books from a wider variety of world views and I think there is a 5 star idea here..Version: 4.7.0

Worst customer service everIt’s been 11 months and they still haven’t given me access to the services I paid for! I paid up front for a 12 month subscription when I first heard about the app. I soon realised I did not have access to the premium subscription that I paid for and that I had the same access as others with the free version. I contacted them and received no reply. A few months later I remembered again and reached out once more. Again, no reply. A month ago I received a notification that my subscription was ending soon and that it would automatically roll over and I would be charged again. I contacted them once more. Yet again, no reply. So I paid for nothing. Great.Version: 4.6.4

Careful: they still charges after you unsuscribedWasn’t able to have a refound. Hope they won’t steal another 100$ from me next year but apparently there is not much i can do..Version: 7.8.0

Great idea, flawed executionI tried Blinkist as the idea of gathering snippets of information from multiple books in a short space of time appealed to me; as a busy professional I don’t have a lot of time to read regular books. The idea behind this is fantastic, and I still like the idea but the way Blinkist puts this in place is to feed you information that *they* think you want from the books. Some of the Blinks were approaching books from completely the wrong viewpoint and as such were fatally flawed; the problem is, where with a regular book you could have two people reading the same book from a different point of view, and having two different opinions, there is no possibility for such a thing in Blinkist. You’re given their opinion. And that’s it. It would be great if there were multiple authors for the same books, but until that day this is unfortunately a one star review. A great idea, in a flawed, narrow minded app..Version: 6.39.0

Love the service, but the app could use a lot of work.I absolutely love this service. The combination of written and audible summaries, just the perfect length, make it a great annual investment. Really disappointed, though, in the app. Couple of things that drive me nuts. Newer titles stop until you read them. I get it. They want people to repeat titles and by forcing you to dig your phone out of your pocket when you were exercising, you begrudgingly offer a review. However, when I’m trying to listen to a few books in a row while exercising, I find it very annoying. Also, the flow of the app is clunky. For instance, I struggle with the difference between the library, the queue, saved, favorite, etc. It could really benefit from a UX overhaul..Version: 6.53.1

Be careful! They take your $100 and won’t refundI thought I’d give this 7 day free period a go and see why it was about. I unfortunately had to leave town and got busy that week and didn’t get a chance to really look into it. I had it scheduled in my diary that day to cancel the renewal but arrived home a few hours too late it seems. As soon as the week expired I got charged $100 and put on an annual plan. No more than 2 hours after this happened, I contacted Blinkist and asked for a refund as I simply hadn’t seen that I’d be signed up for a $100 annual plan if I missed the cancel date. Most of these kinds of apps are monthly at worst and I would have swallowed the monthly fee If I’d missed the cancel date. They told me that they couldn’t do anything and suggested I try iTunes. I’ve contacted iTunes 3 times now and have not had one real response other than an auto response stating it’s not available for refund. I’m furious as I simply can’t afford it right now and you should always have a window after payment for something that as it’s simply a use as you go type of arrangement. Now I don’t even want to use it because it’s left such a bad taste in my mouth. If it’s such a great product, then they shouldn’t have to prey on those that forget to cancel their trial on time to then charge them $100. Pretty unhappy..Version: 5.2.2

Scam!I signed up for a 7-day trial, didn’t like the app, canceled subscription within only TWO days and still got charged on my credit card..Version: 7.8.0

Misleading but a great ideaI found this app to be extremely misleading which has lead to my low rating. I saw the app advertised in a game I play and it grabbed me straight away, the concept is fantastic! And to be honest the ‘blink’ I have consumed since downloading was amazingly in depth and so interesting. The part I didn’t like was the app is promoted as a Free App but all content inside is paid, although it does mention you can access the full library for a subscription I would expect more than one ‘blink’ in the free daily section given the vast content available. Granted there is a very high chance that I will eventually purchase a full subscription, but two things for sure are that 1. I will not be doing so from a single ‘blink’ I will make an educated decision based on content relevance and interest and the utilisation I get from the app. And 2. I don’t intend to do so at a up front payment of $125ish dollars. Hoping more features are offered to free users in the future and better options for subscribers so as not to be hit with a years worth of fees upfront, that is non refundable. As a consumer I tend to prefer subscriptions that are paid for on a ‘monthly as used’ basis or even at times a month in advance so that if I don’t see value in maintaining the subscription I don’t loose out financially (at least not an overly large amount).Version: 4.7.3

“Free” trial becomes a $99.99 chargeHad to insert my credit card info to get a 7-day trial. Did not like the product, tried to cancel the trial, deleted my account, sent 2 emails to Customer Service but still was charged $99.99. Still did not managed to get my money back.Version: 6.2.0

Rip offMost infuriating app - tried the 7 day trial and did not realize it would auto renew for A YEAR. Wasn’t a huge fan of the app and now they’ve charged me $120...they do not provide refunds to people who have purchased it through the app (even though I attempted immediately and never used it). Ironically they do provide a refund if you purchased through the website -they are clearly targeting people who accidentally do not unsubscribe in time. They’ve responded to this review as if they actually will do something about it if you contact them, but I already have and they don’t. Terrible company culture. (If you want to abuse the power of automatic subscriptions after a trial at least be decent enough to make it only a month’s fee.).Version: 4.7.2

Free trial? When downloading the app, I was informed that an app reminder would be sent prior to any charges. Got billed for an annual subscription days later without any prior notice..Version: 6.9.0

Horrible customer serviceI had bought their service from the website. Right when the pandemic hit, I got recharged for full price for the whole year. I requested a refund immediately explaining the situation. But never heard back from them to this day (Jan 2021). Due to this, I’m never subscribing again with a company that would ghost customers like that..Version: 6.20.0

Misleading and BuggyDuring my free trail,I have been unable to access any content. Without signing up to more conditions. What’s the point of a free trail if I cannot actually try any of the content. This is a 35 million dollar startup and their price point is way off, for the services they are offering. How can you legitimately offer a 15 min condensed synapses of a “self help” book. Seriously isn’t personal development dependent on the individual. I don’t think correlating the most highlighted texts and condensing them into a 15 minute review is actually worth your subscription price. I do understand that is “one” of your genres, and does not mean the same throughout. More or less I didn’t actually see many books that were backed up with facts and static’s, more so of the pseudo psychology vibe. Also I don’t trust this app, I got offered a 20% discount because I haven’t finalised my subscription. So what is the real price point here? If your just handing out this discounts to people who are actually thinking about their purchase. Overall this app could be very beneficial to the collective and humanity, But as it stands right now I feel Blinklist is just trying to ride a wave in the “self improvement field” and cash a big check at the end. Feel it out for yourself, something is off with the integrity of this app..Version: 4.11.1

Expensive and shallowI have read through a few “blinks” of recent books I have read. Not only do the blinks miss key concepts, they are also shallow and leave a lot to be desired. Some writers, like Michael Pollan, write very beautifully. The writing is just as much of an experience as the actual information within the book. The blinks capture none of this. This is essentially an expensive version of the free website “sparknotes. Don’t waste your money. If you are a busy person and don’t have time to sit down and read, try audiobooks. You still get the full concepts, and will be able to interpret them in your own way- not through some other writer. For people who spend the $100 on this app- try to think back to a blink you read over a month ago. Do you actually retain any of the information? My guess would be no..Version: 6.44.0

Not very transparentI recently attended a conference where a previous employee spoke, I was really impressed with what was expressed and decided to check out the app. I signed up for the free trial of premium with the idea that this company was going to remind me before any charges were made to continue the premium subscription. Today was the last day of the trial and I did not get any kind of reminder, if it was a notification it was not obvious. I presumably had today to cancel, but nope was charged $99. The app itself is fine. It was definitely glitchy at times when trying to both read and listen. I checked out quite a few that I had already read just to see and the blinks were accurate. With that I can see the selection getting old pretty quickly. So with all the new AI out there you can get book summaries for free. Plus there’s always the library. I’ll stick with them..Version: 8.12.1

BE CAREFUL OF 7 DAY TRIALI tried the trial thinking I’d give it a go and that I’d get the choice to continue and make payment or not. And then the choice on whether it would be a monthly or yearly subscription. It slipped my mind and seven days later I’ve been stung with a $179 bill. I’ll pull down this review should they refund me. I’ve just put a request through. Will be interesting to see if they respond..Version: 5.2.0

Missing a lot of good books.I’ve been a member for about 5-6 months now. I subscribed for a year when they had their Black Friday special. I love the concept of this app, I’m picky and I’ve only recently in the past two years gotten into reading (now I read everyday). This seemed like the perfect subscription for my dilemma of wanting to purchase and read many books, but avoid wasting my time with those that I weren’t what I was looking for. Also, for those I was only mildly interested in, I could listen to the Blinkist and get the general idea without wasting my money on a book I didn’t feel was worth the purchase. Anyway, the reason I’m only rating it 3 stars is because it’s missing a lot (I mean a lot) of books I’m interested in. Many of the books I’ve looked for aren’t obscure either. Most of what I’ve been reading and looking for are books on minimalism and some personal growth. They are also typically books I’ve seen reference to several times in multiple other minimalism books as well. I’m not sure if others have run into this problem with other genres or subjects but it’s been kinda disappointing. I won’t be continuing my subscription after this year is up. Not in a petty kind of way but it’s more like this subscription is not very helpful to me when hardly any of the books I’m interested in are on it. *Sadface*.Version: 6.0.0

You do not need this.If you want to read something you have a huge option..Version: 4.9.1

BORING - NOT EVEN WORTH THE TRIALFirst, the way each book is summarized is incredibly boring—even for books with engaging and funny prose. Each summary is written and read without mimicking the original author’s style or voice. It’s as if Blinkist is trying to shorten every book into an excerpt from a second rate dictionary. The “audio” option Blinkist provides makes this even worst. Each Blinkist summary is read in a monotone voice , with little to no inflection, and absolutely no enthusiasm. I thought that maybe—just maybe—I had just been choosing each Blinkist summary poorly, and decided to stay past the trial to find out. Horrible decision. Each summary is written in such a monotone and uniform fashion, I have to force myself to finish a minute-long summary. Second, the audio only works if you have the Blinkist app open—no scrolling through other feeds or doing anything else. When I decided to finally cancel my subscription for the following month, I realized my fatal mistake. Although Blinkist advertises their monthly subscription, with the trial, you will automatically be charged for their YEARLY subscription. Even the company has no hope that their content is enough to keep customers coming back month to month..Version: 5.3.5

Expensive & bad practiceA free trial that comes with an automatic annual subscription enrolment is unacceptable practice..Version: 6.39.0

Danger!! Warning!!App presents it’ll as free!! But it’s just to draw you in so that you’ll be too lazy to unsubscribe within 7 days and it can charge you a full year of subscription in advance!!!! Gotcha!!!!.Version: 6.3.1

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APPFor an app I barely used, it automatically subscribed and charged my account $160 dollars. It’s criminal to charge someone without their consent! I WANT A REFUND!.Version: 5.0.0

Not worth itRead lots of blinks. Not smarter for it. Reading someone’s summary of a book is not nearly as effective as reading an actual book. An annoying feature: If you ever read the same blink twice, it will remind you of how stupid you are and poor your memory must be by saying “you had to read this blink twice”..Version: 5.4.0

Don't touch it. You will be charged after free trial even if you cancel. This is a scam. Don't go anywhere near it. I signed up for the free trial, decided I didn't like it at all, so tried to cancel on the same day. Of course they make it very hard to cancel so I tried and tried and checked with Blinkist to make sure I had really cancelled. It said that I had on my profile and the representative stated "then you must have cancelled" when I sent her a copy of that page. Nevertheless, sure enough, they whacked me for $120 once the "free" trial was over. I am disputing it with PayPal but Blinkist are digging their heels in. Appallling business practice. Avoid like the plague..Version: 6.6.0

Warning! Charged twice despite cancelling subscriptionUpdate: Their customer service was useless and replied saying they can’t find my account so they can’t help me. Just like that. I’ve now contacted PayPal and I’m hoping they will refund me with the buyers protection. Please be careful with this as they’ve been charging me despite my subscription being cancelled for the past two years. In 2018 iTunes Store support told me the refund had been issued but I never received it. After some back and forth I stopped following up and assumed the refund was on its way. I’ve only noticed they never refunded me because they’ve charged me again. I’m fuming and determined to get my refunds this time but it’s a painful process. They don’t make it easy and straightforward. The app is useful, I used it occasionally and then decided to cancel my subscription. I never thought it would take so much of my time to get rid of it. Please consider carefully signing up to this as you might be unable to cancel..Version: 5.3.0

Really like the idea, flawed executionI got it fairly recently, listened to a book or two which I really enjoyed, good summaries and helped me consume more information. My preferred medium to consume the books was audio, and I noticed that the auto play seldom worked, I had to take the phone out of my pocked after every blink (every minute or so) to manually play the next one which was really annoying. Then as of a week or so ago the app just will not open, it stays on the starting logo then crashes, so unless that’s fixed I’ll have to unsubscribe and delete it which is really annoying as I enjoyed it for the short time it worked..Version: 6.42.0

Worst experience and not as it claimsI initially thought the idea of this app would be great, so I went to try it. On their website they clearly say that you try it for 7 days before subscribing, and that they would send you a reminder email 1 day before it happens so you can decide. I blindly relied on that so I went on with the trial. To my bitter surprise I woke up this morning and found they debited my account and without any reminder at all. So is the trial real or a way to scam people in? Also, in case of any problem, there is no way to get hold on them (no chat, no email, no phone!). Is this a serious company? Some of the main reasons I didn't want to keep it: - most of the books I needed are not in their library. They mostly have those personal development books. - The summary misses the main points, and the key elements that keeps the story stick to your head. ... Idea would have been great, but poorly executed by a company without any client service. Pass your way ....Version: 6.48.0

Double billed, login errors, poor cx expI reached out to customer support to let them know that 1) my login would never work and there was a bug. Finally I got it to work on my own. Then, it showed I had 2 accounts. I emailed support and they said they would look at it. No response until I was double billed. Then they mentioned I needed to contact Apple as if it was their fault, which doesn’t make any sense because if I was double billed they could have refunded the one they saw. I even provided a screenshot of the 2 accounts it was showing. Blinkist has tons of potential, especially once they provide the option for full audio and digital text (read along with audio is something that would really be neat), going further would love to see multiple languages so you can learn new ones and read along with the voice, while cross comparing to the other language..Version: 6.11.0

Bills you $124 after 6 daysThis is deliberately misleading, you’re offered a 7-day trial, but are billed for a whole year of subscription if you don’t opt out 6 days before the 7 days ends. Change it to monthly like other services. Content looks varied, but a lot of it looks like the standard ‘self help’ drivel - emotionally and personally written instead of objective and statistical. Knowing that the items are so short I would put my money toward Audible instead - it’s a bit more expensive, but the content is more diverse, and you can chip away at better things like ‘The Great Lectures’ in your 15 minutes. Consistent learning will be better retained than slipping into the warm bath that is modern short attention span anyway..Version: 4.7.6

No watchOS app ?While yes can control an blink in play on the watch - would like to be able complete on watch for when phone is not available while at home but also ran out of charge. Also would like to find the list of blinks I listened too as while listening to watch has been recommend I don’t seem to see the play history ? - as when I’m out for walk I could listen to 2 or 3 blinks but would like share first but I want to this when I get back to the house not in the middle of the walk or cycle ride. But on content , do enjoy it a lot - but apps need a bit of fixing.Version: 6.43.0

This company scammed meGave me a week free trial, but when I cancelled it, they still charged me and went into overdraft on my credit card, charging me an extra 100$ and now messing up my credit. Absolutely disgusted at how they did this to me. Appalled at customer service too. Terrible and insidious workers and company. Stay away.Version: 6.51.0

Cant try the app.Sorry I’m not signing up for $120 plan because it’s the only way to get a free trial. If there’s no other way to try out the app, then all that reading isn't making these developer any smarter. Waste of a download..Version: 6.20.0

Good app but why annual subscription?Someone’s already mentioned this but it’s a big bugbear for me. And 60 quid is a bit more than I’m willing to spend right now. Don’t get me wrong, I think the app is great. Like most people, though, I use it less than I’d like to because, well, life, and that would annoy me a lot if I just paid the annual subscription. There is a psychological phenomenon that people find it harder to let go of things they already have, so it’s highly likely that a monthly subscription model would lead to higher subscription numbers. At least give readers the option, as everyone else does, to choose between monthly and annual subscription fees..Version: 4.7.6

Fraud app! Will auto charge $120 after 7 daysNever install this app! I just downloaded it and with in 1 min I noticed it said it will charge you after 7 days for $120 per year renewal. And I can’t find ANY instructions to cancel the renewal! Ruined my whole day!!! I’m still searching for ways to cancel it after half an hour now and have no clue!!!!.Version: 4.8.0

Good app but too much moneyI did the 7 day trial and while I thought the app was great, I believe the subscription amount ($120/year) is way too high so I cancelled the trial before I was billed. (As I’ve heard a lot of people do.) Blinkist, I think you would grow your willing-to-pay customer base significantly if you changed your revenue model..Version: 4.7.11
