✓ Constantly buffers - disappointingReally unhappy with this app since December. The videos have become impossible to watch as the buffer second by second, so the 'support' each morning is not there. ✓ Do the 5- or 7-day oneThe recipes in this one aren't as good as the 5-day plan. There aren't as many videos, and a LOT of typos in this app. If I'm going to pay several dollars for an app, and if it's all about being careful about what goes in my body, then I think they should be a little more careful about the details in the app. In this part of the US, only carbonated mineral water was available, making it really difficult to do one of the recipes that appears each day. ✓ DisappointingI was excited to do this 3 day program and since I’m new to this, I had many questions. The problems that they are having with videos was frustrating. I tried to get help but the app crashed. This has been going on for over a week. I got through the 3 days and am happy with the way I feel but had to search other sites for information to keep me going. Also, Jason doesn’t give caloric info on any of the recipes.
