✓ Mail reviewAlthough the mail app is good for what it offers, I’ve recently had what I consider junk/spam phishing emails explaining that my account will shutdown in 24 hours unless I go through the link sent with the shutdown notification. I couldn’t find how to contact/confirm the legitimacy of the email either on the Facebook page or other ways, i tried to forward it Yahoo’s spam/phishing email, only for it to bounce back with a message saying unable to deliver, it would be better if users had a much better way of finding out, reporting spam/phishing.Version: 6.49.1
✓ Works well, better than mostHave had a very good experience with yahoo overall so far. After MicroSucks outlook and goggles gmail losing my accounts to hackers, I tried Yahoo since the beginning of the year. This Yahoo mail app appears to be good, simpler than most others out there, which for me is a good thing, but need some modern features for the younger ones. What it does have it does very well. I like it and would recommend for simplicity and so far reliability..Version: 4.37

✗ DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!This is app is honestly by far the worst mail app i have ever seen!! They way things are organized is just one big MESS!! Every time i go to look at my recent email it for some reason will remove the email i just opened and then it will be about a couple minutes of me refreshing the app so that it will pop up again !! Also i have no idea why i can not look at past emails that are more than a week old ??!! This app is so stupid. You touch one thing and it’ll pop up a screen where there’s more options and everything is just kind of thrown in there. It is so hard to maneuver. I can’t find my old emails i need and i absolutely hate this app!! I’m 23 and this app makes me feel like i’m 40 because of how difficult it is to use. I am currently in the process of replacing my Yahoo email with a new gmail on everything i’ve used the yahoo on because this is app is a nightmare. and I didn’t even mention all the ads you get. I don’t feel very safe knowing companies can just go through my email and send Ads based on what information i feed it. And this app doesn’t even filter out spam or virus contained emails. ✗ AdvertisingI was being continuously served an advert that I didn’t like; I clicked the advert config (3 dots) menu choose to dislike the advert multiple times: even giving reasons a lot of the time but the it always came back. Yahoo Mail has now been deleted permanently and if I use a third party app it is MSOutlook: a clean and tidy interface without annoying ads and it has the major advantage of combining all mail from my accounts into one view: In Yahoo Mail I had to constantly go to the navigation menu to switch accounts: come on it’s not 1999! I would solely use only the native Apple Mail App but it is sometimes very slow downloading email from the servers..Version: 6.45.0
