✗ Most Inconsiderate Company I Ever Dealt WithI got a ticket to the Travis Scott concert in Pittsburgh. I meant to get the ticket to the one in Philly but was in a rush to buy the ticket that I didn’t realize I was on the wrong city. After I purchased the ticket I noticed the mistake I made and contacted SeatGeek to see if I can get a refund for this purchase so I can get the right tickets. They were so stingy over their $53 ticket I had to jump through 40 hoops just to get a credit. I went to 6 different employees until one was actually considerate enough to help me out. I would give them 3 stars because eventually they did help me get a credit in order for me to get the right tickets. But, when I had a very similar issue with Ticketmaster last year on a way bigger purchase price, they handed me a refund no questions asked. I can’t see myself getting tickets from this company again. I’ll stick with Ticketmaster because they’re the more considerate company..Cheet0ChesterVersion: 16.6.2
