✓ This app is great!It’s a bummer to see these low ratings! I’ve been using this app for a couple weeks and I think it’s fantastic! It doesn’t have a ton of low FODMAP brands available in the US market, but other than that, it’s very thorough and informative. I found the red/yellow/green labeling with relevant quantities to be extremely helpful. This is an excellent tool for precise measuring/dealing with “stacking” and overall very helpful in managing my elimination diet..Version: 3.0.4
✓ Thanks Monash!This app is actually fantastic - accurate, detailed information on a really wide range of foods. The traffic light system on serving sizes does take a little while to get used to because the Fodmap quantity of many foods is dose specific. But this app provides all the info you need in a clear way for something that can be quite complicated. So worth persisting! I didn’t really use the recipe section. Thanks Monash!.Version: 3.0.3

✗ Missing basic ingredientsSweeteners in all categories, pitas, and many other ingredients and foods that are basic dietary staples are missing from this app. It’s like they developed it and then stopped adding any food to it (or stopped researching food to add to it). Google is a lot more helpful and this isn’t worth the $11 Cdn..Version: 3.0.4
✗ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYIf I could give it a zero I would. It promises all these recipes but it’s literally just a list of foods. And half the time you can’t even search for what you’re looking for. It’s whatever info they put into it. It’s lacking in all areas as an app. There’s nothing interactive about it. When you log your meals you literally write everything out. It would be easier if you could create recipes and save them and log them. But in the end, it was a complete waste of money. I found out all of this info that’s offered for free by doing my own research. They gouged because it’s some “university” but its a WASTE OF MONEY. And they won’t even give me my money back..Version: 3.0.3
