✓ Can I “Yum” Yummly?!I have been using (and loving) Yummly for years. I love it for gathering and saving recipes. I also use it to meal plan and create my grocery list. I’ve recommended it to many people when they ask where I find my recipes. In one of the recent updates, however, we seem to have lost the ability to see quantities for ingredients when added to the shopping list. Before it seemed that every recipe would work to add, for example, 6 cups of chicken broth and it would keep the quantity in the shopping list. But now the shopping list just says “chicken broth”. I have to go into the recipe itself to confirm that I’m buying the correct amount. Some recipes still display the quantity in the list, but the majority do not. I know that I can manually go in and change it, but...I hate doing that when it used to work so seamlessly! This is all not a huge deal and doesn’t stop me from continuing to use Yummly. But...it is frustrating when I’m just trying to make it in and out of the store as quickly as possible! It’s the only difference between 4 and 5 stars to me..Version: 6.2
✓ Great range of recipes & delightful featuresI love that I can look in my fridge to see what I have to work with, search recipes by the ingredients I have and a great range of matching recipes are returned! They are all converted to the metrics I’m used to, I can add ingredients I need to a shopping list AND I can add those recipes I want to cook into my calendar and yumly will alert me as to when I need to start preparing! Yumly, where have you been all my life?! Love this app..Version: 4.0

✗ You’ve made it worse!Well, you’ve done it again, and now I’m angry! How and why would you take the app that people were already complaining about the last update and make it even worse??!! Where are all my ratings??!! All my comments??!! I have made over a 100 recipes on the original, previously wonderful app, and now all my ratings and reviews are gone! Thanks a lot - I am now looking for a better app….Version: 9.8
✗ Not user friendlyI throw in things I want in the search engine, like dishes I want to cook or ingredients to cook with and I am literally bombarded with the same recipe three times. The program can’t screen out that it’s the same recipe on different platforms. Then the recipes themselves - I really don’t care about the connection that the blogger has with this dish. I care not that their grandmother’s uncle’s best friend used to cook this when they were kids. I want a “guy mode”, where I can just go straight to ingredients I need and how to cook it. Wham, bam, thank you ma’am. I just want to eat and close this awful app to return to my life..Version: 8.1.2
