My husband followed a couple of the instructional tracks on the app (Legs for Athletes and Lower Back) and all I can say is WOW! ✓ Good learning toolI would have awarded it 5 stars but I feel the quiz section needs a little tweaking. Next to the title of the muscles it should say whether its the insertion or origin you need to name as its easy to forget and get quickly confused. I like the fact you can add muscles to a favourites list which is very good when you are doing a diploma in sports massage and you only need to learn a selection of superficial and deep muscles. For me this is better than the 3D for medical muscular system which was quite expensive ( and in my case not working properly) this app that I'm reviewing is more user friendly!.Version: 1.0.1

I bought a very nice Master Massage table for my wife, as our previous Sam’s Club table had been lent out and never returned. This app provides the guidance and visual needed to perform a very therapeutic home massage. I would have even entertained the idea of going to an abbreviated massage school to learn the skills I wanted, to provide loving massages to my wife, for the rest of our lives. I am very happy to say that this program package that I paid less than five dollars for, is going to give me everything that I need. As previous reviewer‘s have stated, a pause, fast forward, and rewind feature would make the app that much more outstanding and even easier to use. I am absolutely not complaining and very happy with this purchase and literally would happily have paid $100 for the visual guidance and content. I showed the app to my professional massage therapist, and her supervisor at the spa I go to. Both were impressed and stated that the content is solid and well demonstrated..Version: 2
✓ Excellent for beginnersI purchased this app to teach me how to massage my boyfriend. He is a chef and often complains that his whole body hurts after work. The directions and videos made me very comfortable and confident. This app is very professional and I especially liked how I was taught the proper terms for body parts. This is the best $3 I have spent! This app’s value is way more than that. I’m going to start him lying on his belly and take it from A-Z and then repeat when he’s lying on his back. This app is an incredible foundation that imparts skills that I will use for the rest of my life. Thank you..Version: 2.2
