✓ Only half works trip planning is stuck in pre august 2019I have to go to google maps to plan my day After the buses stop for the night app is also fine for the night and I have to wait until 4 am to plan my dayBeing that I have difficulty moving in the morning and most of the time don’t need to leave until noon this getting up at 4 am stinks Also have been told as I’m heading out the door checking my phone that I am running on time I’m told no dudes running google tells me next bus is in one and a half house ok decide to go to the store two blocks down from my stop and as I am half way to the store I am posted by my bus I was planning on ridding was an hour late to my appointment also since bus routs at citrus connection changed the new roots do not show up in trip planning just old buses and old time trip planning is useless the only thing is you can see where the bus is and when the buses will be stopping in select routes just have to google to find out witch bus routes to look at since the trip planner hasn’t been updated.Version: 4.1.2
✓ / Probably the worst transit appBuses and times are not accurate at all. Im always late to school because the bus app tells me it’s coming in 10-15 mins yet it comes in 2-3 mins. Sometimes the buses don’t even show up on app so you have to guess when the buses will come. Do not rely on this app. If you are then go 15-20 mins earlier to your stop..Version: 4.6.0
✓ Not happyI’m not happy with the new bus schedule that they just came out with let alone the fact that I paid $55 a month for unlimited rides and you’re giving away free rides so I don’t get reimbursed for the time for not using my card.Version: 4.0.0
✓ Works Once When Downloaded, Then Never AgainAfter downloading the app it works fine, then if you close the app and reopen it, there is an infinite loading screen and nothing loads anymore. At that point, the app needs to be redownloaded for anything to work again. This happens every time the app is closed for any reason..Version: 4.18.4
✓ Please fix map bugWhen you switch to Apple Maps then force quit, it switches back to Google Maps, and the toggling between the two is broken. please fix this bug, as it not only is annoying but it slows down the app. thanks..Version: 4.20.6
✓ Very useful appI use public transportation a lot, and this app is really handy. It’s proven fairly accurate for getting up-to-the-minute info on the positions of buses along their routes, so I can tell if they’re running on time. I like how you can designate favorite routes for quick access..Version: 4.0.0
✓ App keeps crashingThis app is good. I use it to plan my trips after my day has ended. But whenever i open it to select a stop and a specific time to get on the bus, it keeps crashing and i have to uninstall it and reinstall it just to get it to work. If you could fix it, it would be greatly appreciated because i want to be able to use it like i have been before. And i always have to select buses and routes every time i reinstall the app..Version: 4.22.7
✓ Pretty decent actuallyWas in California for 2 weeks earlier this year and struggling to find bus details. This app was life-saving, accuracy is about 85% when it comes to time but I guess it’s down to provider to update their timetable. Overall definitely recommend 👍.Version: 4.6.0
✓ 5 starThis app makes taking the bus easy you can easily type in a address and it will show you the fastest way to get there on the Sunline, it lets you know exactly where and when the bus will arrive for daily commutes there’s really not much more this app could be expected to do it lets you also know if there road construction or a reason alerts on why the bus route if there is any changes often I see people starring signs wondering when will the bus arrive if they have a phone I always show people how easy it is to use this app my brother actually showed me this app years ago and I haven’t had any trouble with transportation through Sunline ever since truly a useful app.Version: 4.3.3
✓ Not working, UPDATE***UPDATE*** After not hearing anything firm the customer service rep for the entire week, I got an email this morning saying that they had a new build of the app and believes they fixed the ‘fail to launch’. I reinstalled the app and now it works. Very happy that it works now. ***ORIGINAL*** I downloaded the app after iOS 13 rolled out and the app never opens. It will try to open but will immediately crash. I was emailing back and forth with a customer service rep but i haven’t heard anything in a couple days..Version: 4.1.2
