✓ Such a shameThis app has the potential to be so, so good. The interface is clean, it’s smooth and plays well... however, the algorithm is ridiculous. 9/10 hands there will be a straight draw, flush draw or sets on. ✓ Cards on the board are not randomFirst of all the game runs smoothly and peeling the cards up to get a peek is a really fun feature. I did enjoy playing on the app however it is clear to me that the cards on the board are not random. In my opinion, if you try to play for free and not buy more chips or gold, the cards will be stacked against you and force you to lose so you have you have to buy more chips from the store. In all my time playing on the app I think a high card (no one had a pair or better) winning happened less than 5 times for example. I play a lot of poker and the frequency of a straight or flush or full house being possible on the board and someone having it is just simply too high. Too many times the board pairs when there is a straight and a flush possible. Too many times things like this for example happen: you flop top pair with a good kicker. You bet and get one caller. Next card comes and makes a straight possible. You bet and the caller remains. Final card makes a four card straight and your opponent ends up getting the turn and the river connected to make their straight and you lose. From real experience, it is clear to me the frequency of big hands happening on the flop to later get beat by turn and further getting beat by the River is too high to be random. ✓ It’s not the bad beatsMany people here complain about the frequency of crazy hands but I chalk that up to the amount of hands you actually see. Me and my friends can easily sit through 300 hands in a night whereas at a casino, you’d be lucky to get through 50. The thing that drives me crazy is how unstable the app is. If you leave the app to check a text, it crashes or freezes. If you are walking out of the house and the phone switches from wifi to cell data, it freezes or crashes. Sometimes if you don’t do anything different at all, it freezes or crashes. There are some smaller suggestions I have for the app that I’ve written to the developers about which I don’t think I need to go into detail here. Like being able to play multiple tables like you can on pokerbros. The upside is that they have Big-O and also a function to play a round of each (though I wish you could customize which games rotated). I also wish you could keep a running bank across games in app like PokerBros but that’s a small issue..Version: 4.9.1
✓ Hackers or rigged - not sure?I have used this for about 4 months to play OFC poker. I really like the app and game play, but in the last month my win rate has noticeably taken a nose-dive. Playing against opponents who get back to back to back Fantasyland hands (including 4OAK twice in a row) is just unrealistic. Either the app is delivering strange hands, or there is a hack that they are abusing. Either way it has gone from my favourite app to most frustrating..Version: 4.4.3

The odds and hands they deal are total fraud. It is 100% obvious that they keep hands close between 2-4 players each hand, with flush, straight, boat, and quad chances ALWAYS present. And they do it in heart breaking fashion, like giving you a 3 of a kind on the river but that same 9 gives someone else a straight. I tested it yesterday and I played 30 hands, 15 of them ended in a straight, flush, 3 of a kind, or full house. If you know poker, you know that does not happen. So, to wrap up, If you are a beginner and want to learn the game, sure, use this app. Anything else, and you just will not be playing real poker. ✓ No chance cards are randomly shuffledEchoing the statements here: the app concept is great, and I’m happy to pay for gold coins for hosting friend games ... which my poker crew did! That said I do not believe the distribution of cards and hands is random. In our friend group cash game (we play for real stakes using Venmo), we had 9 players. One time, At the end of the night literally 1 guy won all the money ... note this wasn’t a tournament. People kept buying back in but this one seat won every hand over a 5 hour session. We’ve played as a group many times over the years and that’s never happened in real life. I’m talking set over set, AA over KK, river straight cracking AA, nut flush over middle flush. In contrast, I’ll often be dealt the same 9-3 offsuite hand 4 times in a row... also unusual. The devs claim this app is certified with a true random number generator (RNG), but if that is the case, then there is either a bizarre bug or some other behavior in their system dealing high action cards to certain seats..Version: 4.3.17

✓ CAUTION: SCAMDO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFORMATION Heard there was a free $200 promo from a Facebook group with comments confirming so I downloaded and followed the instructions and the $200 was put into my acct, i was then glitched out of the app and when I returned the balance was $0. Wasn’t going to leave a review or anything, just deleted the app and moved on. Next day I get a text from a person saying they’re sorry for the tech issue and they’d love to make it up to me if I redownload. Seemed sincere so I gave it another shot, got the $200, won $500 then I get a FLOOD of texts from a guy refusing to let me enter any tables bc “I got (my) promotion already” When I tried to explain to him what happened he just kept saying that I already got my promotion and that I was trying to scam. He even blatantly said I was lying when I told him I deleted the app the night before because he said that would have deleted my account (not true for any app). When I offered him proof he booted me from the group and didn’t respond. I looked it up and there are A LOT of others with the same experience. The good reviews on here and FB are apparently bots. ✓ This app is riggedSo me and a bunch of people from where I use to work play for real money on this since we all live so close to each other we just either zelle the money or exchange it by hand. I have never and I mean never seen an app that is completely rigged. Someone can have pocket aces and lose to some idiot who called with 72 off suit or somebody will have pocket Kong’s and lose to somebody with a surprise straight on the River. I know what you’re thinking this happens in live poker as well but not as often on this app. The same people continue to win always the same people which is ridiculous. ✓ Quite a few coding mistakes that ruin the structure of poker gamesThousands of Holdem and Omaha sites have the basic mechanics of the game perfected. This developer can’t even fix the following very common situation that I’ve never seen on any other app or website. If the big blind gets eliminated, moves tables, or just leaves; the next hand is dealt in a way that completely screws up how these games work. The button will stay in the same spot, the previous hand’s small blind stays in the same spot but doesn’t pay small blind, and the big blind is where it’s supposed to be. Doesn’t sound like much but now the small blind is the first to act every time after the flop, when they should have the button position and a dead small blind position. This totally throws off strategies and greatly affects how late stage tournaments play out when blinds are really high. If you’re confused, why are you reading a poker review and how have you got this far? This is poker 101 and they don’t bother to fix it. Not to mention the constant unrealistic run outs in their cash games to keep the action moving. Not an authentic rng at all.Version: 4.4.3
✓ Great UI, fake decksI’m bored during quarantine so me and some friends ran a statistical model based on thousands of hands in this app. They don’t randomize or shuffle the decks. In every hand there is a huge chance of flush, straight, full house, or even quads. Statistically there is no way these decks are random. We played for hours and each of us had multiple quads over the course of a few hours. Knowing that going in, it makes it a new kind of game. It’s not that it isn’t fun anymore, but it gives less experienced players a head up cause there is always a good chance they can make a flush or straight if they stay in the hand. Anyway, if you want to experience some of the worst bad beats from an app that promotes illegal gambling from private tables within the app, download and deposit some money that I’m certain that you’ll never see again. This app reminds me of another program that was called Deal me In that was operated by the Miami mophia and I wouldn’t be surprised if this was operated by that bunch. The random card generator is not whatsoever random. It has a bad algorithm that is most likely programmed for a rigged and profitable outcome for selected players. There is definitely some immediate area for improvement that I love to to see the developers work on. 1)Multi-tables: at the moment, you can only play at one table at a given time. The app should allow players to switch between multiple tables/games going on in different clubs. This is a pretty basic feature that most other Poker apps/sites offer and should definitely be added as a feature to Pokerrr 2 2) run it thrice/twice/once by hand: at the moment players have to choose whether they want to run it once or twice in their game settings. The app should allow players he choice to run it up to 3 times on a hand by hand basis if their opponent’s agree to. PokerBros has this feature and I think it’s something that Pokerrr 2 should add. This app is one of the very best in terms of its clean/simple look and user friendliness but without doubt the worst in terms of the cards dealt. ✓ Connection issues and ‘Gold’ is ridiculously expensivePlayed on a table of 9 which was great. After about an hour, 3 of us ‘lost connection’ and were kicked out of the app then it would not reload! To rub salt in the wounds of the game finishing prematurely (we were playing for money) when I finally managed to get back on, the gold I had paid for had not been added! ✓ RiggedThis app favours the novice / fish and those who bet with anything and on every hand. It is rigged in favour of these types of players to generate continuity in interest. The number of times that good players get shafted on the turn card and river then lose to junk is unbelievably weighted in favour of the poor poker players. This game will build you up with hundreds of thousands of chips and a high win % then crash you down very quickly despite playing tight and carefully, even for hours on end. You will be on a table for 4 or 5 hrs winning only small stakes because the app will give you flops which make it totally predictable that you’ve got a hand making everyone fold. On the same table you will be dealt junk consistently for hours whilst the jokers around you get dealt everything under the sun - 4 of a kind, straight flushes, full houses - whilst you haven’t seen as much as a face card for an hour. Totally unlike real poker and in the messaging part all poker players agree with how weighted this app is with the turn card and river to suit poor players. My friends and I were looking for a site to use instead of normal weekly get together. We have been using this site for a month now and the cards that come out constantly ( I mean ever flop) give every player a straight, flush, boat combo with one of those hands making the river every time. This is just not consistent with normal poker. This app should be called Bad beat poker it’s happens every hand. What should be a very positive poker experience (quality interface, easy to use) is many times overshadowed by horrible users. Far too often do I come across people with racist and derogatory names, or who verbally abuse people with the chat function. How do you not have a “name screener” or the ability to “report abuse or malicious behavior“? Just yesterday there was someone who was playing under the name “Filthy N-word”. This is completely unacceptable and shows me that the app developers have no regard for anything other than to make money off the players. Gameplay on this app is among the best I’ve seen from an interface perspective, but there are too many blockbuster hands whereby you can deplete your chips very easily because someone will hit an insane hand on the river. I expect the developers do this so that you have to buy more chips regularly. ✓ Hardly RandomAny review that states the algorithm is fine is either mistaken or clueless. Even the so called “15 year casino players”. This game can be quick resulting in more hands but that doesn’t translate well when a showdown has two players with full houses and two players with quads. I play in a club so we have much longer turn meters and do not play nearly as many hands yet we still have a very disproportionate amount of heavy hands. These aren’t just “bad beats”. These are loaded hands to force action. You can’t describe it any other way. I have been playing poker for 30 years. Until this app I had seen one straight flush and never a royal flush. Using this app, straight flush is common and I’ve seen two royal flushes. You have to question when you have quads because another player might still have the nuts. I don’t care who “certified” this as random. It is anything but. With that said, the app functions and doesn’t crash too often so I give it two stars rather than one. ✓ Ridiculous oddsThis app has the potential to be SO GREAT, but because of their tragically flawed card shuffling algorithm, it is not worth your time. If you are a real poker player, go elsewhere, here’s why... We all know that such high value hands like a royal flush, straight flush, four of a kind, etc... sometimes may only be seen once in a dozen games. Yet in this app you will see these hands almost every other flop. Within the first few minutes of playing it becomes very obvious. On top of that, going heads up with a hand that is favored over 90% to win, the person with the losing hand will hit the river card almost every single time, magically pulling their one-out card to hit a gut shot straight, or any other kind of horrible bad beat, and winning the hand, which maybe happens 1 out of 20 times in real life, but on this app it happens almost every hand..Version: 4.3.14
✓ Rake too highThis is a fun app with a great UI, and the devs are always adding new challenges and features to it to try to keep it interesting. My main complaint is that the rake is ridiculously high: they take something like 10% of the pot, uncapped, regardless of the stakes, so if you’re playing in the biggest game and you chop a 2MM chip pot, you and your opponent both lose 100K chips to the rake, which is insane. Yes, they have promos and jackpots to give you some chips back, but those don’t make up for the rake. Another longtime annoyance is that you can only play six-handed (Omaha and NLHE) unless you host your own game. It would be really easy to give the option to play nine-handed, but they never have. So what happens in practice is you often end up playing five- or four- or even three-handed against shorter-stacked opponents, which combined with the high rake makes it very hard to win. It would also be nice to be able to report people for harassment or spam in the in-game chat. You can mute other players but that’s it..Version: 4.8.14

Their customer service has not been great and it’s hard to get answers to questions such as why my hosting rights were penalized. You’d think answers to this specific matter would be prioritized but it’s been over a month without a proper answer. There are now quite a few apps that have features that are essentiall in the mobile environment. Being able to play in multiple tables on the same device is something every other competitor has implemented at launch. Then the updates that are done are head shaking honestly (colors, in store purchase additions). The next update should absolutely prioritize toggling between tables on the same device, being able to change game details while game is going (such as straddle options). ✓ Great design, unreal handsThe app execution is great and seamless; however, you’ll see the most unrealistic hands in poker imaginable!!! The flush % is unrealistically high - you have a better chance of catching a flush than a pair it seems. At least 75% of the hands seems to end in straight or flush. If you’ve played real poker, the odds are significantly skewed in this app. For example, I just sat at a table with friends and within 12 - 15 hands of each other we saw two quad hits with a pocket pair each time and a straight flush to the K. All within minutes. This is only one example from one game. There are many other similar. You can sit at a live table for hours and hours and hours and not see one of those hands, let alone 3 in 10 min. Also, the river gives the behind caller the win a huge % of the time. ✓ Rigged rigged rigged randomizerIf I can just post all the crazy hands that this app dealt so you can see what I’m saying. Given I was a beneficiary of some of this. Like I would play suited cards rather than A K A Q or A J. Or even pair KKs since I got beat by lower pockets multiple times or flush and even straight. It’s easier to fold a suited hand since the app is sneaky in making you think that your monster hands are good only to be beat by a lower pocket that already made their set. I’ve even seen a low pockets make a set on the turn or river vs my pair AAs. And apparently the app dishes out pockets to multiple players in one game. So doubt creeps in. And the past two games my AJ was beaten by a J with a low off suit pair multiple times. Me and my friends are in a quest to find a better app since this app is a JOKE! ✓ Fake shufflingSo I posted a review about a month ago and was surprised to see so many bad reviews all of them claiming it has fake card shuffling. At first I didn’t see it but after having played a lot of hands I can confirm. Hands will constantly change from someone having top 2 pairs to a straight on the river and giving the win to the other player. The most ridiculous thing I’ve seen is a straight flush, followed by a flash and then quads. You’re wondering in how many hands? 4, there was 1 normal hand before the quads. Oh and the same player had them. The developers are definitely lying about having a legit shuffling system. Only reason I don’t give it 1 star is because the interface is really cool, but it’s sad to have a false sense of playing legit poker. I wouldn’t have changed my review if it wasn’t as ridiculous as I’m making it sound, you’ll get a straight or flush every 10 min..Version: 4.3.18
✓ Game is riggedThis game will make you lose your chips to try and make you buy more. There is some dodgy algorithms in place so they make money. You will never have so many bad beats or dodgy run outs ever. Poker is addictive but steer clear of this game or don’t take the free games too seriously as it’s designed to take your chips and then your money..Version: 4.9.11
✓ Great app with a few serious concernsWorks well. A bit too easy to fold and sometimes hard to dial in a bet under the countdown clock. I’ve folded quads flushes etc trying to toss in a big raise. Not cool. My biggest complaint, though, is that they skim chips off the won pot- nearly 7-8% by my reckoning. Not sure why they do this at all. No reply from developers despite a number of inquiries. The algorithm seems prone to bad beats and big draw hands. I’ll see quads, competing flushes and straights regularly. Could be the fast play and pace... hurts to lose a full house to quads multiple times. Value: I think the cost to rebuy is too high. Other sites give much higher value (chips per $). I don’t mind paying after a beat down but maybe offer better value to regular players. Player behavior: like another reviewer stated, there should be no possibility for racist hateful or other inappropriate player names. Please screen or allow us to report players and have them removed for comments that violate basic standards of comportment. Free speech is fine but with accountability. ✓ UndecidedGreat app, but after a few days it feels a little like the Texas Holdem Poker (Zynga) I used to play. I had 2 full houses in the last 30 mins, not bad, but still lost both of them to better full houses! Then after that in another hand, I folded early and the river card would of given me another full house had I been involved, and of course I would have won that one. ✓ App rigged w/unreal hand odds.I’ve been a long time player. Even been a prop-player for the casino house in my younger days. The hands that are made on here, not nightly but every so often (like every 10-20 minutes) are unrealistic. This game is either rigged for house club admin and his team of players or this app just corruptly continuously deals out a 1-Outter every time that someone chases the river card. In all my years, I’ve maybe seen one or two royal or perhaps flop quads. Just be a spectator on this app and watch the number or impossible hands that occur over and over. It’s unimaginable the number of bad beats. Yes it happens. Bad beats happens. But not at this rate in real life. I gave the app a fair chance in the beginning but after a few times playing, I’m out. ✓ Poker Player of 15+ yearsThis app is great for poker players during a pandemic where everyone has to quarantine. With that being said, the algorithm is so flawed that it takes the fun out of the game. I have been playing for close to two decades. The rate at which high hands like flushes, full houses, and quads shows up in this game is completely unrealistic. Is poker more fun when these strong hands pop up more often? The developers seem to think so, but for actual poker players who are playing real odds, it’s not poker. I understand the game goes faster which means more hands seen. I take that into consideration and still stand by my point that high powered hands show up way too often compared to real life. I also know the developers did this because strong hands will draw beginner/recreational players to continue playing the game. ✓ OFC pokerThe site isn’t bad. I only play OFC poker on it so can’t really review the rest. The biggest thing that keeps me from playing regularly is that when you go to fantasyland it doesn’t let you set your cards while the other players are doing their round then only gives you a minute or 45 seconds after they are done to set the fantasyland land. Not enough time to look at all the possibilities. The 2nd thing is when you time out, take a call, or just don’t act in time the computer will play the cards in the board completely random and wrong. That is no good considering how difficult it is to make the free coins. If those was fixed especially the first one it would be a 5 star game.Version: 4.3.5
✓ Great App!!! Needs to work in landscape mode on iPadGreat App. My friends and I have been using this app in lieu of our monthly face to face game from the time the COVID restrictions began. There are two issues for me. Issue one. Does not work in landscape on the iPad. Working in landscape would allow for split screen so another application like Zoom could be running side by side. My friends and I have a Zoom session open when we are playing, for those that have an iPad, it would be great to split the screen and utilize just one device instead of 2 devices. Issue 2. The app intermittently loses connectivity, which may cause you to miss out on playing a hand or two. This is happening much less, there has been great improvement. However when it happens, it is very frustrating. Fix issue one and this app gets 5 stars from me. I know there are a lot of variables with connectivity issues, it is obvious that issue 2 was / is being addressed..Version: 4.7.6
