✓ Best auto DJ app I’ve ever seenThis app is honestly incredible in what it does, I’ve used a few auto mixing apps before and this is a different level, 90% of the time it actually sounds likes it’s been mixed by a professional. Genuinely amazing However, the subscription is overpriced. £5 a week? That’s £20 a month, that’s more than my phone bill and broadband for what’s effectively a fun app. They’ve priced this out of the mass market and it’s now only worth the money for actual DJs....Version: 2.8.9
✓ Great for exercising!!!I use this app at the gym and while running. I can load any of my iTunes playlists of individual tracks and it's like a DJ is mixing my playlist for me. Granted the transitions from track to track aren't always that great, but other times the transitions are amazing! No more downtime while tracks are ending and starting. The intensity of my runs and work outs has drastically increased because of this app. Some options I'd like to see and even be willing to pay for are... 1.the ability to rate a transition so the app can learn when it's working well and when it's not. 2.When I'm in the lock out screen and I hit the next track button it jumps the current song ahead to where the app was planning on mixing the next track instead of forcing the mix at that point like it will do when inside the app. Again, love this app even though I don't use it for its intended purpose..Version: 2.3.4

✓ Come back to the app was a mistakeI used this app through the beginning of quarantine, loved it. It was free and I made some very impressive mixes. I decided to come back to the app and now all my mixes don’t work (half the songs aren’t playable) and I can’t even look up the same songs from top artists. ✓ Advise to PacemakerYes I totally understand that artists get paid for their creation by Spotify. There are thousands of people out there who neither use Spotify & pacemaker. Spotify do offer an open interface where people can listen to music without downloading or signing up for Spotify, when somebody shares their playlist on Facebook. Plus letting people listen and see these mixtapes without needing them have this app also shows artist name & track details which will be a good thing for artist itself anyways Cus more people will get to know about that artist & their work. Of course not to mention pacemaker will get more people attention this way. Who wouldn’t like to share their music with others. Having an open platform for others to listen to shared mixtapes on social media will be a plus point for your company. Thanks.Version: 2.4.3
✓ Amazing... BUTI really love the app. And i’d definitely pay for the subscription for the Studio, if it was $7 a month. $7 a week is just insanely over priced. Also I don’t need the fancy logo i just want to mix my own playlists for my own personal use (So maybe have two plans like a personal and a professional, just an idea, cuz $7/week too expensive for personal use imo) Also UI is nice but its super hard to get used to because its so confusing..Version: 2.6.6

✓ Really greatI find using the app to be super intuitive, you don’t need much experience and can be mixing in matter of minutes. The auto is function works better than any other I’ve tried, which it great at parties when you just want to leave it playing. The interface is really easy to use, it just makes it very obvious how everything works and I don’t think the charges for extra effects are to high if you decide you need them. I gave the app 4 stars because I really wish I could connect this to my mixer, the ability to mix and monitor would make it perfect, it just won’t talk to my Traktor which is frustrating..Version: 2.6.6

If you make multiple changes between autopilot and manual control, the autopilot struggles to locate itself properly, as well as this it can fail to continue to add music. No. However, if you want to throw together a nice mix tape for the workout, party, or road trip then this is a fun And easy app to use. The graphics are great. I love the community of mixers! I can always find excellent mix tapes. If this could detect bars and phrases of tracks, it would be out of this world. $4.95/week is a little steep. Especially since traktor costs around $150. I have made so many mix tapes on your app and your app is very easy to navigate. I love how simple the design is and the way the song matched matches songs to similar tempos. Just wondering though, 1. When I record a mix and stop recording, I can't name my mixes and I have about 20 mixes that have no name (just dates & times) and I don't know which is which. I was looking at your version history (on the AppStore) and it does say you can name your mixes and I thought maybe my device doesn't support that. But I do have the latest iOS and I have the latest iPad mini (4). So is there something I'm missing? 2. The other thing is...I can't share my mixes. I have made many mixes and wanted to share them but I can't find where to do it. There is nothing and like it says in your version history, you can do it. So I would love to hear back from you guys. I don't know if it's my iPad and I have also updated to the latest version of your app too. ✓ My “go to” dj appWhen I’m away from my Controller, Decks or CDJ’s, this is the app I keep returning to on the iPad. For mixing quick and easy sets Pacemaker works a treat, (with all paid options downloaded). I even use it on occasion to prepare the track order and direction of new sets, although only in a rudimentary fashion as important professional elements are absent such as cue points for instance plus playlists can’t be exported or even created. But this is nitpicking since Pacemaker does not pretend to be a professional app. What it sets out to do it does well and without a doubt is “best in class” on the App Store. ✓ Impressive auto-mix featureFirst of all, you need to persevere with the quirky user interface - once you get through to the part where you select a playlist, the rest is amazing! I pointed the shuffle at one of my playlists and the auto-mix results were very impressive! I’m an ex DJ and know a good and bad mix when I hear one - this manages many different genres, for example, UK Garage trips up many mix programs but Pacemaker does a great job.
