✓ Great app well worth the moneyI love this service. If you have just one or two publications that you read per month this is worth it. Especially great if you are using with an Apple IPad Pro or the Surface Pro. Vision impaired I don’t need to use a magnifying glass with this as well. ✓ The best magazine experience on iPadThe creators of this app have solved almost all of the problems that other apps, such as Apple News, have. This app offers easy navigation, high-resolution images (unlike many of its competitors), and a very wide range of magazines. The user interface is excellent, especially the article mode feature that lets you read articles from some magazines like a website, including the ability to change the font size, and switch between light and dark mode within a single article. ✓ Great Magazine APP - Large selection!I got this APP for FREE for a year because I have AT&T as my cell phone provider. It’s a lot easier to read on my iPad Air 2 than it is on my iPhone 7 (not the PLUS). It has a great selection of magazines, but there are a lot more UK than US, which is why I gave the four stars instead of five. It’s GREAT that they have Rolling Stone!! I used to buy a wide range of magazines and I still subscribe to a few but Readly covers my hobbies and even extends my interests. That said, they seemed to have changed the default layout showing the current issue and all back issues. I read back issues, and having to scroll to the end of the most recent issue to access the list adds an unnecessary layer (alternate is to search mags, which undermines favoriting). ✓ Great app, some bugs thoughLove this app, but I seem to be having some trouble with user profiles. First, looks like all users had their gender switched. Second, if I tap any profile name, it says "Sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again. Thanks". Well, I restarted and tried again, but no luck. I was able to get out of this by going to settings > general > show user profiles on startup. After selecting a different profile I could use the left side menu profile selector again. To me this seems like a bug: downloads made from one user profile show up in the downloads section of another user profile. That's inconvenient when sharing an iPad with two users. Bug or feature? Finally: I miss the colored icons in the user profiles, it just looked more cheerful. :).Version: 4.8.0

So you'll find issues of magazines that stopped publishing years ago. ✓ Good grief!Given the price of subscription this will save me thousands! Being partially sighted I can adjust the page size to make things easier to read. My cleaning lady will weep tears of joy at the lack of clutter this is going to create, no more stacks of back issues lying about the place, the recycling industry will take a hit! A chance to find something new to read when bored, nice bright perfect images, the breadth of choice is outstanding. I guess some of the money I save I can spend on new seeds that previously came free attached to the front of the gardening magazines. The cooking magazines are handy, new recipes to try! My only gripe is that there are several Rugby Union offerings, they banned me for life in 1973, as I have not yet received a personalised rescinding of that ban, a blanket one isn’t good enough, they were good enough to ban me personally back then. I’ll stick to League, but there are no Rugby League offerings I’ve found, so one star dropped for that. A Super League and/or NRL magazine would be nice..Version: 6.25.0

✓ Someone Finally Got This RightAfter trying several buffet-style digital magazine services over the past few years, I had just about given up on anyone pulling it off. Zinio - terrible interface, priced per magazine. Texture - few titles of interest. Magzter - scam. Finally, Readly comes along and hits a home run - great titles, great interface, great price! Readly's offerings are mostly high-quality British mags, superior in every way to today's American mags, which are 90% ads and 10% unsubstantive filler "content". Readly's interface is very intuitive, but most importantly, it gets out of the way and lets you enjoy the magazines... but I do recommend the largest tablet you can get - I used my Readly subscription as an excuse to spring for a new iPad Pro 12.9", and the entire experience is glorious..Version: 4.5.2

✓ Content great, but app ux needs some tweaksHi developers, please can you reduce the http time out on the app start, often I am waiting for ages for the app to start while it tried and fails to go online. Also, when viewing magazines, I keep on going into the quick page scroller view. I can’t work out why, I think maybe the quick scroller access needs to happen via a different gesture, not short press, as that is being false fired when using the press and drag to navigate around content. ✓ At last!I, over the years, have sat in many a Doctor’s waiting rooms, reading the outdated magazines. Needing something to occupy my mind is the only reason I'd torture myself in this manner.
