✓ This thing worksI am so glad I joined Down date. I reside in a rural area and is hard to meet someone. I spent much time online here, i met Aleksandra in a couple of months, the longer we did chat almost daily and the aplication did its purpose more than well. I have to add the aplication has many many options and items I couldn't believe it. AlekSandra and I will be married this springtime and we are happy, matched really well so it works well. My recommendation is to stay patient look and investigate each woman with the tools offered to members! It works. It takes time. Aplication works!!.Version: 6.25

✗ Rip offSo did I pay for a VIP membership for nothing but a headache . I was really looking forward to using this app as I thought it would have been good. It did not work,I lost all my dates and had nothing sorted out by support, no attempt to reapply full membership and fix the problem and treat your members like a VIP. Remembering this is the membership I paid for. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. This app should not be allowed to charge members for something that does not work. Every time I was matched It would freeze and I would have to get out of the app. Each time I did this I would lose my date, reset app, contact support which didn’t seem to care and fix the problem anyway. It’s constantly happened until VIP membership run out. Not happy feel ripped off. I wish to put in a formal complaint and would like to communicate with someone That can deal with the problem and knows how to treat their loyal customers. You have taken my money and I have not been provided the service offered. I have communicated the issues since this problem started, yet I am ignored and treated like I don’t exist.
