✓ Bring back old featuresAs a defense attorney, it was extremely helpful for me to be able to preview who is in the local jail so I could find if a client had been picked up by law enforcement. The update doesn't let me look at who is in jail. Bring back the most useful part of the app..Version: 1.3.2
✓ Adds insult to injuryWorst app ever! If I could give negative stars I would. Victims are already in a bad place and this only adds frustration and irritation. The app does nothing except waste your time and aggravate you to no end..Version: 1.4.2
✓ Does nothingAs if I don’t already have problems, I’m registered to be notified of a custody status for a reason. I feel like I gave this “system/database?” info I’d generally consider private and it failed me. I can see its intention here is to help, but it’s not doing that. It’s coercing victimized people into disclosing to them and rehashing details about their life that may potentially be traumatizing. Then, here’s what bothers me, I’ve gotten no help by said notifications of any kind from them... despite the person in question 1)not showing up for their court date, and 2) cutting off ankle monitor designed to protect me, in my case. Big fail here Vine. It sounds to me like soon enough they’ll be involved (maybe victims) of a typical data breach in which my info will likely be leaked. It just seems unstable of a network or something is off here. I’ve gotten much more help, as in notifications etc., via USPS from the courts..Version: 1.4.2

✓ Use to be a great resource not anymoreI’ve been using Vine since it was created and I have never had any issues getting alerts or being updated until now. Now my phone can’t save my login for the app. I don’t get the alerts or notifications until several hours after their release or move to another facility. When I was getting stàhe notifications within 30-60 mins of their status change. Now I find out on the street or social media of their release or move before vine notifies me. I can not keep my family safe or watch out for them if I don’t get the information in a timely manner. A fatal encounter could happen by the time I received the notification. Pls correct this issue immediately. Lives depend on it. Ty.Version: 1.4.2

✓ I don’t receive notifications anymoreI originally joined Vinelink in 2019 it is now 2022 and was receiving notifications each time my loved one was transferred to another DOC. As of May2022 I have not received any notifications of any transfers and he’s been transferred twice,Help me understand why is this occurring? ✓ Fix please!!!After picking my state (Hawaii) it then prompts me to “enable cookies and JavaScript” and “Disable private browsing mode”. I never set my browsing to private so I didn’t need to disable it. I enabled cookies and my JavaScript was already enabled. After doing so I start the app again and get the same results. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and got the same results. Fix this please. It was working just fine before..Version: 1.3.2

✓ DisappointingGood apps are supposed to add more features not take them away. The decision to not be able to search by jail showing a list of offenders and their mugshots, was a bad decision! ✓ TerribleApp is no go at all. Kept saying person was still incarcerated at one jail and had been gone over a month and was never updated. I use the website for the actual facility the person is in instead, even though it’s not updated within the same day, it’s still better than not knowing at all. ✓ App not working!!!Hello I just downloaded this app and it’s not working correctly! I selected my state and tried to look up a court case but was directed to an error page. It said the request was “badly formed” whatever that means. Also annoying, I couldn’t back out of the error page. I had to force close the app and reopen it. I have tried it several times, even deleting and re-downloading the app didn’t fix it. I would love to use this app if the creators can fix the errors..Version: 1.3.2
