An enhanced version of our Dental Care Cost Estimator provides an estimate for you and your family's out of pocket costs for common dental care needs, for a selected dentist. (Login required, only available for ID, NJ, CT and KS members)

✗ Embarrassing bad designTried to use this app to obtain a mobile version of ID card, since that should be faster than getting one by mail. First step is to try to get a username/password set up. It asks for SSN, DOB, and the answer to who-knows-what “challenge question.” Can’t get past challenge question. Go to help, and it wants you to sign in. No dice that way. How to call for phone support? No problem - just call the number on the back of my card. So this app goes to trash because it doesn’t solve to one and only problem it needed to solve..A random engineerVersion: 4.6.2
