✓ Unacceptable, goodbye to this game.I refuse to be forced into spending money to keep playing, it’s just not worth it. I loved this game for a while, until I got into the high levels. The games seem to be set up to force you to pay to get through the levels. Not enough moves are provided to get through levels without having to purchase more moves or some of the little helpers to use. That in my opinion is unacceptable. I don’t mind spending a little bit now and then to get through a level, but every single time? This is just rude and a blatant attempt to soak you for dollars as much as possible..Version: 2.48.0

✓ Diamond Digger...could be betterInitially I loved this game. But that didn’t last very long. I’ve found myself getting stuck on levels for days...simply because there wouldn’t be a winning combination available at anytime during game play. There should ALWAYS be a winning combination that drops, each and every time. Instead, pieces fall completely randomly, often leaving no means to accomplish a level. Games get boring really fast when you’ve played the same level 10-15 times in a row just to get enough like pieces to clear them. Also, this forcing me to wait three days before I can get more levels is just plain stupid. Why should anyone have to wait in order to play the next level? Obviously is so you can entice people to make an in-game purchase to advance. However, if I had purchased this game in a store, I’d be able to advance without having to continue making additional purchases beyond the cost of the game. I’d rather you charge me upfront to download the game than try to fleece me during it. When I start getting fleeced, I simply quit, as there’s lots of games online, and not all try to fleece me out of money, especially when that fleecing goes ν.Version: 2.21.1

✓ Great game...but too many glitchesI have really enjoyed playing this game all the way through. I much prefer this to Candy Crush. However, the game has become really glitchy. It now crashes regularly meaning you lose the life you were using, and it won't connect to the store to allow me to buy anything. The whole point of this game is to make King money but when it won't let you buy lives they are getting something seriously wrong. ✓ Change the Orientation!I’ve been playing Digger forever! After the last update, they change the way the game is orientated. Now I am unable to play it in landscape mode! Too many times I have accidentally hit the use 12 gold bars for extra moves which automatically appears when you run out of lives. There is also no link on this for technical support like in Hay Day... This should have a secondary screen which in the case of errors gives you the opportunity to say no.. ✓ It was fun until...I reached Level 349. Judging from other reviews I did not get very far. This level is ridiculously hard and it is not even labeled as a “hard level”. It is only a game, and a free one at that! It is not supposed to be stressful. ✓ Too greedyThis game has a lot of potential, the idea is great, the graphics are good and it is engaging to play. Unfortunately I would get stuck on a level for a week at a time, and unless I bought a cheat it would keep dealing me impossible games until finally one day the right combination of jewels showed up so I could progress. This game is not about learning how to achieve a level, it is either trying painfully with an impossible board or buying your way onto the next level. I stuck with it until about level 65, after which I just deleted the game. Candy mania tops up your boosters after time, and you can earn more by completing challenges. It is an engaging and generous game. This one however is greedy and frustrating. Such a shame with so much potential. Makers, if you gave a little more you might get a little more. ✓ Addictive Waste of MoneyIn short, the game itself is fun to play, but some levels are impossible without boosters. Worse yet, customer service does not reply to complaints about the numerous technical issues people experience with the daily prize calendar. So unless you are willing to spend a great deal of money in-game, get ready to spend several frustrating days at a time stuck on certain levels. While “difficult” levels typically live up to the label, there are some regular levels that I have tried to beat 75+ times without success. For these levels, a booster is absolutely necessary. The need for boosters to advance is the biggest problem with this game. The only “reward” system that provides free boosters is a faulty 23-day prize calendar that is supposed to provide you with one free booster each day you play. Most of these boosters are useless (+2 moves), and better boosters are only available a handful of times every 23 days. If you play every day, you get a “jackpot” containing 3 boosters. Don’t hold your breath, however. Without fail, the prize system freezes you out at least once every cycle, ensuring you won’t get the jackpot. Perhaps the most frustrating thing is that I am a paying customer. I have purchased “gold” in-game several times, and yet I am still ignored by customer service when I contact them about my calendar issues..Version: 2.39.0

✓ Cash hungry and glitchesRecent changes to game mean you progress to next levels by having gold bars. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to earn gold bars, so you need to pay 99p EVERY 20 LEVELS. Previously, you earned coins alongside stars, and had the chance to progress using these coins, meaning you could unlock next 20 for free. Developers have now placed ££ above user experience, which is a great shame. Also - there are glitches in levels where is says you haven’t collected all toys, even though every box is burst and entire level is covered in water, meaning you can’t possibly complete. ✓ Needs updatingGame is not well organized. The only way to get back to old levels is to scroll back through every single world, which takes a long time. This is important because new levels do not come out frequently, and if you are finished with new levels, the only way to help your team is to redo old levels. The random level generator is useless since even if you can get a good level to redo, it immediately returns you to end of game (i.e. you cannot continue to do more levels in the world you are in). BE AWARE that is only to get you hooked on these games. The later levels are pure luck to get through and before you know it you spend a small fortune to get through the later levels. They make a ton of money through their in game purchases. So much in fact that they can afford TV ads for all their game. ✓ Glitch on level 595!I love this game but today I noticed a glitch on level 595. You have to collect toys and the level is split into three stages. On this level you have to collect every single toy in one stage in order to progress to the next (on some levels you can miss a few out on one stage and collect more in a later stage). On the second stage however some of the toys disappear once they have been unlocked from their box/cube. This means that it's impossible to proceed on to the final stage because the toys aren't there to be collected! It's been classed as one of the "hard levels". Of course it is if the toys are disappearing and you can't collect them!! Hope this gets sorted soon as this is one of my favourite games..Version: 1.24.0

✓ Too easy to use the coins by accidentThis game purposely sets you up to touch the use coins and I complained and they pretty much said that is the way it is. Now they have changed to bars from coins and for weeks I haven’t earned anything. When I messaged them, they said the change is being rolled out and they will de die when each of us get the new feature. They did t not address the fact that I got the change but am not earning coins at all and they seem not to care. It takes a week to get any response to my reply’s. I’m done.Version: 2.29.0

✓ Great Game But...........It has become very difficult to pass levels PERIOD! I have 8 bars and I don’t even remember getting those 8 and I haven’t had the opportunity to get a 9th one in God knows how long unless of course I BUY one. I get that in-app purchases help you maintain the game but to NOT have easier access for players to get bars WITHOUT purchasing them, makes it difficult to want to continue to play the game. I’m on level 1,452 and with each increasing level it becomes harder and harder to get past a level without 3 moves from another player AND that still doesn’t guarantee you’ll win the level before the NEXT millennium. Why are you making it So HARD to Advance? What are the bars not easier to obtain WITHOUT purchasing them? It’s very DISCOURAGING. ✓ BugsLove this game and have never had any issues. That is until this latest update which apparently 'fixed' all the bugs. Now when I complete a level it doesn't automatically let me continue to the next level. Instead I end up replaying the one I just finished. Occasionally I can play the new level if I completely close down the game and reopen it. Super annoying considering before this update I've never had any issues.Version: 1.9.0

✓ Enjoyable..........Until you run out of lives and have to wait a minimum of half an hour to get one new life. Getting three stars on some levels is very hard without using tools, this wouldn't be a problem, but every time you want to refill your tools it costs gold and gold costs money. This game is nothing to different to every other match three type games out there. I'll play until I'm bored. Maybe a few more days. Even when I don’t need the bars I’ll tap on a huge chunk of gems and not get any points or the bomb/rocket refuses to fill up and takes like half my moves up. ✓ No Landscape mode... again!Every time you do an update you take away landscape mode. I report this every time because I’m playing on an iPad and it is very hard to play as the iPad has cords coming out on each end. Also, your daily sign-in bonus game messes up and says I missed a day when I have not missed, making it impossible to win grand prize. This is an ongoing problem with this bonus. I have been making screen shots to prove I signed in. I have reported this to you several times but your customer service is done by bots and they send some reply that does not pertain to the problem. ✓ Annoying!After a certain level certain challenges appear... I call them 'cork monkeys' ( not their real name). It is usually on these levels that we are given not enough moves and no real powers to overcome these monkeys. As I play these I contemplate deleting the game for something a little more enjoyable that is still challenging. Other King games are challenging and extremely addictive. ✓ Please Fix IssuesI love this game! I’ve had it for some years now. The newest update is my favorite by far. I’ve had issues though when I have 10 lives since I’ve reached level 10 on the Bonus, If I close out the game when I open it again it’s at 5 lives and have to wait for it to fill back up.
