✓ Not working for monthsThis app was semi-reliable under the original owners. Since the change in ownership, it is useless far more often than it is functional. My husband is a paramedic, and I relied on this to contact him when he wasn’t on an emergency. Now, for months it won’t track him at all. This isn’t new, why isn’t it fixed??.Version: 3.0
✓ Keeps asking to updateWorks fine for me and my wife to find each other. We both hike and bike a lot and this is very helpful when we’re not with each other. Sometimes it takes a while to find the person if they are in a place with spotty connection, which makes sense. It will show the last place we had connection if we are way out off network. I like that it notifies when she arrives home. The app keeps giving me notifications that there are updates to the app. Ok, so just update. Why do i need to be involved in that process? Just do it. So i go to App Store to finally do it myself and there aren’t even any updates! It’s just giving pointless notifications randomly throughout the week about updates that don’t exist..Version: 3.27

When my family comes home it’ll send me a notification that they’ve arrived a few hours after the fact. ✓ Great when it worksUnfortunately for this type of app to be useful it has to work all the time. Whilst it shows almost pin point accuracy and you can see detailed maps it doesn't work most of the time. For instance alerts set up for arriving at a place sometimes go off 20-30 minutes after the person has arrived, sometimes no at all. On a few occasions alerts will go off for all instances at the same time. I know it's down to gps signal but it works/doesn't work in the same area. If they could get better performance for the app it would be a Best Buy but I really can't see how that can achieved..Version: 2.28

You can’t update anyone on the map, the alerts don’t go off for weeks and then you suddenly get multiple old notifications at once, it is completely useless. The support doesn’t respond for several weeks after you request help, and then ask a bunch of irrelevant questions that don’t resolve anything. However, for those with an iPhone I can go into 'find my friends' and see there location instantly, so it's nothing to do with GPS issues. Also, sometimes the only way to know if someone has left a saved place is when they arrive at another - then the app seems to 'wake up' and you'll get multiple notifications in one hit.
