✓ Eh. Didn’t have to remove all the basic functions.Got this for free about two to three years back. Made incredible digital pieces (at the time) on a tiny iPod screen. Came back to it when I got a new iPhone only to find out most of the very useful features have been stripped to Pro version (5$??? Come on man). Look. I’m not going to pretend I know everything about value in premium apps and such. But I do feel slighted. Devs could’ve at least left some basic functions like the razor tool, the pattern fill, the multiple layers, etc, or had people who already downloaded it keep the older version and get the newer functions in premium for less. It’s just kind of lame. I mean hell. The fill tool even leaves a crappy white ring around the filled space. It’s like they purposefully made the existing features bootleggy to strong arm ya into buying the “full” thing. But that’s enough ranting. The app served me well for the time I used it..Version: 19.1
✓ Love it, but hate the bugsI completely have fallen in love with this wonderful app, but since the Rio update, things have gone terribly wrong. I have many, many drawings which are organised into different folders and since the update after it 'Rebuilds database' most of my neatly organised drawings disappear. The first few times i panicked as the ones that disappeared i had spent hours on making but i soon found them in THE TRASH FOLDER. Disappointed. And every time it 'Rebuilds Database' Most of my drawings appear back in the trash folder now. It's not a problem retrieving them no, but it is far too time consuming and organising them takes even longer. I'm honestly not sure what is causing this whether it is full storage, bugs or some sort of glitch but could you please possibly find a way to fix it in the next update or so? ✓ FrustratingI find Tayasui Sketches annoyingly frustrating, which is a shame as I feel there's good intention to the design but I don't think it's being achieved. I just find myself caught out each time when I go to achieve something. There's a number of things I don't like but the most annoying thing is a BIG 'SAVE' really disrupts work flow. Surely as an end user I don't need to be reminded all the time and would hope that work is being saved quietly and efficiently in the background with out being told about it with a big ugly SHOUT every time (Thanks - if I could help with any input as an 'end user' please don't hesitate to ask).Version: 17.4
✓ The update kinda ruined the appI understand this update was trying to help you make more detailed and overall better drawings (not that I’m saying that good drawings can’t be cartoony), but I feel like it’s to complicated, like, we have sketches, and sketches pro, sketches pro is for more advanced drawers, so why add this overly complicated update to normal sketches? This is supposed to be a fun app where you can make fun little doodles, but now it takes seemingly forever to make a simple drawing that doesn’t look like garbage, I just wanted to make quick sketches, and I feel like they new this, because they called the app “SKETCHES”, not “OVERLY COMPLICATED APP THAT GOT RUINED BY A DUMB UPDATE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON SKETCHES PRO”, for real though, please remove this new feature, it makes making simple drawings a pain..Version: 30.3
✓ Latest iPhone version “forgot” my sketches!I am a professional artist and Tayasui Sketches is my preferred app for the iPhone and iPad. I haven’t had any significant issues until today when I opened my iPhone app and noticed it forgot all my backed-up sketch folders. It says “synced” with iCloud, but the folders and my artwork is all gone from the iPhone. Thanks Goodness they are still on my iPad Pro. I tried restarting, I deleted the iPhone app and reinstalling… I did all the usual steps that a professional user would do to try to get the iPhone app to reload my work from iCloud. Nothing! So scary. So now I have to scramble to try to explore all my work to a PC because I cannot trust anymore the cloud. And it’s sad because you guys have been consistently an amazing app and interface. Took some effort to transition to your latest UX after the “undo” command change, but it’s still good and I wish you didn’t have such scary bugs!!!.Version: 25.9

✓ Great app, but needs some improvement.Hello Tayasui Sketches Team: I am writing this review in regards to your app. I have gone through countless drawing apps, trying to find the one that works for me, and I think this one is it. The smooth, beautiful interface makes it easy to work with and very clean. I am not an artist, I just draw and sketch for fun, and I found other apps to be overwhelming with the amount of brushes and tools, but this is so easy to navigate everything. Obviously, I don’t have pro yet, but I am planning on buying it soon. Pro has everything that I need at a reasonable price. Of course, though, their are a few things that can be improved. These include: Zooming: I want to zoom in and out more without leaving the page or stopping at a certain section. I also want to be able to turn the page to make it easier for close ups and zooms while drawing and colouring. Pen sizes: I also want the pen sizes to be smaller than 4.0, and have possibly sets of sizes for different pens? Idk, just a thought I guess. ✓ Please fix the fill buttonReally good app that I've been using for the last 5 years, and the entire time I've been waiting to use proper gradient and now it has finally been released. Except every time I press the fill button the app crashes, no matter how many times I try or no matter what I do, it'll crash whenever I try to use the new gradient and it is really frustrating. Please fix because I've been waiting for this for 5 years and having it so close and yet so far is really frustrating..Version: 15

✓ ;-;Recently, a TON of artists have been facing the problem of getting their art deleted. Some of us, like Pufferfish Studios, have noticed that their posts were glitching. This has caused many of us to quit. This isn’t a joke, sketches. People like posting art, and for their hard work to be thrown away is just not aceptable. Yeah, sure, we can post our art again, but sketches will likely delete that too. Also, isn’t sketches pro sort of a rip-off? You couldn’t of just made ONE app (Normal) and put the in-app purchase in there instead of making a whole new app? I got both the pro’s and I sort of feel let down. Anyways, back to the real problem. Please fix this, many of my friends are leaving sketches, and a lot of them (Including me) are too young to get a Tumblr and post on there, or a Twitter, OR a Deviant art..Version: 23.11
✓ Full of BugsSo I am new to this app and I love all the features. But unfortunately their are bugs with the saving side of the app. Which is a shame, on various occasions I have started drawings and when the iPad goes to sleep the app closes itself and does not save and the app restarts itself every time, rather than picking up where you have left off. Saving work is cruical to apps like this and when you need the latest updates brings back-ups etc. You kind of wish you didn’t bother paying for the pro upgrade..Version: 23
✓ Great except for privacy issueTool choices, finishes and symmetry tool is great. But despite the app giving you options to select no access or even selected access to chosen photos in library when you select option to import images it still allows access/view to entire library. App users can use the app without having to import pictures so why retain access to their photo library? Dear Developer, Thanks for the reply. However the app didn’t ask for permission after downloading. The app did appear in the list via setting/privacy/photos but none of the options giving no access or select access were valid since I could still access the photo library in full, hence it not working / doesn’t save. ✓ This is a Must Read Before Using!This app has a lot of potential, and I do enjoy using it, except some big things that make it a lesser experience. One is the brush selection. The brush selection is limited to just over ten brushes I think, which is great if you’re looking for a simple interface for basic sketches. But if you’re like me, and looking for a customizable interface with tons of selections for more advanced art, this app isn’t for you. Another thing I wanted to acknowledge was the layers. If you’re looking to get the pro version, this won’t affect you; but in the free version, you have two layers, and you’re not allowed to add more unless you get the pro version. Overall, this app is good, but I would like more options, especially for free users. It’s basic, which can be good or bad, depending on what you’re using it for. This app has all the artistic essentials, meaning if you’re looking for an app where you can quickly and easily put down ideas or make sketches, this is the right app for you. But if you’re like me, and looking for tons of options, to make more advanced art, a couple apps I’d recommend are Autodesk Sketchbook, IbisPaint X and Medibang. ✓ Love it but some issuesRecently I got this app (Including the pro version) since I’ve been looking for a drawing app that I could easily sketch on without it feeling all slippery. This is probably one of the best apps for it and I’ve instantly fallen for it. However, there are a few things that sort of break that for me. First, the brush sizes. The brush sizes don’t go that far up or that far down for some. I love the blending brush, but the minimum size is just way too big for me to blend anything with since I tend to draw small. It ends up smudging the whole drawing when I attempt to do so, which bums me out since I love blending. Second, exporting to other apps. I’ve tried multiple times to export my drawings to procreate but it won’t work no matter what I do. When I go to procreate after exporting, it will say that it’s exported but it never appears. Even if I try saving it to my files and just grabbing it from there, it still refuses to show up, whether it’s a psd or anything else. The only way I can export it is by saving it as a png, which unfortunately means I would have to flatten the drawing. I was really looking forward to using this app, I’m hoping it can be improved..Version: 25.7

At the first glance it seems like a doodling app, just something for you to jot ideas down, do sketches and just mess around when you have free time. DO NOT use this app while working on something important. This app has so many bugs and glitches that only appear when you almost done with your work. It is not just a fluke, I have had 3 different projects that vanish, and the app supposedly saves then into the cloud or the iPad, but no. Imagine working on something that you can potentially turn into to be proud of it, and the platform you are working on just falls away. This is how I felt when working on my last project. All that I have left now is the draft of the work i was supposed to turn in 2 hours ago. Now what do I do? ✓ Best app I can findI LOVE this app! I've been using it for over a year now and it's been such a journey! I honestly can't find an app this simplistic with such high quality. A few things need to be addressed though. Recently I haven't been able to make any artworks since the moment I quit the app, it deletes all the progress I've made during that drawing session. The slide to undo isn't working anymore either. The very first folder I have is filled to the brim with old sketches that I don't want anymore. Could you make a mass select button to get rid of all these drawings? As well as an empty bin option. It's incredibly frustrating to sit in a laggy folder (thanks to too many drawings) trying to delete each sketch one by one. Perhaps being able to make thinner lines? Or more textures with the brushes? That's really all my problems currently. I've only rated it three stars because of the fact it's unusable right now. ✓ Things need to be fixedFor when Sketches updates, they are always bug fixes. Nothing is actually fixed. When I got pro, I wanted to check out the community. It wasn’t there, then I went to the section that said daily activities. Found the community, with a blue background instead of white. Also, none of the pictures would load. I am typing this a day after I got pro, so I tried several times. Before I got pro, I liked to visit the community. Some people complained about their drawings being randomly deleted. All of these things need to be fixed. Edit: I have fixed my problem, I simply deleted, reinstalled and restored my purchase. I can now see the community! People complaining about their art being deleted is due to being reported, yet almost everyone’s art, I see no reason to report it. I did all this without contacting developers, as I knew I could figure out the solution. Thanks, Tayasui(?) Sketches for being my favorite drawing app:) Edit 2: Tayasui is my favorite art app, but guess what? I went to eat, then no community. I don’t really care about pro, but at least I experienced it. ✓ My ReviewIt’s not the best area to draw with since the drawing tools cover some of the paper and you can forget you have more drawing space, there’s also the auto-save feature which make your drawing go straight to photos every time you exit the drawing. On top of that, for $10 for the Pro is kind of bad especially compared to apps like ProCreate which have line straighteners and let you change the shape of a specific line. The Pro is also very overpriced for the features it gives you and it’s really annoying without it and even with it, it’s steal kind of bad..Version: 30.13
✓ Worth every penny!Latest update: There was an app update recently and since Sketches is always reliable I did it. It included new cloud sync but when I opened the app for the first time it did some kind of file conversion and most of my journals didn’t convert properly. The result is that most of my sketches (dozens and dozens) have disappeared from the app. I can see the files are still there in iCloud but they are not visible or re-importable. Support is silent, no reply in three weeks now. Are these sketches gone for good? Further update: I still love to use this app but every time I open the settings (to quickly change something while in the middle of a drawing) the stupid colouring book ad comes up. This is terrible! Even if I wanted to buy it I wouldn’t now when you interrupt my flow like that. Silly developers. Oh, and the wet ink stroke is a bit flaky. Sometimes when drying it by clicking on the red drop the whole drawing disappears. On a brand new iPad Pro with all the whiz bang chips in it. Not ideal. Update: now that Paper by 53 is gone to the dogs (never mind the interface changes, my expensive Pencil is totally flaky now) this has become my go-to app for simple, realistic brush and pen strokes. Well done! Love the easy interface for changing pen thickness and colours. Great layers and beautiful paint strokes! Worth getting the iAP, you can even try them for an hour at a time to be sure. ✓ Randomly undoes my workI’ve used the pro version for a few years now. Recently I’ve noticed a very annoying fault. When I rest the side of my hand on the screen, sometimes the app interprets it as an “undo” gesture. Sometimes it undoes several steps in one go. Apart from being irritating and cumbersome to redo the action each time (and sometimes the app undoes it again as soon as rest my hand on the screen!) the more serious consequence is if I don’t realise what’s happened and continue working. Results in each piece of work taking 2-3 times as long, being less pleasurable, and sometimes even unnoticed errors in the finished product. PLEASE FIX THIS, OR ADD AN OPTION TO REMOVE THIS GESTURE! I’ve been a huge fan of Sketches, but this fault is a dealbreaker..Version: 25.6

✓ Limited features, Frustrating zoom/undo functionsI downloaded this app with high hopes but once I opened it and tried drawing, I was not impressed. Not very many pens to choose from, pen size and opacity were not able to be quickly changed, it was difficult to quickly choose a new color that is not in the list of colors(and once you did create a new color it was automatically placed somewhere else in the list of colors), THERE IS NO DROPPER TOOL! Special functions like: swipe 2 fingers left to undo and right to redo! were extremely annoying when trying to zoom in/out and there is always a delay when trying to zoom in/out, additionally you cannot zoom in very far. You cannot rearrange the *TWO* layers you are given, adding more costs money. I think that's pretty much it for the negative comments, but the watercolor brush looked nice so +1 ⭐️star for the watercolor brush..Version: 19.1

✓ My Sketches ExperiencePersonally, I give this app a three out of 5 stars because of two things. First, the community doesn’t work at all for me, but I don’t know at all about other people’s experiences. Whenever I try to post something on the community, after WAITING 24 HOURS, it doesn’t end up on the new section of the community. My friend and I have been trying to look for my pictures, but we haven’t found any of them. I’ve seen multiple of hers, so I’m not sure what the problem is. It frustrates me soooo much because all these other amazing artists can post what they have made but I can’t it’s just unfair to me. For me at least, the sketches community is broken and will always be broken. Second, I think that the blending tool isn’t really helpful, and why do you have to buy the sketches pro?! I think that if it’s free, then it should come free all the way. The blending tool doesn’t really blend well if your trying to blend certain things. It’s really only good for backgrounds in a picture. Other than those problems I face, the rest is pretty good. I enjoy the wide variety of tools. ✓ Could be better still goodAs a artist I love to draw digitally but I left this app for quit a long time because it was being buggy and deleted my art and likes in Community but I still have a lot of art in the app the folders say they save to iCloud I am not sure if that means they save to photos I want to make a new profile in community while keeping my profile already if possible unfortunately I can’t find a way to make a new profile at all. I thought about deleting the app and getting agin but I can’t find out if I should save all my art before because I have so much I really would like the app to just let me put a second profile is possible also please add search bar so I can I search certain profiles like my friends and my friends can find me Please dev team I would like to be able to add more than one profile and hopefully add search bar ? ✓ Really unresponsive on iPad Air 2I enjoyed using this app on my iPhone but as soon as I purchased my iPad Air 2 it became a nightmare. Zooming in and out works about 10% of the time and the other 90% I end up drawing unintentional lines. Which wouldn't be too annoying however the "back" swipe often meets me with the same fate. ✓ It was all about the community.Over the years, I've enjoyed this app and even bought the pro version. I was very excited about the update until I found that the Community feature no longer existed within the app. The community was my favourite feature of the app! I loved seeing the works of others and anonymously posting my art to the community to like and see. I recently picked up drawing again, and posting to the community was my only motivation. As with many others, I prefer not to post my drawings on Instagram and find this troublesome to do. People of all ages use your app, so I find this update took a step back in being user-friendly. I also find it sad that I can no longer look back at the posts I've uploaded and the number of likes I've accumulated. I feel that many users feel the same way. Please bring back the community, as it set Tayasui Sketches apart from the other art apps. Therefore my overall rating has changed from 5 to 3 stars as I feel very strongly about this change..Version: 30.1
✓ Horrible updateI hate this new update. first of all, everything that i had created before the update just disappeared. i wanted to check Sketches Community to see if i could retrieve them there (after all that’s where i always posted them to) only to find out that it moved to instagram. why?? all of my work is gone. on top of that, regular features that used to be available for anyone are now premium. you can’t even change the opacity of your brush without paying? the update does have an ok layout and some features are better, but i want some of the old stuff back. i want my art back..Version: 30.4
✓ Great but with little bugs here and thereOverall it’s a very straight forward app and I love it for the most part, I was looking for basically a digital version of a journal. I can look at all the page laid out in grids which is also great, but there are few bugs that are quite annoying. For instance I can’t seem to add pages in different resolution/sizes, in existing notebooks or as a new notebook. All the notebooks are only in the default resolution, even when I try to add a custom sized page, nothing happens. Also can’t seem to delete pages when viewing in the grid mode. I’d select the pages I want to delete and press delete at the bottom, but they remain. On top of that can’t reorganise the pages in the grid view, as in I cant change the order of the pages,,,, these are such basic features that aren’t working EDIT: I can only delete pages one by one by holding them and dragging each page down to the trash icon. This is so inconvenient and time consuming.Version: 23.6

✓ Ok but...Like whenever I start to draw a few minutes from when I started it kicks me out i mean I love to draw more than anyone but this app has to give me clearance when ever I post to sketches whenever I try to post something with a picture it says it won’t post it because it doesn’t accept photos without drawings well when I draw on it and then post it it says I already posted and I can’t post until tomorrow AND other people have this thing called the lace pattern I already bought pro but I don’t have it. I love this app but I have needs and you’re not meeting them. Why isn’t there unlimited posting after I’ve posted I have to wait a day until I can post again when I get up the next morning and I try to post but my post hasn’t even been posted yet! ✓ Worrying Glitch—All my art is goneToday, I opened sketches to look at some of my drawings. I don’t generally use it as much anymore, and have moved to medibang, but I still had some drawings on there I wanted to see. When I opened the app, the color of the icon changed to the current purple one, which I didn’t really take notice of, but when I looked, all of my folders were gone, along with my art. I couldn’t find them anywhere. I have tayasui pro, so icloud should have saved them, but they’re nowhere to be found. This is really upsetting because this is years worth of drawings that all miraculously disappeared (Ive had pro for about 4 or 5 years) . I just hope that this is reversable, or it hasn’t happened to other pro users. I am very disappointed with this, and I don’t think I’ll be using sketches unless there is a major update to fix this issue..Version: 30.3
✓ PLS PUT THE COMMUNITY BACKOk so I love sketches and have been using it for years like since I was 6 or something and I loved the community I could share my art without having something like instagram as my parents would not allow me to have it I could also use others drawing for inspiration for my own. For me I would have rated it 5 but the rating really got brought down now that community has changed. ✓ Used to be greatThis used to be my go to app for nearly every artistic project I did. A year ago it was an easy to use delight. With every subsequent update it becomes more temperamental and less understanding of hand gestures and the Apple Pencil. Just today I imported a photo, added a layer, started drawing and after one undo gesture it undid three actions in one. It crashes a noticeable amount as well. It’s a shame because it used to be a joy to use. Now it sits among the other less reliable drawing apps in my folder. ✓ Great app,but could be better!Hello Tayasui sketches team! Sketches is a GREAT app in my opinion and I think others like it too. Though when you are finding a certain artists work it can be a bit hard scrolling through hours apon hours trying to find there name. So I think that it would be rather convenient if there was a search bar where you could type up an artists name and be able to find their art! ✓ Good, but there’s that ONE glitch (and the community update)This is a really great drawing app, and I do enjoy all of the different styles and tools you can use (even if I don‘t use them all). I like almost everything about this app, minus the community being moved and the glitch I‘ll get to. It is just a good drawing app. But there is also a glitch, a glitch so horrible it can cause even the calmest of people to lose their minds. When you use the fit to screen button after zooming in on your art, there is a chance that it will crash Sketches, closing the app, and causing you to lose ALL of your progress on what you have done. It happened just before writing this review, and it prompted me to make this. This glitch is so infuriating and can cause you to lose a ton of work if you aren‘t constantly closing out and saving. Please, find a way to fix this glitch. ✓ It was good until…I loved this app. It’s a great drawing app so easy and fun to use. But that’s not the reason I downloaded it. I downloaded it for the community. Everyday I would go onto the app see what’s new in community like a million things and then put something of mine on the community. Then one day I opened the app and saw a cute cat with a countdown under it saying 30 more days until new sketches update. I was so excited. I would see things on the community saying things like “15 more days until the countdown, so excited” everyday a new cat drawing would show up and the countdown would be down a day. Until one day… the day the new update arrived. I quickly downloaded and saw the new update for the first time I went to community only to see a note that said” community has been moved to instagram” I was so upset, I wasn’t allowed to have any social media so I could never see the community. ✓ Too Simple for the CostAfter buying this software I ended up requesting a refund because for what you get it’s not worth what they charged and you won’t know this until buying it since until then it’s crippleware. You can’t fully test it prior which should have been a warning from the start because the dev must realize that if they allow a more robust testing of their software nobody would buy it. There’s potential here but that is about all and in the time I’ve had it installed, I don’t see this changing or improving as they are still BETA testing it at the user’s expense. So far all I have seen are bug fixes and they moved their art community to an entirely different platform which is weak and shows they are essentially abandoning it. I stuck around to see if they were actively developing this software or not and so far there is no evidence that they are. I cannot in good conscience recommend this art app to anyone and I’ve purchased them all to support Art app development. This is the first one I had to permanently throw back for being too small and underdeveloped. My advise to the dev is to try harder to earn it before taking our hard earned money..Version: 30.9

✓ OkayYou buy this app thinking it has the features of any other app, but it doesn’t. It feels like a trial for the real thing that costs $10. There’s a lot features missing, and it doesn’t feel... nice. But I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s great for jotting down notes and ideas. ✓ Good, but often annoyingSo I purchased the pro version a couple years ago when I first got into digital art and wanted to practice without going out and buying a drawing tablet. It works well for the most part, but there have been a few little slips lately that really irk me. I have set this app so that it automatically saves my drawings every 3 minutes, which is great - when it actually works. So many times I’ve seen the app tell me that my work is saved, but when I close out and open it back up later, several of my latest layers are missing. Not just hidden, completely gone. That’s usually around an hour or so of my work erased and never to be returned. Kind of annoying the first time it happened, but I figured it would be a one time thing. Nope! Usually happens at least once for each piece I work on, which is kind of infuriating ngl. Other little blips I’ve had include: the undo button and two finger swipe not working (have to use the eraser for previous strokes or manually delete unwanted layers which is fine occasionally, but really irritating when it’s constant), the app sometimes closes out and erases my most recent work so that it reverts to the previous version, and several minor details. Overall a cool idea, but NEEDS to fix some pretty major bugs before I’d recommend to anyone..Version: 24.3

✓ Canvas rotationThe tools in this app are nice, but half the time when I close out of a project and go back in, the app has turned the drawing sideways or upside down with, apparently, no way to rotate the whole image back. If I have more than one layer going (ie all the time), I either have to rotate every layer separately and hope I can line them up good enough, or just give up on the file. Really unfortunate that it makes me not want to use the app, since I like drawing in it..Version: 30.19
✓ A decent drawing appI have been to using this app for as long as it has been out. I have learned new techniques and developed an art style for myself. But over time the app became more difficult to do more detailed drawings on. Whenever I try to do any detailed drawings something always goes wrong. Recently, I had been working on a drawing for the past three days and my app started crashing every so often. I knew the reason why was because I had too many layers so I went and merged a few layers together. Usually this fixes the problem at least somewhat but the app still crashed, and eventually it got to the point where I couldn't even open the drawing without it crashing. On top of that there are various bugs for example, your smallest size for the pen is increased from 1.4 to 2.6 as soon as you select the eraser. The only way to fix this problem is to restart the app and so it becomes very difficult to do rough sketches or do fine details in drawings. This app is great to do simple and quick drawings on, but if you plan on doing anything more than that you are going to be met with frustration and disappointment..Version: 20.17

✓ Buggy, even when you buy proI like the app, it’s very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use, however it’s not maintained well. I can’t edit folders, and the display becomes buggy when trying to. I can’t fully control the orientation of square drawings and layer flipping for squares ends up going vertically instead of horizontally. Pressing buttons or going between different drawings too quickly causes the app to crash, as well as it crashes suddenly every now and then and will even remove changes you’ve made..Version: 25.10

✓ BrokenI would give this app a lower rating if I could. The first thing I’ll talk about is this random thing that happens (idk if it’s a glitch or feature) where I’m drawing and randomly a white box appears and there’s no way to remove it unless I undo the space the white box takes up which includes removing progress from my drawing just to get rid of it. The app is also faulty, it’s easy for it to crash randomly while you’re drawing and lose your progress. For no reason my files were also deleted thanks to the update. Like seriously? ✓ Lost years worth of workI’ve been using Sketches for the past few years and hadn’t touched it in 2022 until today. I tried to transfer my files through the iCloud sync which I paid for and saw go through. After downloading the app on a new iPad and signing into my iCloud account I expected the files to appear as they should. Instead nothing happened even though the sync icon was ticked and I went back to my previous device to see what was going on. It seems the previous app was not fully up to date but after updating it, there was still no sync. I believed my data was backed up in iCloud since the cloud icon was ticked so I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would fix it. Instead I’ve lost all my work with seemingly no way to get it back. A really unfortunate waste of time and money..Version: 30.9
